What a hidden gem of a pumpkin patch! This place is absolutely charming and feels like the perfect fall getaway. The pumpkins are clean, fairly priced, and there's a fantastic selection--from HUGE pumpkins to cute little decorative ones. I loved that there were tons of photo opportunities all around the patch, making it easy to capture those picture-perfect autumn memories. The farm stand is adorable and well-stocked, and there's even a little snack shack for treats and drinks. For the kids (and kids at heart), there's a small petting zoo and a fun haunted maze, which added to the whole experience without being overwhelming. One of the best things about this spot is that it's not overly crowded or hectic like a lot of other pumpkin patches, so you can actually relax and enjoy your visit. Everyone working was very helpful and their pumpkin selection was awesome. The farm stand at the front has beautiful produce and farm fresh eggs for a steal! First time coming here and definitely not the last! A very cute pumpkin patch!!! It's not huge but has soo much to offer, animal petting, haunted maze, lots of photo ops! Snacks and I saw they have food trucks at times. Free parking and Free entrance!!! Okay, this pumpkin patch is cute. Pro's and con's, let's get straight to the point: Pros: -Parking was easy and there was a lot. Some in the front area and staff guiding you to the back/side parking -There's so many photo opportunities that are free (tractor set ups, pumpkin house, flower wall, pumpkins everywhere, beautiful trees lined up on the side of parking lot, the animals from a distance cause you have to pay to get up close) -Free pumpkin painting -Creative pumpkin games (checkers board you use the orange and white pumpkins to play) -Seating area -Portable bathrooms (didn't use though) -Food vendor (didn't try out) -Option to pay more for animal exhibit and haunted maze -When you pay to access the animal section, you are able to go in and pet little bunnies, see a tortoise up close and hold a snake with staff assistance. There's also a reptile exhibit to walk through Cons: -It can get very busy. We arrived around 3P on a Sunday and it was alright. But evening time there were longer lines to take photos. -That haunted maze is so wack. I was super disappointed and debated asking for my money back. It was pallets set up with black plastic over them. We basically walked in a circle and towards the end when we went inside a more dark covered hay maze it got a bit cooler with the scary prop set up but then it was over. It may be better at night obviously but for teenagers and adults it was a joke honestly. For the younger children, I can see it being suspenseful for them but I think I paid ~$7 each of us (4 total) and it lasted like 5 minutes. I'd skip that. Enjoy! read more

I've been waiting for Sons Farm Fresh to open. I happily saw they were open today. It's a popular spot for locals or anyone driving by. They offered samples of their strawberries and almond butter, both blew my mind. The strawberries were the sweetest ones I've had in CA. They were huge! They have lots of selections of fresh produce, fruits, house made items, or local items. Friendly owners and loved the layout of the stand. I forgot to grab their fresh made sourdough bread... a must try I have heard. We bought 3 types of corn nuts: habanero, ranch, and bbq. This was a very cute pumpkin patch! My kids loved the variety of pumpkins and some of the best big sized ones as well! The haunted maze was cute and my daughter did get scared she is 7. This review is for the pumpkin village. We visited later in the day around 5 pm. It was tranquil with some Halloween music playing in the background for nice ambiance. Great spots for photo shoot, lots of pumpkin displays, touch of sunflowers, and great opportunities for play and exploration for little kids. Overall I really liked it and will return this season. It's small but perfect for my 4 and 2 year old kids. Reasonable price for face painting and entrance fee of farm animals and creepy crawlies. Cool sensory play with the corn pits with some toys, running around hay maze, and you get the opportunity to talk about variety of pumpkins and gourds with your kids. The kids really liked petting most of the farm animals and was surprised they pet the snake and bearded dragon. The workers running the farm we're very nice and pretty engaged with my littles offering kids to pet animals and reptiles. There are some snack and food options in the village and in the store area. There's also a carnitas taco truck/trailer. In the village we tried two of the lemonade mix drinks and they were pretty good. Our kids also liked the colorful popcorn and sugar cookies we bought from the fruit stand. Only negative with kids was the porta potty neither had TP and were pretty gnarly. Next time I'll carry my travel potty for the littles. read more

Got to visit this pumpkin patch for the first time this year! Not too far of a drive & loved how quaint & diverse it was from all.the other pumpkin farms I've been to. One thing I saw in the previous reviews that made me want to visit is the pumpkin house. It definitely lived up to its hype. And not mention they have a variety of pumpkins, squash, picture ops, a corn maze, pumpkin checkers, and a fresh fruit stand. Loved all rhe variety they offered and even the variations of the sizes of their pumpkins. Some were a little pricey but definitely worth the visit and will definitely be worth another visit. I enjoyed every minute of it :) another cool mention, they have a map people placed pins they came to visit from all over the world. You can check this out at the fruit stand. read more

Great place for small children and family. There was parking in the front and back. We went on a Sunday morning and it wasn't busy. There were so many cute spots to take pictures. The staffs were all very nice! We ended the day with ice cream and donut. Very good too! Would go again. read more

Visited their pumpkin patch today with my daughter's kindergarten class and thought it was a very cute and quaint little spot to take the kiddos. The guides were very friendly, informative and very patient with all the tiny kindergarteners. The many stations were fun for all the children. The only thing I wish, was maybe food or snacks for sale aside from the food truck on the main road for the parents on the field trip. Their sweet shack is only open on weekends. However, if you visit, they have a lovely picnic area if you bring your own lunch. read more

Very family friendly, we had our homeschool co-op field trip here and they had a nice presentation about pumpkins, it was very hands on and informative. Staff is very kind. I have 5 kids ages 5-13 and they all enjoyed what was available, cute little hay maze, corn kernel pit for littles and scary maze (enter at own risk) along with photo ops at every turn you make. A must for littles (ages 1-10). Taco truck was there and convenient, the fruit stand is simple and clean and has great produce. We'll definitely come back again. read more

This fruit/veggie stand is incredible! First, the owner is an excellent communicator as she not only met my canning needs but she communicated via text and phone to make sure that I was provided with the product that I need and at a time in which I could pick up the produce. Moreover, her "team" as she refers to her employees spoke highly of their boss and worked equally as hard to provide me with exactly what I needed. I will definitely be going back to this produce stand even though it is 20 minutes away from me. read more

I have never had a bad experience at Sons. The fresh fruit and veggies, is worth every penny, and my husband LOVES the extras, as is the jerky or corn nuts. My personal favorites are the tomato chips and the lemon covered almonds. Its my favorite way to shop local and watch a business grow. read more
