I went to the imaging center as requested by my doctor. Come to find out that I was sent to the wrong place. I was obviously frustrated when the kind woman at the front desk Estela took the time out to not only find an upcoming order that they could assist with, but she also took the time to review the referral with me and find an alternative center that could help. I have been to CT, MRI with Rad Net facilities this week. I also went to Renaissance for my annual mammogram. The only reason I went to Rad Net facilities is the distance from my residence. The staff at Renaissance was professional, helpful n kind. There was an elderly man there who didn't bring his ID n insurance. No issue. His info were the same. No stress for this elderly man. You ask a different question at a rad net facilities other than your appt. Forget it. They send you back to your insurance. Trying to get appt at Renaissance, you're talking to the person at the facility. Rad Net you don't even know who and where you're calling to. Thanks to Renaissance for always bringing the best customer service. No wait. Be very, very careful guys. They are very sneaky people I came here for an x-ray and for some reason they pretended to take my Insurance which btw is full coverage either way. But they still sent me the bill. when I called my insurance they said they shouldn't be doing that. my Insurance tried calling them to fix it up and they refuse to answer back and they even said their system is not working and they can't help me. They have me on hold for over two hours. And still refused to help. now the bill that they are sending me it saying that it will be going to collections if I don't pay they're really just trying to take advantage of people sad place read more

I had to get an HSG scan, something i was very nervous to do. When i arrived, Imelda was so sweet, encouraging and very good at explaining will the paper work. She made me fewel better right away. My tech, Ramela, was also the best. I could not have asked for a more kind technologist for this scan. She walked me through the whole thing, explaining what they were doing each step of the way. it was such a quick scan and it went well because they kept me very calm and still! I read some of the reviews and I have to say I totally Disagree with their assessment of Renaissance imaging center. Both women that took care of me were very nice and pleasant. Particularly, Imelda, Livi, Juan, Jose, and Estela. I've been there several times over the last few years for CT scans and MRI's. They have always been so professional, courteous, polite and efficient. the front office and scheduling experience is terrible, they may be over worked and short staffed, generally the symptom. they are short and not very accomodating, if you try to schedule an appointment good luck. you will be on the line for a VERY long time maybe an hour wait if you are lucky. the people you talk to are not very pleasant, as if they just need to hangup probably go to the next patient. not very flexible with you, clearly management doesnt care and they scheduled and rescheduled my appointment like 2 times and every time they move it to three to four weeks later. I finally gave up and taking my business to cedars imaging in Tarzana. read more

I had a ct down on October 2 and it was done by Alexey he was absolutely great he explained everything to me of what I would feel and everything he was going to do. I went on 4/12 for foot x-rays bc I have pain and I can barely put weight on my foot. The technician said it won't take long to read the x-rays and my doctor should have it Monday when I was going to see him. I went to see my doctor that following Monday, NO RESULTS. keep in mind my foot hurts, 6-7/10. I emailed my doctor the other day and NO response yet. I called Renaissance Imaging tonight asking if my x-rays were read, more than a week later. NO they were not read!! She has to put an expedite on it. WHY as a patient do I have to call and tell them to do their job!! Mind you my foot still hurts and I can barely walk on it. I work in medical I get it but over a week later is not appropriate to get results! My doctor said it should have been read in a day..its not my fault your short staffed. Your short staffing doesn't make my foot oain go away! read more

I usually go to the one on Wilshire but needed some tests that that facility couldn't provided so ended up in Northridge. Let me say this up front, I hate getting a mammogram, I have small boobies and so the process for people like me is literal torture. That said, this was THE BEST Mammo I've ever had!! I highly recommend you ask for Sherry Rodriguez, she was gentle, efficient, but also highly skilled and knows exactly what she is doing. I jokingly told her she was almost as gentle as my husband LOL!! Despite the drive (almost an hour from me) and the intimidation of the crowded waiting room, I will definitely come back here for every Mammo from now on. Kudos to Sherry for knowing her stuff, but for also managing to be kind, gentle, and patient during a time where essential workers and medical professionals are so incredibly stressed. I came here with my mother She needed a mammogram and ultrasound and her doctor was suppose to send an authorization but continued to send an order for it and it became very frustrating but luckily a lady named Livi helped my mother we had to go to her primary care doctor and get the CD for my mothers mammogram, and we came back within the same day, and she was sweet enough to fit us in for an appointment even though our appointment was earlier that day, and we didn't have the proper things we needed prior to the situation, but yet she was very kind and accommodating, and helped us and made our lives easy that day so much appreciation towards this lady, she really understands what it means to work in the medical field and has the most exceptional customer service skills I've ever seen lol read more

Although the staff and Northridge facility is wonderful, the scheduling number (818) 435-1414 is awful. It took me trying different numbers to talk to a person to find out the location of my appointment this past Saturday. The location where I thought my original appointment was ended up being closed. I never got a reminder call. I just got a call back from the scheduling line two days later (Monday). I am thankful that the staff at the Northridge facility waited for me and took me for my appointment. read more

first time here. today. had a CT with contrast. receptionist at the front desk was efficient but not friendly. 0900 a lot of patients in the waiting area. overstimulated. TV was very loud. ALEX the CT tech called me on my scheduled appt time. no wait. he was very friendly, professional, seemed experienced . asked me pertinent questions as we walked in.explained me the procedure very well what to expect etc. started my IV right the way. I felt safe. I was done in 5 minutes. the reason I gave 4/5 is because I was told by the front receptionist result take 5-7 days!!!! and will be FAXED to my insurance. this imaging center employs so many radiologist. not knowing the CT result and having to wait that long is NOT ok!!! read more
