If i could give zero stars i would. And i find it hard to believe all these reviews after the experience me and my family had. Lets start with them never telling me i had to pay cash which left me running around the day of my party, but that's the least of it! They added a bunch of extras on my bill without telling me, they showed up at my home asking for an extra $100 for insurance i know i never agreed too. It was optional... then refused to take it off after repeatedly telling them i never agreed to insurance.. finally she took $30 off!! The lady whoever she is, needs a lesson in customer service. Worse. Experience. Ever. Most unreliable guy out there. He promised a jumper with Batman and Thor and delivered a dirty jumper without ANY character which my husband had to climb into to clean up. He said he'd have everything delivered by 9am that Saturday morning didn't delivery until 1pm and even then he didn't have the lights for the canopy and a working heater. Which he didn't deliver until about 6pm after it was already dark. He left everything I rented at my house for TWO extra days after I called him multiple times to pick up and then managed to get mad at me for calling him so much to pick up his equipment. He finally picked up the equipment Monday NIGHT and yells at me in front of MY house for calling him so much and texting him to pick up his stuff. He then managed to make loud noise until about 11:30pm on a Monday night picking up his equipment. This guy is a joke. His prices are decent but not worth the headache and the half ass job. Btw here's the text he just sent me after he read my review You're Yelping me and you were a Referral....Find a Hobby or Your Husband to try and Bully..... Terrible experience I have ever had! Ordered tables and chairs for a surprise birthday party and ordered 1 week in advance, Fernando mentioned he would deliver everything Friday evening so I can have time to set up early Saturday morning, I texted him my address and asked him what time will he be delivering on Friday so I can coordinate that I'm home, no response from Fernando...I called him Friday afternoon and said hey what time are you coming today, he said he was at his sons soccer game and will be arriving with chairs and tables around 8:30-9:00 pm latest, I said okay that's fine, 9:15 rolls around and I text him, no response, I call him around 9:25-9:30 and he answers and says he's in the middle of moving and all his chairs and tables are at another location and can't get them till tomorrow morning, I said that's fine as I'm trying to be reasonable, I understand unexpected things happen so I'm being calm about the situation. I also mentioned to him I have people arriving at 12:00 for the surprise party on Saturday. Saturday morning he calls me and mentioned he has one more delivery then he will arriving, I said okay I'm home and waiting, waiting, waiting some more, I call him at 11:00 am and he says oh I'm 10 min away from your house, again I'm waiting and waiting, it's 11:30 am and I'm pisssed! He's still not arrived and it's half hour till people start arriving. I call Fernando and ask where is he at, he says oh well I only have HALF your order, I have 2 tables and 20 chairs that I can deliver now and I'm going to go to the store and buy the other 20 chairs and so you have brand new ones for your party... uhm, excuse me, what!?!!! I asked him what's going on! You don't even have my order! he makes up some bs excuse that he left more chairs at another party then what he was suppose too and tells me not to stress out, he's going to leave me the 20 chairs now so I can start decorating and he will come back with the other half of my order. At this point, I'm heated! I'm calling every party rental there is in downey to come deliver chairs and tables last minute cause the previous vendor I ordered from is a flake. 15 min roll by and he actually arrives it's about 11:45-11:50!! With half my order !! I had to call ALL the people arriving to my place and tell them I'm not ready and I have to push back the party to a later time. Fernando tells my husband he will be right back with the other two tables and remaining chairs.. again we're waiting, waiting, waiting and waiting some more. Fernando finally arrives with my complete order around 1:30-1:45pm The embarrassment this place cost me is far more then anything, To have to call everyone, one by one and tell them not to come cause I'm not ready and I have no tables or chairs for anyone to sit down! I decided to try them out even though they did have 1 other very negative review because when I first contacted them they were very responsive and their prices were great but the day of delivery, they never showed up although I texted with them in the morning the said they would be there first thing in the morning, I followed up 8 hours later and nothing, 10 hours nothing and finally I got a message 12 hours later saying that they would deliver the next morning... as if I would try my luck again. Had a baby shower on a Saturday 5pm. They delivered the tables and chairs friday. The linens were delivered around 2:30pm and not in good order. Instead of giving me blue linens they gave me white linens. I called them and they said they can't change it. I told them I message you the exact order and they said that it's a short notice they can't change it just like that where in fact i was clear on my order. They never changed the linens. I can't order to other supplier because I don't have time to order. At the time of pick-up a sunday they let me wait for 3-4 hours and they told me they are on their way to pick-up the tables, chairs and linens. It's such a waste of time. I used the voucher $100 for $150 value. That's a good deal but when i called them to rent just linens a day before my party Fernando answered once and then he told me he will call me back but he never gave me a call back until tomorrow and it's the day of my event saying they don't have red linens. Their tables and chairs are nice but the linens are not good, stains are everywhere. most importantly customer service is not good. They don't have supplies for linens. I had made the mistake of procrastinating my party that I needed done ASAP, and I was panicking last minute trying to figure out where I can rent the chairs/tables needed to meet the guests coming. I called Fernando in a panic and he told me not to worry, and he was going to make everything work for me. I needed 4 Heaters, 20 Tables, and 160 tables, and luckily he had everything in stock. He had told me he can make the delivery in the morning, but I wasn't going to be home at that time. When I got home that day, to my surprise everything was set up so nice and neat that I was very impressed. I'm sorry but I had a really bad experience with this company I had my nieces first communion I picked out the round tables with the white table covers and I was not delivered what I was told I ordered six tables they delivered five I had people standing at the party also the table clots were plastic with a ripped hole in the middle not the ones he promised so ugly he left the tables at my house for over a week I kept texting him and he would lie about what time he was coming or how far away he was so unprofessional never using this company ever again. So disappointed in how everything looked. And the worst part was he was supposed to deliver The night before which was Friday and he never showed up he came Saturday morning right before we were leaving to church we had no time to double check or do anything to set up..Horrible experience.
