The place is a real professional operation that is focused on rentals, AND has lower rates. The staff was friendly, the policies were clear, and the vehicles clean. So glad I found this place. The truck I got had maybe 45k miles and had some wear and tear, but seemed well maintained. I forget their names, but everyone I dealt with on Feb 12, 2024 was great! Some other folks complained about the Burning Man policy and I get it, it is frustrating when you think you are all set for wheels and you find out at the last minute that you aren't. I been to BRC several times and I totally understand why they have that rule (especially after 2023). If you want certainty with your reservation wherever it is be sure to ask in advance. And get it in writing. Some of the smaller Uhaul outlets say they are ok with it then whack you with the cleaning fee. This place might not let you take their trucks to the playa, but I'm sure they would be upfront and polite about it.

Jake was clear on fee structure and costs along the way. Sunshine also performed a pretty thorough general inspection and found a few additional things that needed to be addressed. The choice of what to do or not do was completely mine. There was absolutely NO pressure to approve the other suggested services. They sent a text with pictures of what they found and explained anything/everything I asked about. Again, very much appreciated! I ended up needing new lower front rocker arms & bushings. They also performed an alignment (due to rocker arm replacement) oil change, tire balance & rotation and replaced the engine filter. I could see it was needed based on photos sent via the text. Jake found a replacement kit that included arms and bushings which saved me some money. Yay They also found the tires had been rotated improperly for an AWD. They were able to get me up and running the same day as well as give me a run down on what needed to be taken care of next on my car. My car is fairly old with 170,000 on it at this point and a pretty difficult little mess. They were realistic and willing to have a real conversation without arguing when I told them I really was just trying to get this car to run for another year or so. That was all about a year and a half ago. Since then, there is almost no one else I will trust my car with. Ive been back 3-4 times. Changing oil, changing my ignition pin, replacing my rear differential, electrical work, my negative battery terminal, and fluid changes. Every time is a great experience. Everyone is friendly, they speak to you in terms you can understand, they have a nice little waiting room where I can always get work done, the prices are super fair, and the service is so fast and handled with expertise. Again, couldn't recommend them more for everything they have done. I just can't wait until I can get a new car and stop bringing them such a beat up machine. But, they are always there for me when I need someone to keep me on the road and going!

When you sell your vehicle in Nevada- and you aren't transferring the plates to another vehicle- you must surrender them.. Searching on DMV and found out once you fill out the form online you can take them to DMV or AAA.. Walked in and was able to surrender plates.. Nice and friendly office!
