I literally just got home from picking my phone up and I couldn't be happier. I went in to repair the screen on my iPhone 5c and I called beforehand to see how much it would cost and how much time it would take. He told me it was $90 and it would take 30-45 min, definitely less than an hour. Sounded reasonable so I took it in (I've gotten deals through groupon that were cheaper and always had a problem with the phone later on). The guy took my phone right away and looked at it and said oh this will prob only take like 15 min even though the phone was terribly cracked and I was cutting my fingers with shards of glass while trying to use it. Awesome... btw the guy was super nice and very witty :-) I watched him fix it right in front of me and I swear it felt like it was less than 5 minutes! I'm not sure if it was because he said he already happened to have a 5c screen on hand or what, but I was still amazed. Went to charge me and turned out they had a sale going on and it was only $80! Amazing experience, I'll definitely go back there if I should have another unfortunate experience with any of my apple devices again lol. read more

I initially took my iPad with broken screen to another place but they told me they couldn't do it because my iPad was bent. I stopped by Repair Apple without much hope thinking that in worst case, I'd just try to sell it for parts. To my surprise, they said they can replace the screen and price was better than the one I went to previously. They didn't say anything about the iPad being bent. Since they had mostly good reviews, I decided to take the risk and left my iPad with them without mentioning what other place told me. When I went back a few hours later, my iPad was like new again. They told me while I was paying that my iPad was slightly bent and they tried their best to straighten it. Great service once again! Ken was super helpful. Took in my iPhone 6+ because I had trouble hearing on it when it wasn't on speakerphone/Bluetooth speaker in car. Thought I would have to replace earpiece but after diagnosing phone, Ken determined it just needed a good cleaning so he did that and even though he took it apart to diagnose and cleaned it, he didn't charge me. First off i'm a huge tipper and a fair judge of service and I have simple expectations. I own a business and the motto should always be two things #1 Is it good and fair for the customer? #2 Choose the difficult right over the easy wrong. Is this case both were not met. My daughter who recently got her first job decided to use her newly found income to repair her cracked iphone 7. This was a huge purchase for her as most kids these days expect things to be provided to them. Anyways.. She decided to go to this location because she thought we had been there before (wrong). So there, in her mind was a notion of trust and honesty. while fixing her device (screen) she was talked into purchasing a new battery($20) when she had recently (4 months ago) received a new battery directly from the apple store. I can't fault a tech/sales person for trying to add-on sales, but there is no reason to replace a 4 month old battery (this was wrong for the customer) Granted, she could have said no, but for purpose of business accountability we will just stick with the fact that nothing indicated a need to replacement of this specific part. Moving on. Upon receiving the phone back my daughter noticed that the edge of the screen was not seated flush with the case and was lifted. After several attempts to fix the issue the tech stated that he needed a "special" type of glue to fix the issue and that it would take a day to get the glue to the store. She agreed to return and paid for the screen replacement and the new (unneeded battery). 60 minutes later she returned home to show me her new screen and to tell me about her new purchase. I questioned her about the battery and we moved on from that topic. I noticed that her screen was raised and was not how it should be. She reassured me that tomorrow it would be fixed. 30 minutes later I am called out of desperation to help her figure out what is wrong with her phone. The device starts turning off then rebooting, then turning off again. This continues and does not stop. I try and do a level 1 and level 2 reset on the device. I clean all charging contacts with alcohol and nothing works. Frustrated I told her to leave it on the charger. at some point that night she took the phone and snagged the unseated side of the screen on something and and the screen ripped out disconnecting whatever mechanical things are inside. Now we really have a problem... Fast forward to today... I tell my wife to take her back in and talk to the tech that helped her yesterday... oddly he was not there. She explained what had happened an the new tech states that the battery is not in the right way. A moot point but i'll give him 2 points for creativity... The tech deflected and defended the workmanship and blamed this on a battery being in the wrong way. My wife had the tech call the previous tech and while on the phone the previous tech told the new tech to go ahead and refund my daughter. Now this doesn't help her because the hone is still busted and not able to be even backed up. The new tech hangs up and states that he will not refund even though the first tech told him to, realizing that workmanship was an issue. The new tech goes back to the battery stating that it is in the wrong way. Poor Form! So here we are.. My wife leaves, calls me out of a meeting, my daughter is upset and is now out her $100 plus no phone. This is where it could have been simple... Fix the damn phone... A refund doesn't even help her because she still needs a working device!! It was admitted by the previous tech that he did not complete the job 100%.. Any issue arising from non completion is an error on the side of the business. My daughter is not assertive enough in her age to stand up for what is right when it comes to business interactions so I am here to do it for her. #1 Choose the difficult right over the easy wrong #2 Do what is right for the customer. read more

Came in because I was having issues with my charging port for my iphone. Got there around 11 AM and was told to come back at 2. Got my phone back only to find that the service on my phone suddenly wasn't working. I was told to come back again later as they had to figure out the issue but already being on a time crunch after that long I had no choice but to call in late from work to wait for my phone. Another hour and a half later I'm notified that the issue couldn't be fixed because the parts at this shop do not work for my phone. I was kindly refunded and on my way. Staff was friendly but the issue was a little frustrating after having waited that long and I was able to get my phone fixed at another establishment within 30 minutes. read more
