Cheap, quick, quality, service. Other companies charge you 400 to replace your glass! This one only charged me 239 out the door, they came to me, and the employee Omar was amazing at not only fixing my windshield like it was nothing, he also made it comfortable enough to have a conversation while working. Also, they answer their calls and voice messages literally a minute after they miss it. They gave a time frame of when they would come by, and came on time. THEY DO HORRIBLE WORK. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. THERE ARE BETTER WINDOW REPAIR COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT DO BETTER QUALITY OF WORK. I was already feeling victimized because my front windshield was randomly smashed. I needed it to be replaced promptly so that my car could be driveable. I chose to get it fixed by Cost-U-Less because they quoted me the best price. When I got my car back there was broken glass every where from the broken windshield that was replaced because the service man didn't clean it up. The side panels were scratched and peeling from damage they did from removing the broken windshield. Glue was protruding on the front inner sides on the new windshield because they used too much glue. I wasn't given a receipt so I had to go back and ask for one. Since I was going back I asked them to trim down the glue that was protruding and they barely got it but they scratched the protection lining off the left side of the windshield. Now the protection lining that is evenly lined around the windshield is now missing on the left side. I had to clean all of the broken glass up myself and it was spread out all over my car and was very hard to clean. There was broken glass all over the seats, the floor, in the vents, and in between every nook and cranny. I wore sandals the next day and got a small piece of fine glass that I missed stuck in the bottom of my foot. I thought I could trust these guys because they quoted me a good price. Initially gave friendly service with a smile but in the end I was wronged. They're cheap but they do not do good quality work. read more

I had a regulator go out on my car passenger window. Called Cost u less and spoke to Moe. He had me go buy the regulator to make sure it was available. I located a brand new one immediately and called him back to schedule a repair person to come over. He said he was going to call his technician and get back to me. Three hours later, no return call, so I called him back. He failed to answer twice, so I contacted another company that fortunately came out the following day (yesterday) in the pouring rain. Cost u less needs better management, and customer service training. Answer the call and let people know that you are unavailable if you can't do the job (simple). read more

The service that Moe and his team provided was OUTSTANDING! Really! I've never had a business work so hard to help me to the extent that Moe did. I needed my back privacy window replaced after having been vandalized. This was on a Thursday and the insurance company's recommended installer wouldn't be able to replace it until Monday. Since I have a high deductible, I decided to search for my own replacement. I liked that Moe answered the phone and helped me right away. He was the only one that asked me the most important question...does the window have heat...for defrosting. It sure did and that was part of the reason that finding the right replacement proved to be quite a challenge for a 15 year old Jeep. Moe kept me informed several times during an exhaustive search, and then located one and was able to come to my residence on Saturday.
