The also sell fantastic Japanese Soufflé Pancakes - they take time to make so plan for at least 30 minutes wait up to an hour on weekends. I picked out four of the pastries and the tiramisu. The pastries were all fresh and delightful in flavor. The lavender one was my absolute favorite - subtle yet flavorful. The tiramisu was a bit strong for me. Everything else was fantastic. Super super reasonable prices considering the quality.

The fact that you responded in that way to a very detailed review asking me to email 'details' of my experience shows just how little this company cares. You just post these 'oh sorry we fell short' responses and never follow up. My review did explicitly detail the issues and frankly I have spent way too much of my time already trying to get a response to the disappointment in a shop I have spent a lot of money in! Let's face it, your pastries are not inexpensive. But that's not really the point, as I am never concerned with price if it is something I enjoy. They have a great selection of pastries. The croissants are so amazing. You can tell it's a good croissant from all the fluffy layers.
