Brush up on your Spanish people! Straight up Marisco restaurant! From music, decor, ambiance and menu lots to choose from. Today we ordered Ceviche Tostadas, Michelada, fish battered Chimichanga, chicken taco, shrimp swimming in Chile sauce served with warm tortillas. Service quick, a little hard to communicate as our Spanish was not quite up to par. Food tasty and loved the flavor of the cerviche and grilled chicken.

The food is fantastic, and I do recommend it. I will definitely come back. The reason for the Minus one star is that I asked for a Michelada, and it was just Clamato with a beer, which was very bland. If you're Mexican, then you know what to expect from a Michelada with spices and a bit spicy. Very disappointing.

If you want food that tastes like home, this is for you! Homemade deliciousness through and through.

We weren't sure what restaurant Sinaloa was when we stopped in. The restaurant is full of natural light and brightly painted sea themed Mexican furniture. We were a bit shocked by the prices at first but it seems some of the items are shareable. We watched as a waitress sat a full fish down at an adjacent table and excitedly asked our waitress what the dish was. Our waitress seemed annoyed that we were asking questions. Ultimately we ordered the molcajete barba roja. Along with a few alcoholic drinks. Both drinks tasted great, however the alcohol seemed a bit light. The molcajete was good. The chicken was a bit dry and the carne asada a bit fatty. The bacon wrapped shrimp was the best part. I wish there was more salsa on the bottom. My wife and I made a point to try the octopus. My wife had textural issues but I enjoyed it. There wasn't any spice heat to the dish however there are 6 hot sauces on the table. In the end it was good but not our favorite molcajete dish in the valley.

The service was friendly and fast, everyone enjoyed their food, and the portions were HUGE. Everything tasted fresh, and my chicken was cooked perfectly. What stood out most was how seriously they took my seafood allergy. I was initially nervous about eating at a seafood restaurant, but the manager personally came to our table, asked about my reactions, and assured me that my food would be prepared in a separate area from the seafood. That level of care made me feel comfortable and truly valued as a guest. We also enjoyed the complimentary crackers and bread with a delicious buttery dip. They offer a military discount, too, which was a nice bonus! Between the food, generous portions, great service, and attention to my allergy, this was a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend giving them a try, and we will absolutely be back.

But our server was great and he would have gotten the 20% at least... I don't know why I didn't take pictures except for mine. Probably because I was so freaking annoyed. Well for a start Fruit De Mer, $37.95 for shrimp, crab fingers and oysters. Shrimp was OK, they weren't pealed probably so I bit into small shells few times, crab fingers was super tiny with almost no meat to little meat, little fishy, not tasty, oysters.. two big and two tiny ones. Big ones I'm guessing Louisiana oysters, small one I have no idea. I kid you not small ones looked like ones you get at cheap Chinese buffet. For how much you got the price you pay was beyond me. I think maybe 15 bux might have been OK. Rest of the dishes were pretty good but when I saw my dish I was confused. I had to look at the menu to see if I made the right order. Looked at the picture I took 11 months ago and verified I orders the same dish. I know cost of things have gotten up and some times you have to decide keep the price same and give smaller portion or raise the price.. Well I would have preferred either or. Not the dish I got which looked and tasted like, keep the same peice, add more pasta, put less seafood. I was so annoyed I wanted to complain but I got the evil eyes from my wifey since it was a bday dinner celebration, so I kept my mout shut. I remember seafood gumbo being amazing but for some reason shrimp gumbo was also pure disappointment. Little salty and lacked the flavor that I remember eating. Definitely not worth the price for a cup. Filet mignon for $68.95 definitely was not worth the price tag also. Over all food was pretty good but not as good as last time I ate there. Service was still great which is nice. I cannot keep this place 4 starts anymore. And I used to recommend this place to everybody but not after today. That almost $38 appetizer was sad and over priced and they totally ruined my Pasta Mardi Gras. Maybe I am being too harsh but 8 people dinner with 3 appetizers, one main dishes per person, just water to drink for over $650, I just could not get over the fact that it was not worth the over all price.

Words don't do this place justice!…read more The service was so on point and they all work as a team. Multiple people will check on you, clear the table, and refill anything you need. The overall place is super cute, quaint, and not loud so you can actually hear your table conversation. The food....delicious! I'll start off by saying those OYSTER BITES are money! My friend and I ordered multiple and I would have ordered more if we didn't have a place to be afterwards. I'm definitely ordering this every single time. The Tuna carpaccio was to die for, I would order this every time! The Lobster croissant was interesting, the lobster itself was so juicy and buttery, I didn't care much for the croissant or shrimp on it. The caviar chips were good but I wouldn't order them again, it was more chips than anything else. The drinks were sooooo good! If you don't know what to order the staff is very knowledgeable and can help guide you. A message for the owners: I absolutely love the concept! You two are extraordinary and I hope you don't change a thing at either of your restaurants. All of them are fantastic. It feels fresh, clean and really represents itself as a seafood place. The menu is heavier on seafood and lighter on fish, which is OK. good assortment of non-water proteins as well. Nice wine list with bottles and glasses at multiple price points. Service was good. Tanner handled a bit of confusion on an oyster order like a pro. A bit more attention would have been nice; clearing plates, filling water, etc. But overall, solid service. Food was interesting. Oysters were fresh tasting and served with several toppers. Not certain I liked the plastic cups and mini wooden ladle, but the flavors were there. Lobster bisque was a bit thick for my taste, but my better half thought it was great. Flavor was rich and satisfying. Last, the lobster and shrimp roll was too deconstructed. The lobster was dumped on top of an uncut croissant. You couldn't really eat it like a roll unless you scraped off the meat, picked up the damp croissant, cut it and then restuffed the lobster and shrimp inside. Too dang much work. While the flavor was good, this is not something I would order again unless they were willing to split in in the kitchen and turn it into a proper lobster and shrimp roll. Would absolutely go again, but you are now warned about the roll.

