Also $10 glass screen protectors for purchase that they'll apply to your phone - if you leave a yelp review the screen protector is free! There's also a 30 day warranty on the screen. I sought out this establishment based on Yelp reviews. I have an iPhone 6+ which stopped charging. The technician was able to diagnose the problem as likely a faulty battery after describing symptoms. I returned in about 40 minutes to pick up the fixed phone. Although the phone was able to charge slowly. It would continue to discharge with usage even while plugged into a power source. Seemed okay as phone was able to fully charge overnight. For the next week, slow charge and discharge even while connected to power persisted. Eventually, phone stopped charging again. Technician took phone to troubleshoot. I returned in about 40 minutes; the technician replaced the charging port for no additional charge. After about another two weeks, the phone stopped charging again. This time the battery was replaced. Sadly, the slow charging and discharging while connected to a power source continued. This was not something that ever happened with the original battery. Anyways, as I'm writing this review about another week since the phone was fixed, the phone doesn't charge again. Although the technician was pleasant and the worked quickly, I just can't recommend this establishment for battery issues. I'm going to have it fixed at a different establishment. Update: Following the Yelp review, a Repair Apple representative apologized and offered a complimentary review of the iPhone. He explained that they had recently changed a parts provider. I did return, and the battery was replaced again. It's been about 3 weeks since that repair. Although the battery charges slowly, the battery does consistently charge and it has not died or needed to be replaced again. I do appreciate being contacted following the review, having the phone repaired without additional out-of-pocket expense, and for the current battery lasting longer than previous battery replacements. I had a great experience getting my phone screen fixed today. My friend that had gotten his cracked screen fixed recently referred me to this place. The guy that helped me (didn't ask him for his name ) was really friendly and professional. He gave me an estimated time of 45 minutes to get my screen fixed. I've used Repair Apple several times to get cracked screens fixed for my daughter's iPhone, my son's iPad Mini, and our family older generation iPad. They always explains any potential problems (like bent corners in addition to the cracked screens, or special orders for harder-to-find replacement parts) and does excellent work. Each time, they have given me a price that is competitive or better than other local Apple repair shops. More importantly, they use quality parts that are indistinguishable from the originals - unlike other local shops. Really disappointed. I went in yesterday and today; After yesterday's fix, I couldn't text at all because the screen kept moving and freaking out every three seconds. So I woke up and ran to the store first thing when it opened today and turns out one of my connector was screwed in wrong yesterday. After the new guy fixed it it seemed to be working better. However I came home and similar problems persisted. My keyboard keeps changing languages, when I opened my instagram app it kept liking and unliking the first photo-- it even uploaded my last image in my iPhoto my story. I'm now scared my phone has been permanently damaged (it was not behaving this way up until the screen change). I was also disappointed by the fact that I didn't even get a discount when The whole ordeal cost me so much pain and time (and it still is!). read more

I dropped my work iPhone 6 and cracked the screen I took it to repair Apple and talked to Alex Unfortunately he said because my phone was bent he most likely would not be able to repair it I thought the screen on my personal phone is cracked as well but only turned out to be the screen protector that I had on there I asked Alex to take a look at it just in case. My mom had dropped her 3GS and smashed her glass screen. She couldn't find any place cheaper than $70. So she had a friend at work replace the glass for $50. Turns out that the friend broke the LCD in the process of repair and on top of that the digitizer on the new glass didn't work. I was fuming. I jumped on yelp to find the closest place that was open near me at 6:30pm to get the repair done that second. Short story shorter. Drove there. In no time he replaced the LCD and glass for $70! He gave me a discount because we didn't know that the digitzer was broken. I already dropped off my ipod for repair! I will tell everyone about this place. A few months ago I did some online research on Yelp! and found this place with good reviews. So, I decided to take my two iPhone's for repair. I had one bent iPhone 5 and a second iPhone 5 with a bad motherboard. Asked them if they could move the good motherboard from the bent iPhone to the other iPhone with the bad motherboard and do a swap. They said "There is a possibility that it might not work, but we can try". So we agree to do it anyways. I was told this would be completed in approximately 1 hour. I came back in one hour and it was not completed. I waited for another 20 minutes and he finally finished. Couple of seconds later, he realized that he did not swapped out the motherboards, but instead took the iPhone's apart and put all of its components back on the same phones. He apologized for his mistake. It was getting late and the store was about to close. I left my two iPhone's with them and was promised an answer the following day before noon. It was noon of the next day and never heard from them. (I gave them my home number). So, I called and they said to come in. Got to the store and they explained that the swap did not work. They had to put everything back to it's original iPhone frame. I said it's okay! Thanks for trying! Got my two iPhone's back and now the iPhone that was working before (Bent case) was not working. They worked on it again, but no luck. My iPhone was not working anymore. I had to buy a new iPhone 5s from ATT. Will never go back to this place. Day one after repair. Walked in at 6:30pm with badly cracked screen, walked out at 7:00pm with new screen. Screen color, clarity and interaction is as good as original, no difference. I literally just got home from picking my phone up and I couldn't be happier. I went in to repair the screen on my iPhone 5c and I called beforehand to see how much it would cost and how much time it would take. He told me it was $90 and it would take 30-45 min, definitely less than an hour. Sounded reasonable so I took it in (I've gotten deals through groupon that were cheaper and always had a problem with the phone later on). The guy took my phone right away and looked at it and said oh this will prob only take like 15 min even though the phone was terribly cracked and I was cutting my fingers with shards of glass while trying to use it. Awesome... btw the guy was super nice and very witty :-) I watched him fix it right in front of me and I swear it felt like it was less than 5 minutes! I'm not sure if it was because he said he already happened to have a 5c screen on hand or what, but I was still amazed. Went to charge me and turned out they had a sale going on and it was only $80!
