I just want to take a moment to discuss how disrespectfully Fransico and his team handled the situation at this Enterprise which occurred on November 11th. I informed the front desk staff that I was being harassed by my ex-boyfriend, and despite clearly being in danger, no one took initiative to intervene, assist, or even call for help. Whether they felt it "wasn't their place" or not, I was a single Black woman surrounded by multiple male employees, and not one person stood up for me when I was physically assaulted right in front of them. After being attacked, stripped of my glasses, and having my belongings taken, destroyed, and thrown into a field behind the building, I was left with no vehicle or support. Instead of showing any level of compassion, concern, or basic human decency, I was told that I was "bad for business," flagged from renting at their location, and possibly other locations as well. Meanwhile, his employee stood by recording and laughing while I was on my hands and knees, crying and unable to see. This is not only unacceptable, it is negligent, discriminatory, and emotionally damaging. No customer, especially a woman in distress, should ever be treated this way. Because of the severity of this incident, I do intend to pursue legal action. read more

I wish I had checked out these reviews before I came here...After I returned the car yesterday and they tell me all is good, I get an email today that they had charged my card for $194.53. I was told at the time of rental that the car was $1.09 higher than my insurance pays and that is fine...had the car for 20 days.....they said I was previously told that the upcharge was almost $10.00 per day...not true. Your customer service is terrible. I called the location in Arlington, Texas at 9:30am today. The agent said they would call me back. I called back after a 3 hour wait only to be told that you didn't have any cars that fit with my insurance rate. She offered for me to pay the difference out of pocket. I told her they probably had a better selection this morning when I initially called. The extremely rude manager, Ally claimed she was the only one at the branch and had customers 'lined up out of the door'. She said I was in her list to call me back. I asked the manager for the district managers name and she told me to 'rent from someone else!' and hung up on me. read more

I'm not sure about the low rating. As you know, it's hard to please everyone . For myself I found Brian to be even more than he needed to be. And his staff were very friendly and supportive and cute. I don't rent often and needed a midsize to accommodate my height and the Malibu did nicely. Since I haven't rented, it took me a while to figure out the new gadgets, and I really enjoyed the back up mirror and being able to connect with CarPlay.. The car was in good shape except for a minor problem with the gas cover not shutting properly, but sure it gets a lot of use. The car was clean and performed well so all in all I'd say it was a very positive. I guess I could complain about the price and the seemingly large deposit but at least I got the deposit back. 5 day rental was $380 plus insurance and extras. I filled the tank before I returned it and saved a few dollars I'm sure but I wanted to say thank you in that way for allowing me to use the Malibu. Thank you Brian for the lift to my car. I don't normally do this but after trying to get my money back MONTHS after I was fraudulently charged by Enterprise,Enterprise Rent-A-CarI wanted to warn other people so they aren't taken advantage of by this terrible company. They will charge for additional protection that you were never asked about or signed for and when you try to fight it with proof, they will make you go in circles until I'm assuming you get tired of it and give up. They are shady. They are crooks. And I will never use them again and suggest you all do the same. read more

I experienced probably the worst customer service I ever have at this location. On Sunday morning, I went online to schedule a pickup for Monday morning since they are closed on Sundays. The earliest time slot available was 7:45 for the 3001 Cooper location, so I selected it even though this was not going to allow me to be at work in time I received an email confirmation. They did not show. I called at 7:55, and was told that their drivers do not show up to work until 8:20. I explained that I had an email confirmation at 7:45. The lady told me that this was because they were closed when I made my pickup request. She said she needed to put me on hold because she had a customer at the counter (What am I?). A few minutes later, another gentleman answered, and I had to explain everything again. I asked to confirm that someone would be picking me up. He confirmed my address, and said that I was 14 miles away, which was 2 miles outside of their pickup range! He said he would call another branch that's closer to see if they could pick me up. That was 10 minutes ago. Haven't heard back. I just checked Google maps. The branch that I had the reservation with...6.9 miles away! The other branch? Also 6.9 miles away. So instead of trying to rectify their mistake, they just dumped me off to another branch. I called the other branch, and since the already had pick-ups scheduled, they said I'm looking at a 9:30 pick up time...but they would try to get me earlier if they can. They picked me up at 9:00. I asked the driver, out of curiosity, what time he starts work. He said 7:30. I'm assuming the 3001 s Cooper address is supposed to start at 7:30 as well. read more

