He measured our windows and asked us when we would like to have them installed. He told us that it takes three days to manufacture to spec. Mr Flores and his assistant came out and replaced our windows within a day. He hauled away our old windows, cleaned the new windows and rehung our window co rings - drapes and blinds. He also came out for a couple of hours the following day to caulk the outside of the windows and to make sure we were satisfied. We were impressed with his communication / letting us know when he would arrive, if he was running late and answering any questions we had. We ended up with ten double panes single hung windows with argon gas in between the glass. We were told that the argon helps to retain heat in the winter and keep out heat in the summer. The windows have a to tint to them so you can't see in from the outside. We were so impressed with his professional ism, his dedication to his craft that we plan to use him for another one of our homes.

Felipe took the measurements, gave me the quote, and told me about when the windows would be ready to install. When the windows were completed by the manufacturer, Felipe scheduled installation for the following week. He said it would take two days and it did, but what was great about Felipe and other installer is that they are obviously very experienced at window replacements, took the time to do a high quality job, and were very pleasant during the whole process. If I had more windows to replace, I would definitely call Flores Windows & Doors.

On the day of installation, he and his son showed up exactly when they said they would and absolutely hit it out of the park. The whole process was painless, fast, and the end result looks fantastic. We started with two sliding doors and two small windows, and the difference is unbelievable. These new windows completely changed the look and feel of our place! Who would've thought windows could make such a big impact? Every time I walk by them, I catch myself just admiring how clean and modern they look. Not to mention, the father-and-son duo were incredibly considerate and made little to no mess! They laid down tarps to protect our floors, and their overall cleanliness was impressive -- something I always worry about when getting work done around the house. Bonus points for that! The quality and workmanship impressed me so much that I already scheduled Luis to come back three days later to measure the remaining six windows. Our old ones were original from the 1950s, so this upgrade feels long overdue, and now I want them all done asap! Highly recommend! Great communication, punctual, and affordable!

As many homeowners will realize, there are a few things to consider when replacing windows. Some companies will take their measurements and give an old fashioned sales pitch. Luis at LMR Windows is straightforward and earnest with his estimate, I did not feel pressured by him and could tell that he is glad to help prospective customers. After a couple of phone conversations and 2 visits to my home to review the project/measure the windows, I settled on Luis' bid. He offered fair pricing (competitive when compared against other companies in the area). Throughout the process, Luis provided periodic updates on the status of the window order and once the window manufacture completion date was confirmed, he offered quick availability for installation. We had a total of 16 units installed at our home, including 2 sliding doors. Luis works with his son, Sebastian, who is not only skilled at what he does - but also very polite and respective of other peoples' home. The guys completed the job in 2 days and cleaned up at the end of each day. I am pleased with the quality of work - the windows have been sealed nicely and professionally. I have referred Luis and Sebastian to family already. I will gladly work with LMR Windows again in the future! Some photos of the finished windows are included in this review for anyone wondering how the final product looks.

From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. Even with our home going through a major renovation, the installers worked smoothly and efficiently around everything without any issues. Their attention to detail and the quality of their craftsmanship truly stood out. One thing that really made a difference is that Royal Pane Windows is a family-owned company. You can feel the pride they take in their work -- they treated our project as if it were their own home. That level of care and personal attention is rare, and it showed in every interaction. During the walkthrough, they also offered thoughtful suggestions that genuinely elevated the look and feel of the house without adding unnecessary cost. Their recommendations were practical, stylish, and budget friendly -- exactly what you hope for when upgrading a home. The new windows look fantastic and have completely updated the appearance of the house. The quality of the product and the precision of the installation were exactly what we hoped for. What we appreciated most was the clear communication and honest pricing -- no surprises, no upselling, just straightforward, reliable service from start to finish. We are extremely satisfied with our experience and highly recommend Royal Pane Windows to anyone looking for top notch window installation. Truly a 5-star company!

