First off, the car was dirty and had no working air conditioning. It was 91 degrees that day. Then the brakes squealed really loud after backing up into a parking space. Nonetheless I returned the car at my time and made sure the gas was back where it was. Made my review to Zipcar about the issues with the car. Two days later I go to make a new reservation and realized my account was suspended. I call to find out why but they said "they can't tell me". A hour later after the team "reviewed" my account, they then said it would be closed and it can't be reversed and no money would be refunded. I'm like what? Talked to two different people and they said they couldn't tell me nor could a supervisor tell me nor was there even a department that could tell me. So basically I get this email saying my account is closed. And that's it. That's like hitting me and running. I'm pissed! Would not recommend at all

The owner, admittedly, is underway in a busy season and sent zero text messages (as he has done in the past) to confirm a scheduled pick-up. Miscommunication on both ends perhaps and the terms and conditions are spelled out on the website but it seems he picks and chooses when he wants to follow them. In the spirit of fairness, the cars have been clean and the drivers have been professional...until now. What I won't do is stay on the phone for 20 minutes repeating myself. Then (for no additional charge) he returned for a second load of people who didn't make the first trip. We were so impressed with his patience and professionalism. He really helped make our daughter's wedding wonderful. Zulk is a local Baltimore business and not a price-gouger like other transportation companies we looked at. Riz was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and even came through with a last-minute request. Our driver showed up early for pickup, was professional, and patiently waited for me and my guests. The Bluetooth feature was such a great touch I loved being able to control the music and volume. The bus itself was spacious with plenty of room to dance, celebrate, and still have space to relax comfortably.
