Johnson Fitness referred us to the manufacturer, and basically wanted nothing to do with it. My husband replaced the entire motor himself and the machine STILL shut down. When we asked Johnson Firness if we could trade it in, the sales person at the DG location said they "were not really interested in it as a trade in" and acted like he couldn't care less about our dissatisfaction. We junked it and went down the street and bought some new equipment from a store with much better customer service. Part of the reason I am so mad is that they could have steered us away from a bad product in the first place, everyone we talk to now says that brand of treadmill is a piece of junk.......

Justin was very friendly and personable and it was a very painless process from start to finish. I ordered the treadmill and received a call a couple weeks later and was able to set up my delivery. The delivery service called me the day before and gave me a 3 hour time frame. The delivery service came on time, removed my old treadmill, and set up the new treadmill in under 30 minutes. The Horizon 7.0 AT is super quiet, has simple and easy to use functions, and is great to run on. I am very pleased with this unit and look forward to more great runs!

Now, they are owned by Body Solid so most of the stuff is branded as such. However, if you're not a very particular person (and seeking a specific brand) you should be able to find most of what you need here. For most stuff, brand doesn't matter. For other stuff it does... so check out here first and then acquire any additional items online. What I really like about this place, aside from the affordable prices, is the staff. They have always been very friendly, helpful, and honest. I asked about a few specific items and they guy lamented that they didn't carry it and I'd be better off shopping online. He didn't try to cross-sell me something I didn't want, or pressure me into ordering through them... I like that. It's a way of doing business that is going to keep me coming back to them in the future. Also, they are more than willing to help you carry stuff to the register or out to your car; such service! I'm a big fan of Fitness Factory and will be returning to them again in the future as my garage box takes shape (pardon the pun).

I have been going to this store since I opened my pool the first time - loooooong time ago! Last…read morenight I went to pull out my equipment for this season and found my pool vaccuum would not charge. Dang it. I had to get the pool open the following day (today, Sunday), and no delivery would be here in time. I called this store and got Ray close to closing time. I had him find me a similar vacuum to what I had and he put it aside for me. I told him I would be there at 11am on the dot today to pick it up. Doors were open, staff was ready and I got my vacuum. How can I say this.... without going off on a swear filled tirade…read more... Purchased a custom hot tub cover. Measured the thing edge to edge. Then come to find out that they give the manufacturer a half inch buffer. Would have LOVED to know that detail. Or possibly have someone come out and measure it before I blew almost 1K. Ive sent pictures, only one corner is actually covered. After repeated calls and emails expressing my displeasure, they have ghosted me, took the cash and are obviously done with me. I have banned my family and future generations from going there. FYI - could have gotten a cover off Amazon for half the cost and guess what? If it didn't fit, they would've taken it back.