Showed up to get the midsized suv I had rented online along with SiriusXM radio. Upon getting to the car the attendant told me that they had discounted the rental because the car did not have SiriusXM. I told her "no" I wanted SiriusXM and wouldn't be leaving without a car that had it. They put me in a Camaro SS w/ SiriusXM. Ok, never drove a new Camaro, I'll give it a try. I won't comment on why you should never buy an SS Camaro if taking a long trips. Upon leaving I did notice that the tire appeared a little on the bald side but appeared to have tread. Car had 3700(ish) mileage upon pickup. I do a walk around video taping with phone on every rental, before and after. On my way back from my 350+ mile trip... 243 miles from home I see a tire light come on and the pressure gradually drops to 0 psi. Pulled over and looked at tire. Looked ok. Thought maybe a bad sensor. Got back on road only to feel rear end loose. Pulled back over, took another look laying on the ground to see the tread gone on the inside of both rear tires, belts showing. Called Enterprise hotline. Lined up a tow truck and was originally told 15mins to truck showing. After half an hour I called back. Was updated with a time table of 1 3/4 hrs before truck shows. Shreveport is 1 hr from where I am sitting at time of posting. I will be expecting Enterprise to eat this rental. ... on a positive note, I always use Enterprise and will again. They don't answer the phone. They charge a $50 deposit even when the car rental is being covered by insurance. The car smelled bad, had low tire pressure and the interior was streaky and sticky. I also had two mishaps that turned me off to this location: I left my proof of insurance in my car when I dropped it off at the body shop. This location wouldn't release the car to be without it even though my insurance arranged the rental. That was a time-consuming headache. Worse, they called me two hours before close the day before Thanksgiving to tell me that insurance wasn't paying for my rental after that day. They were closed the following day. I received the message 10 minutes before they closed, so I called to tell them I was on my way but would be unable to make it before close -- could they wait an extra five minutes? The customer service rep refused. I asked if she'd call another, closer location. By that time I was crying. She acted like she asked them, then told me no and rudely added that they deserved time with their families too. I don't disagree -- but I was asking for a five minute grace period the night before Thanksgiving. At that point, the kind guy at the auto body shop called the location that the agent at this Cooper location had acted like she'd called. That Enterprise agent -- at the Pioneer location -- was super sweet and stayed open an extra ten minutes so I could turn in the rental to avoid being charged out-of-pocket. Needless to say, I will never use the Cooper location again and I'll encourage everyone to use Pioneer instead. read more

Seems to be a pretty nice place to rent a car. They had a nice selection and seemed eager to help. They worked pretty seamless w/ my insurance company as well. They are only open from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Saturday's so get their early or they may be out of vehicles. read more

This was by far one of the dopest experiences of renting a car I have ever experienced. The staff was professional, everyone dressed professionally... not over the top but nice (those things matter) the building was clean. The waiting area, counters etc all those things matter. I was having issues w/my card and they were closing actually closed and still stayed allowing me time to get it handled, that meant a lot! Everyone their was approachable. I gave these guys five stars really it should be 4 3/4 stars reasoning being.... They need a key drop mailbox and that would be the icing on the cake. Lastly, your general manager/regional manager should make this location the spot for where you guys shoot the next commercial.... and use the same staff!!!! No actors!!!!! read more

Here's the deal, I've rented at least 6 times in the past 3 years from this location while leaving my car in a nearby shop. They went through a remodel which made the front desk look much nicer. Always made the reservation online beforehand. All of the reservations were paid by my own dollar so I can't say about their process of insurance or warranty claims. All my transactions with them were reserve, pick up, return, pay. There are a few points I'd like to mention hoping they can improve on. 1. They really have to increase their efficiency on getting people in and out fast. The way they handle customers doesn't seem streamlined and seem to be a lot of confusion going on. Was there waiting for more than 40min after my rental pick up time before I got into the car. 2. Most of the times they will pick you up, if you can reach them the phone that is (the lines get jammed or they are just swamped and couldn't pick up). Call early if you need a pick up and tell them when and where you need it. 3. I think my biggest problem was the waiting. Waiting to get picked up, waiting to get in to the rental, and waiting to get dropped off. Total I think I wasted about 1.5 hrs just waiting there. 4. If you're returning a car, there's a Racetrac gas station on the same street just south of this location that's great for refueling before the return. Extra note: The AM (I think named Carlos) is a cool guy and all the people that work there are friendly. Even though a lot of the customer are not the calmest people, they seem to try their best to make everyone happy. Overall I give them 3.5 to 4 stars, if they improve on these points it'll be a five! read more

My family was headed to the beach for vacation July 4th weekend and unfortunately last minute had to take my company car for repairs. It was horrible timing but Adrian and Tyler went above and beyond to find me mini van (which is nearly impossible during a holiday weekend). I also watched the staff work together to help other customers. There are 3-4 enterprise locations in the metroplex and this location will forever have my business. The service at this location was exceptional. I visited during a very busy time when there were a lot of customers and few cars due to a recent weather event in the area. All of the associates did their best to greet customers as they walked in and let them know they would be right with them. They did their best to find a car to accommodate my needs but Adrian Taylor went above and beyond in helping. He was thorough and thoughtful as he looked for an alternative vehicle for me at other locations. Exceptional service along with his ability to acknowledge others and remain friendly and upbeat while there was a tremendous amount of pressure. Great job! read more

I have been an Enterprise customer for many years. I have always had a good experience every time. I'm currently working in Texas for some extended training, so I needed a rental car for a two month period. Having never rented a car for such a long period, I had some concerns, particularly about putting a hold on my credit card for such a long time. The staff at Enterprise has worked with me in handling my reservation and closing it out when needed so I could submit for reimbursement at my work. Thanks to Adrian and his team at the Arlington, Texas branch on South Cooper Street, the process has been smooth and pleasant. I wish I could say the same for other companies at the airport. I rented a car here for a client and they were what I would consider poor customer service upon getting the car. Plus they gave us a car with expired tags. Not to mention another lady got a different car with expired tags when I was returning my clients. They do not have their game together. read more

