I ended up finding a different product and decided to return the one from Bean Products. First, I had to email customer service several times just to try and get return instructions. I even tried t contact them on social media and didn't receive a response. After a week, I finally got a response that said that no shipping label was provided. I would have to ship it myself. Well I attempted to ship it myself but even the most economical option was going to cost ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS to ship back. And Bean Products won't even guarantee that you get the full purchase price back. So basically the return policy is a complete joke. I will not be using this company ever again.

He even invented a story that it was shipped and returned, but I proved that wasn't true. After endless back-and-forth, I told him to cancel the order -- he ignored me and sent it anyway. When I requested a return, he forced me to pay for it. Once he got the package back, he claimed the box was damaged and charged me a restocking fee. I ultimately had to contact my credit card company to get my money back.
