Well..... what a disappointing experience, though I wouldn't call it that as we didn't get a table Walked in for lunch at 110PM I saw several tables available, so I waited to be sat with my daughter. The bartender said someone will be right with you, so we waited...and waited...and waited The bartender again said someone will be with you. Mind you, there was no one sitting at the bar area. And again, multiple tables were available. As we waited, over 5 minutes passes and my daughter said she needed the restroom. I told her will be sitting soon. Another 5 minutes passed and again, we were left just standing there We finally walked out and just went to Kickin Crab and got sat within 10 seconds even though they were way busier Yeah, no thanks. A very pretty little shop that serves Mexican food with a nice ambiance. They also have TVs for sports socially during the World Cup soccer games. Here you have the option for inside or outdoor seating. Parking can be tough during the dinner hours but they have a parking structure incase parking gets difficult. For starters I got the Taquitos which sounded really good but just lacked a little flavor. Felt like it was missing salt or just a little kick. Even with the salsa it felt like it lacked a little something. I was debating what to get for my entree but once I saw the Taco Flight I knew I had to get that so I get to try a little bit of everything. It includes Chicken Tinga, Carne Asada, Fish and Al Pastor. The Carne Asada and Fish might have had the most flavor in it but besides that I felt like it lacked some flavor or just the salsas didn't have much depth to it. It's crazy how some of these business operate. Literally they only have 2 workers. Throughout the whole restaurant. We walked in to eat. No hostess to seat us or welcome us. The bartender was just staring at us not helping us out. The other work was busy with someone else. We had to stand around for 5-10 minutes before someone can come and help us. No type of communication that they were under staffed. This place needs way more employees. Customer service sucks. Super rude, disrespectful. No hello, no we will be right with you, nothing. The employees were standing at the front talking to each other and chatting with other people instead of doing anything productive. They were not cleaning tables or helping customers, just talking while we stood there waiting. It felt rude and unprofessional. Hits and misses. Hits: Walking into the restaurant. The decor is great. Very vibrant and the shrimp tacos. I would say were a big highlight so if you visit definitely worth trying out great portion. Another member of our groups of the Al Pastor tacos were good. Misses: For me the Mulitas weren't worth the price. At eight dollars I'd rather have two street tacos which were considerably better and way more filling portion wise for non-alcoholic drink options. They only had Pepsi products and we're out of any diet options and also out of ice tea, so that kind of left just water. Service wise the food came out fast, but no one ever checked on us. Everything comes out with plastic silverware and drinkware which I assume makes it easy to turn over seats. Street corn was borderline amiss/OK. It was a big portion so that's a win but overall flavor and what I'm looking for for street corn just didn't land with me. Overall: The place looks beautiful. I ended up getting 3 street tacos, and some kind of special asada taco that was 7 bucks alone. If I were to come here again I would just stick to street tacos. I proteins I got was asada, carnitas, and pastor. I ended up ordering two more pastor tacos because they were the better tasting out of the three. I wouldn't get the 7 dollar asada taco again. It was good but not that good. Overall I was happy with the meal and service. This is a great place to sit down and have some cheap good tacos. The ambience is laid back as it is a small restaurant.
