Jake is experienced and skilled in nearly all aspects of construction work. Only thing I had to do was use a licensed electrician to reconfigure the electrical loads and install several new and dedicated circuits in the kitchen area when the area was gutted. Jake even goes an extra mile to do some things out of scope because he is that kind of guy, but if you push him out of scope, then you should reward him appropriately. He is anxious to please and works as if it is his own house. He installed an RO I had ordered in the middle of the kitchen-install and he wasn't going to charge, and he reworked some doors and did some extras here and there to give 100% quality and happiness.