    Montecito Heights

(This review includes a response to the business owner's reply)…read more I had a deeply disappointing experience with Paul's Windows, and I want to share it so that other homeowners know what to expect before working with this company. I reached out for a small bedroom window replacement and had one key requirement: that the new window, once installed, provide a minimum clear opening height of 13 inches. The sales associate, Art, confirmed via text that the manufacturer (Crystal Pacific) said it would: 13.1875", in fact. That was fine by me. But when I asked for that specification to be confirmed in the contract, in writing, Art refused. Let me be clear: I wasn't asking for a personal warranty on the product. I simply wanted confirmation that the installed window, as ordered and managed by Paul's Windows, would meet the functional requirement I had clearly communicated. Art repeatedly deflected, referring to "what the manufacturer said," but was unwilling to take responsibility for the result. When I asked for accountability, he became dismissive and eventually walked away from the job. I contacted Paul directly, hoping for a more professional response. Instead, I received a generic brush-off and a claim that the window wouldn't meet the specs, which contradicts what their own sales associate had already confirmed. Worse, Paul didn't acknowledge or engage with any of the valid concerns I raised around basic customer service, transparency, or professional responsibility. Ultimately, I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I was hiring a company to manage a job and deliver a specific result. If something went wrong, say, the manufacturer provided a window that didn't meet the spec, it would be on the contractor to resolve it, not on me to go chase down the supplier. That's what any responsible company would do. But Paul's Windows made it clear they don't see it that way. If you're okay with vague communication, contractors who won't stand behind their own work, and potentially being left to deal with problems on your own, maybe this company is fine. But if you want clarity, professionalism, and accountability in writing, then look elsewhere. § Paul's response below is a classic damage control move -- polite on the surface, but full of deflection and quiet rewriting of events. To clarify: the window in question would have met the required 13" clear opening. That wasn't in dispute. Art, their sales associate, confirmed that in writing and was fully prepared to proceed with the job -- until I asked for a simple written accountability. That's the moment everything fell apart. Paul's follow-up misrepresents the timeline and sidesteps the core issue -- not whether the window would fit, but whether the company was willing to stand behind the result they were being paid to deliver.

After signing the contract the windows were ordered and arrived in about 3 weeks. The installation team worked quickly and Art was there to see it complete. Retrofitted the windows to fit in my existing frames to avoid having to work on the wall. Added the grids to match the style of the old windows since I have a condo and HOA would probably have an issue if not everyone's windows matched since it's a shared building.

The quoted price ended up being the exact price too! We scheduled for someone to come and template our table. It was scheduled for a window of 1pm - 4pm. They were a no show. I called after 4 to ask what happened. It turns out that we were never put on the schedule! Mistakes happen of course. We were placed on the schedule for the following day. He arrived on time and measured the table very quickly and was done. I was told on the phone that it would be 2- 3 days to fabricate the glass. The person who measured told me it would be 4- 6 days. I assumed the longer time window would be more accurate. It was exactly a week to the day. I received a phone call to schedule delivery. The day came and the glass arrived. He places it and then goes back to his truck to leave. There are silver scratch marks in one corner! We flagged him down. He came back inside and we showed him the scratches. He said," that is the tempered mark. It shows that the glass is tempered. You didn't ask for that mark? ".Wtf? Who would ask for scratches on their table top? I could maybe understand on a door? Even then, I would rather have an emblem or stamp than ugly scratched. I called the shop, they said they would send it back to the fabricator to have them buff out the scratches. They said it would be back the following week. Of course on delivery day I received a phone call. Surprise, they can't buff out the scratches it has to be remade. I thought it sounded too good to be true. We rescheduled for the new glass to be delivered. I got a call the day of to be told it was on backorder! By some miracle, the following day I received a call that they were on their way to deliver! It was a total rollercoaster. We have our glass. It looks great. Alls well that ends well I guess.