I rented a compact car from this location to make my trip to Houston because my car was in the shop. I had a few issues while in Houston but the people at this location made everything right when I got back to turn the car in. I will for sure use them again when I need a rental. read more

So here's my deal for this rating: The staff here is very nice and they try their very best to accommodate requests, however you can feel the rules of Enterprise weighing on them occluding flexibility. Still they do a very good job. For those who complain of the $50 hold, I'm not aware of a rental company that doesn't place a hold on your card up to $250 insurance or no. A plus is they accept credit or debit cards for most transactions. Some rental agencies only accept credit cards. I left a new pair of boots in the car I returned one evening and the next morning I called to ask them to remove and hold them however they didn't have the vehicle any longer and couldn't track it. I find that poor and a repeat of my leaving a new 150oz container of Tide in a vehicle almost 2 decades ago (different location), I found out later it burst in the trunk because no one bothered to locate the vehicle or call the next renter of the vehicle to ask for its return (you can imagine the clean up). Fortunately I didn't like those boots too much and took the loss. They always have a current year model vehicle although not the top trim line. I'm more than fine with that I'm just renting not buying. Misinformation about their rewards program repeated by their 800# customer service unit created a challenge but the manager of this location jumped in once I tracked him down and got the matter resolved. Which leads me to my old saying: 'It's not that mistakes are made, after all we're only human, it's how well we clean them up that really matters'. Nana and Adrien have been awesome. Fuel up at the Phillips gas station directly up the block since they have the cheapest rate for Regular and Mid-Grade fuel. This is a VERY busy satellite office so wait times have been as much as 45 min to get a customer in and out during busy periods, otherwise they're quick. My Avalon was clean and fuel tank filled. read more

The staff was great as far as hospitality. However I am a regular customer and there were something's that were not loyal customers oriented. They did not have the car that I wanted. They gave me a truck that I didn't want or need. They charged me full cost even with a triple AAA discount. I felt like they were trying to up charge me for everything. I'm not sure if I'll rent from them in the future. Getting the car was a simple, but when I gave the guy my credit card and ID, he forgot to give me my ID back instead he gave me my card and a business card. I pit them back in my wallet. When I made it to my destination the gate guard stop me and ask for the rental agreement and my DL. I've never lost my DL (DRIVER LICENSE ) Before so I started to panic, because without license you can not stay on post as a civilian. Since I'm not active anymore I was screwed. I called the rental place and he apologize and said it's never happen before and he left me a message. Now that's what pissed me off because he lied about leaving me a message. If you notice that you kept my DL and you drove the car to my house, it make sense to me that you would bring the DL. So I would not be driving one of your car with no DL. read more

Never answer their phone. When they do you are left on hold indefinitely. Charged me for 3 extra days. Had to fight and show proof that I called and informed them that I had dropped off my car at an approved drop spot. Didn't believe me, said i never called, then said its too late once i showed proof. So I had to be super aggressive for them to refund the money they owed. They were also visibly angry that they had to do what was right. They also charged me a full tank on return at over $5, when I know there was at least a quarter tank left. Plus a sign that said $4.55 on the counter for refuels per gallon. But "it's what's on the contract," not the advertised sign at the desk. Selection was between 3 cars, all were $50 a day instead of the $8 advertised. Oil hadn't been done and whipper fluid hadn't been filled. So every time I got in, I was reminded of their incompetence when the car audibly informed me. EVERY enterprise I tried to call to have me picked up gave me a number that went to a different business. All the stores claimed they couldn't pick me up. My tow truck driver was the one who delivered me. Even after making no less than 5 calls. And everyone was rude on the phone once they realized I couldn't be their customer because the store that didn't exist had a claim on my locale. I would rather buy a bicycle than ever use these rude thieves again. And if I were their District Manager, I'd resign so someone else with the ability to guide their people could take over. read more

Just a heads up to everyone using this place, you will still be charged $50 deposit in order to use a vehicle even if you are involved in a car accident. I was unaware and not informed of this charge until I had already dropped my vehicle off and was in their office. No one informed me of anything that I needed to pick the vehicle up. I guess they expect you to be a mind reader. They were also rude every time I called to see when a truck would be available. It took two months of checking. No one called me ever to inform me a truck was in, I had to call each time. I luckily called on day that they had one. Horrible service, rude, too many warm bodies not working toward helping customers. Only one guy actually had a smile and seemed cheerful. Wish I would have that guy helping me.... Oh and they let the phone ring like crazy while you're waiting what seems like a lifetime for your vehicle to be ready. read more

I love Vandagriff Toyota, but sadly getting my car serviced often requires dealing with this car rental company. So so so so so so slow. Also, only one person working the desk. Right now there are two people AT the desk but one is just there to sit and scowl at customers. A man just asked to borrow a piece of paper and you would have thought he asked her for a kidney. Having said all this, their cars are clean and dropping the car off is easy. read more
