I use Yelp often to find restaurants, doctors, salons and locksmith etc., almost everything. I usually did find good service providers but I have never written a review. For this time I felt obligated to write one in order to let more people know about Austin and his team's excellent service. You might be able to find other companies with the same technical skill but you will not find one with the same level of quality service, sense of integrity and customer satisfaction. We were very lucky to have met with Nancy and Austin at Pomona's home show- Nancy set up an immediate appointment to measure my house and since then Austin was involved throughout the whole process. He always checks in with us on any changes or preferences, and giving great inputs and guidance. I was deceived by a third party, and then Austin referred and brought others into the job, including the builders, fencers, electricians, plumbers and landscaper. To determine which company to use to replace our asphalt driveway with pavers, we started with a stack of mail flyers but got nowhere and decided to visit a local home show. That is where we met Nancy who set us up with an appointment with Austin the following week. We had our Renaissance pavers installed almost two years ago and we couldn't be happier. We replaced a cracked concrete driveway and the improvement is remarkable. We've had so many compliments! They not only do extremely professional work, but their customer service deserves recognition. Recently we had a contractor doing some other work at our house and his truck leaked oil on several of the pavers. We are getting ready to have a big family party and I wanted to have the front of the house look nice so I called Austin to see if we could have those pavers replaced. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Renaissance Paving. My husband dealt with Austin who was on time, up front, kind and offered us some ideas about what to do with our paver project. He has an amazing crew who was on time, courteous, asked us how we thought things were going. They did a good job of cleaning up on their way out even picking up small pieces of gravel on their way out. It took a little bit of time to get our consultation as they seem to be very busy but they started work three days after the consultation and took a day and a half to complete the project. Nancy provides outstanding support and holds everything together. The crew is hard working and highly skilled. Austin put in our pavers around the entire home and patio. The job was done expertly and beautifully. That was about 4 years ago. I asked him to come out and help me replace a light (excellent design idea - embedded in pavers on entrance walkway). He suggested that if one had burned out - the others were getting close too.
