He left my apartment, and i go and put my cloths in the dryer, and turn it on, the tech left his pliers and I call him to return them to him, he comes back for his tool and I go back to my apt, my kid say dad I cut the dryer off it made a loud noise and start smoking , I call him back, he come and make more excuses, the drum break a part on the motor, now they need $50 more to fix this, He comes back 10/4/24 ,with the parts ,did not buy the tools he needed to secure the new part, now the dryer is making noise and moving slow. The owner was friendly, and he carried my items inside. He tightened one of the legs on my side table without complaining, and I was given a consignment number. Also, the nice store clerk advised me what is worth bringing in. My stuff can stay there up to a year to be sold. The split is 50/50 but in any case that's better than throwing stuff away or wasting time with a yard sale.

The thermostat went out on the fridge about 6 months later but their technician came out and repaired it and we are good to go again.
