I wish I had read the reviews before I went to this place. This place is a ripoff. I was supposed to pay 5700 for my floor, and fill up the holes in my walls. Ended up paying 8200, which 1200 of it was for no reason! He signed all the documents from my HOA, and gave me the type of underlining he was going to use. I asked if it's the same underlining my HOA asked for, he said it is a better one!!! After getting the job almost done , my HOA didn't approve his "better underlining", and said since he had already signed the contract, he should eat up the loss, he agreed. The new underlining costed 1100, which I agreed to pay, and 300 for the paint. It would add up to 7100, and he charged me 8200. I asked for the invoices and receipts and he gave me a piece of handwritten paper full of mistakes! He also used a non-professional person to fix my walls, which I ended up paying for the paint and labor to pain all the walls he had touched. read more

This place is a rip off. I had some work done buying and laying carpet. But, when I needed a some wood refinished, the work was not up to par. Drops of the product used to refinish the area ended up on the floor boards, on stairs leading downstairs, and there were several areas where it was though they did nothing. When I objected, he ran my credit card. Getting a refund under those circumstances was not possible. I wouldn't use this outfit at any price. read more

I needed a remnant for my stairwell and did not click with the salesperson at the local remnant store. Tried Renz and he was very polite, showed me an incredible remnant. Great price and got an installation appointment for the next day...and then it went downhill from there! The installer showed up alone and had not been informed that it was all upstairs, even though it was on our reciept, and he did not have or bring ANY paperwork. Nor did he even bring his own vaccuum! He came back the next day with a helper. They worked hard and quickly...too quick...barely cleaned up...barely vaccuumed...left behind all kinds of mess: cuttings on the deck where he cut the carpet, thier drink cans, lots of scraps, and the tube from the carpet roll... I spend the next 3 hours vaccuuming(filled the vaccuum 4 times) and cutting all the loose threads around the edges. Also there are 2 seams in the hallway that are blaringly obvious and will not wear well... Worth the price? maybe...but you get what you pay for! read more

Used these guys about a year ago. The price was good but you get what you pay for. There is a huge seam bubbling up and it started about 6 months after they put it in. The metal saddle that separates the wood floor from the carpet looks like it was cut like a 5 year old. Jagged edges and the nails are coming up. All around a bad job...if I had to do it again I would pay more for better quality. read more

Don't use this guy unless you want to have your house a demolition zone and left full of dust. He agreed to do a small job for x amount of $ with a $200.00 deposit. His laborer complained of having trouble with the job so Renz proclaimed that he was not going to finish the job. He had his laborer throw my old carpet back over the space without the carpet pad and left my place a mess, full of dust and debris. He charged into my home and started removing the boxes of pergot that were for the job. He did not want to pay the laborer any more money to repair the floor the right way and refused to return any of the deposit. HIs laborer worked all of 3 hrs. This project began at 8:30 am and ended at 4pm and after all of that I got nothing but ripped off of $200.00. read more

We used Ray to install carpet into our condo. Originally, we had intended to put in laminate flooring, but the quote given, while very well priced, was out of our budget so we went with carpet. The carpets look beautiful as do the baseboards. The mess left by the workers sent to do the job however was not appreciated. They also used our things to clean what little they did instead of their own equipment. My real issues arose with changing prices, quotes, and lack of clear invoices. The prices continually changed during the each stage of the process and with each one of us Ray spoke to. Furthermore the end price was almost what we had been quoted for laminate- had we known this we would have just gone with the laminate option. Overall, we are satisfied with the job done, but the way we were quoted, had priced changed, and overall lack transparency with all costs involved leaves me unwilling to recommend this business. read more

This is the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. I was promised free linoleum for the washer/dryer area but was then told a week later, the day they were installing it that the linoleum was free but there would be a $150 charge to prep the floor. I just had the house painted and the installers ruined the baseboards, damaged the walls and left black smudges all over the doors. I had to have the painter come back and redo a lot of his work. They also left a mess all over the house. They didn't vacuum any of the carpet shavings or pick up any of the metal shavings from tacking down between rooms. There's a big bag of garbage they didn't haul off sitting in my back patio. There are multiple seams through out the house and buckling against some walls. Over all a REALLY BAD job was done. I don't think they were trained on installing carpet. The owner Reza promised me he would come back and clean the house and that never happened. I had to ask for my house key back four times before I finally got it. I have also asked for a receipt and the supposedly 10yr warranty multiple times and have received nothing.
