As this Enterprise location is the closest to me, off I went to get my car for a business trip that starts tomorrow. The first thing we noticed is that the rental facility is far nicer inside than I would have expected. Clean, lots of windows, well lit. Sets a nice tone. And the counter staff were friendly and helpful. They quickly processed my rental paperwork for me and we were walking to take a look at the car in under 10 minutes. When I saw that the car only had manual seat controls, I asked if there was something with electric controls (no, I am not a car-seat-control snob. I have a bad lower back and being able to adjust the seat while driving, especially in a rental, helps make sure I can minimize any lower back pain). The agent quickly looked at the other cars in the lot, saw one with electric controls, and switched my original car for that one. Great customer service! The car was a 2015 and clean (and when the cars were not clean, I saw that the desk agents would run out and take them to the car wash station themselves so that the new renter could quickly be on their way and not have to wait). The only reason I am not making this a 5 star review is because I want to see how the actual rental car is during my trip. I'll post an update when I get back.

She was just a doll! Very professional and accommodating! She quoted me a price over the phone and sent someone to pick me up from the airport! The driver was so nice (I can't remember his name) Once I arrived at the Priceless location, it was a stress-free experience. They are small business owners who clearly care about the needs of their customers. Ashley is the office manager, and she is also extremely nice and helpful. I enjoyed speaking with them so much, I wanted to hang around a little longer just to chat! They completed my paperwork and sent me off in my cute little new Dodge Charger! Upon my rental return, I had a chance to meet another employee who was seated at the desk by the door. He was very nice and conversational as well! Ashley even took me to back to the airport! When they finally pulled the car up, it was not the car I selected online. It was a much smaller car and was only $1 dollar cheaper per day. I also didn't have great service. I had employees telling me I could get a discount if I brought my claim number but when I came the next day they said I had to make a reservation through AllState. When I was looking at this car that I didn't ask for and trying to understand pricing, the employee mentioned how many people they had waiting even though it was my turn to be helped. No where in my reservation email confirmation does it say to do this. It does not say a disclaimer that your reservations are based on availability Attached is the rental checklist you get once you make a reservation. It does not say call the location to make sure they have a car available. I use the term "reservation " very loosely because although the dictionary defines it as The definition of a reservation is something withheld or the act of withholding something Enterprise defines it as more of a roulette situation.
