After a two-month back and forth with both Jerome's and Easy Rest trying to get the mattress…read morewarranty honored, Jerome's finally came through--and the in-store team made all the difference. When we originally purchased the mattress, we were told that in order for the warranty to be honored, we needed to use a mattress cover. Unfortunately, that same cover ended up causing the stain issue that led to our claim. After countless emails with Easy Rest and a denied claim, Jerome's sent out a technician to inspect the mattress. That's when Georgina, who I believe is the manager, stepped in and really took ownership of the situation. Along with Jasmine, our sales representative, they were both incredibly patient, courteous, and committed to helping us find a solution. Despite the initial denial from Easy Rest, Jerome's ultimately honored the warranty, replaced the mattress, and helped us with a new cover and other items. Their professionalism and willingness to stand behind their customer turned a very frustrating experience into a positive one. They've been so good, in fact, that I scoured the web and found the company online so I can order from them again in the future (it's Anderson House Frontier Soups - they use minimal all natural ingredients and have a wide variety of flavors - fantastic soups!). I also snagged a dip mix and they had locally made honeys, jams, candies, and even fresh gourmet coffee beans and an antique grinder. I did a full walk around, trying not to breathe in too much dust, but it is hard to feel comfortable shopping when it is uncomfortable to breathe. I was looking for a couch and saw a few. Even though the place was dusty to breathe, the furniture looked clean. Some of the pieces were pretty. There isn't a very large selection, but it was good to see what they offered. The one man who was working there seemed caught off guard by having a customer inside. He followed and hovered the full walk around, asking awkward questions.
