Bf called in a couple weeks in advance to reserve a storage unit to fit our studio/1bd furniture for a month. Alarm goes off when you open your unit to let other people in the building know that someone else is there. Make sure you check in to avoid any problems accessing your unit in the future. Bathroom and water fountain inside the storage facility. Storage unit comes with lock where you will have to return after your storage use ends. We were able to park our uhaul at the loading dock to make it easier to move all our stuff in the storage unit. There are a couple platform trolleys to help transport your stuff. Not many people here the day we came, so we took over all 3 available trolleys. Our customer service was great! The employee answered all our questions and made the process very smooth. We were able to focus on moving our stuff into the storage unit and get back on the road. To cancel, you have to remove your stuff a couple days before the end of the month so you don't incur next month's rent.

When I arrived for my scheduled 7.30 am pickup, I was told to come back that the office wasnt ready yet to process my rental. When I came back I was told that no pads were available for the move - despite the reservation made weeks before. So I had a truck but no pads to move ann apartment of furniture. I was told to "call Penske" and that the guy helping me "wasnt Penske". I called Penske and got a guy that took the address of my move and my cell, but never called me back and no one showed up with pads. I would never rent from Penske again, and certainly wouldnt rent from this location.

They never came on the scheduled day so we would never know when to expect them, and to make up for being off schedule they would come on random days at random hours without notice. I live on a crowded residential road and the company came at 3 in the morning, on a day that they normally didn't pick up the trash, honking the horn repetitively until someone came outside to move our cars. Absolutely unacceptable! They woke the whole neighborhood up and scared my elderly neighbor. I still cannot believe that people could be so careless. Save your time and use a professional company.

When I filled the tank it showed stopped at the tank. I tried several times and it stopped so the tank was full. The gas gauge however, showed that it was only 3/4. This was either a defect with the truck or a known scam they run. When I returned it I left a note stating that I filled it and the pump topped off yet it showed low. Then I get a call from a woman named Janet, who was completely rude. She claimed she bought thirty dollars in gas and charged me that thirty plus a penalty for not filling it. The woman raised her voice and tried to belittle me, then she hung up and would not take a call from me after that, like a child running away, extremely unprofessional. Even if it needed a quarter of a tank, that is NOT thirty dollars worth of gas. Horrible business demeanor. When I called to complain to the main office, the supervisor sighed when I told her, as if she had to deal with the same situation from the same person in the past. She apologized profusely and refunded me my money. I would rather pay more for a truck than ever rent from this place again.

While they offered a 16 ft truck with no charge, it was at a great inconvenience to us, as we were not looking to deal with (and had no need for) a truck of that size for a move to Boston. Upon pick up we were assured that the truck was fully functioning and had received regular matience, however once we got on the road it came to our attention that the right break light and blinker did not work. Of course we could not get a hold of the office at this point, as they had closed and would not open before our move the following morning. Incredibly disappointed. Nothing but added stress during an already stressful time. Look elsewhere!!!
