They even have pressured me into getting a credit line to fix issues with my car. Today they wasted my time saying they couldn't do the oil change until I got something fixed. I'm usually VERY hesitant about who I allow to work on my car, but Thomas quickly made me feel like it wasn't just about the money -- he genuinely wanted to make sure my car was safe and that I could feel comfortable driving it again. My air had stopped blowing cold air and I could not take just rolling down the windows, since I knew it would be getting hotter real fast. However after talking with Thomas, who gave me a run down on what my car needed Per him my air conditioning didn't just need a charge, I needed an entire Air Compressor Kit and processed to quote me an crazy amount, plus other issues he had found that needed to be taken care of. I told him I would talk it over with my husband and get back to him. The next day, I came back to fix a passenger side axle, since that was more important at the moment, however Thomas is not there on this day now I have someone else in my face fast talking, thinking he got a stupid woman in his view and he's coming up with more things that need fixing, now I'm getting upset because he really thinks he got me on the hook, I processed to tell him please just fix what I came here for, so I can be on my way. He asked if I wanted to take care of the Air Compressor Kit, I said No, my husband found another place that will do it for $500 cheaper than you and he said with taking a beat, I'll match that price. wow really, I bet you would. I gave them $500 and I owed them $1000 more yesteday. I called them to make sure that my car was going to be an easy pick up after I paid them. When, I got to the place after leaving work early and I'm not getting paid for leaving early. My whole check went to them and after they took my money,they told me that I couldn't my car till monday. They had to to order a new transmission and that it wouldn't be coming till monday, even though I asked them early in the morning if my car was going to be ready. Then they charged me $35 to pay with my debit card, instead of them telling me to bring cash to avoid the charge fee. I better get my car on Monday.

The very short version is they did an excellent job repairing my 21 year old Toyota RAV4 SUV for a fair price, in the allotted time they promised, even despite finding an additional problem during the repair. They showed me the original problem in their garage, and when they discovered something else after I'd left, they sent me images and talked me through what they found, confirming my approval to proceed before doing any work we hadn't yet agreed on. I held off writing this review until I drove the 5+ hours home in case it broke down in the desert. Needless to say, due to my 5 star review, that didn't happen; she's running just as well as before the engine light went on, and I highly recommend Passion's services. I also like that they have a guarantee on their work, and since it's through Nationwide I could've even used it back home in CA if there was an issue (instead of having to drive back to Vegas). I hope I don't need auto work in Vegas on future vacations, but if I do, I'll be going straight back to Passion.