The service was top tier. I wish customer service like this existed everywhere. Hannah was outstanding. She was welcoming, attentive, and helped make our night even more enjoyable. She didn't linger but somehow always knew when to check back on us as soon as we needed something. We're always weary of trying out a new restaurant for the first time but dinner was spectacular. Everything we ordered was so delicious and cooked to delectable perfection. High compliments to the chef! Appetizer: Warm Bread Basket - A must have! The bread was so scrumptious that it doesn't even need the delicious whipped butter. But the butter was so amazing it was hard not to smother every morsel of bread with it. Fantastic appetizer option. Entrees: 1/2lb Dutch Harbor King Crab Legs - Served with perfectly cooked asparagus, potatoes, and the usual side of melted butter. My wife said the butter that the crab is cooked in/served with was so phenomenal that she didn't have the need to dip into the side butter. I chose this restaurant because my wife loves crab legs and these absolutely delivered. The meat was sweet and succulent, and most importantly, they tasted fresh! Filet Mignon (8oz) - Delicious and perfectly seasoned! Exactly cooked how my wife ordered it and she thoroughly enjoyed it. Willow Bend Lamb - I can't rave enough about how exquisite this was. I was worried the chops were going to be too large but the portion size was spot on to my liking. The roasted garlic thyme jus it's served with is rich, savory, and a great compliment to the tender and juicy chop. I would order this again and again. Sides: Parmesan Truffle Fries and Smoked Gouda Tater Tots - It's hard to mess up a potato but somehow Ocean Prime was able to make it even more delicious. The fries had a perfect balance of crisp and tender, and the parmesan truffle flavor was the cherry on top. Wonderful aftertaste and surprisingly pairs well with crab legs. The tots had a perfect crisp exterior and a fluffy inside. The offerings are generous so 1 side would suffice for 2 people. Every bite was scrumptious and a definite recommend for the table. Cocktails: My wife also had the Berries & Bubbles cocktail. Well, it was so yummy that she had 2 of them. I had a sip and although I'm not a vodka fan, I can attest that it was indeed yummy. The dry ice is a nice touch and adds to the beauty and appeal of this drink. The drink is poured at the table (Hannah is clearly a pro at it). It was like a dinner and a show! Dessert: We were offered to choose a dessert on-the-house to celebrate my birthday. We ordered the Warm Butter Cake for the table and a Chocolate Torte to go. Hannah was kind enough to comp both of them for us! The Warm Butter Cake was AMAZING! From the delicious ice cream served on top to the gooey buttery velvety center of the cake with a perfectly crisped edge, it was everything you'd want in a dessert and more. I'm sure it's the star of the dessert menu. I've yet to make it to the torte but I've no doubt I'll be swimming in chocolatey goodness when I do. Lastly, I had flowers delivered to the restaurant to surprise my wife, and I asked if they would please have them set at the table prior to our arrival. They were able to receive the delivery before opening time and were placed perfectly in the middle of our table (booth seating). I'm so grateful for how they accommodated my request and helped me execute a wonderful surprise that gained a beautiful smile from my wife. 10/10 experience. Five stars all across the board. Worth every dollar spent. I highly recommend Ocean Prime for any and all events, or if you're simply just looking for a delicious meal.

The Caesar salad was very good, and the crab cake was excellent--easily the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the scallops were disappointing, arriving cold and noticeably tough. On the positive side, the carrot cake was outstanding and a great way to end the evening. The restaurant was surprisingly quiet during our early dinner reservation, so we expected attentive service. Instead, the service was slow and inattentive throughout the meal, which was disappointing given the restaurant's reputation and pricing. Overall, there were some bright spots, but the inconsistent food quality and poor service made for an underwhelming Father's Day experience.

Started with chili garlic edamame and had to order another just regular as the first item was way too spicy for my wife (even though we asked server Frank to not make it too spicy). Had the combo of large Asahi and mixed tempura. Don't think we'd order the tempura again. Had a shrimp, 2 pieces of rectangular calamari, a potato chip-like sweet potato, and a slice of acorn squash. Was lower priced because it was with the beer, but at $9.99 regular price - pretty pricey for what you got. Also wasn't that great of tempura. Seemed more breaded than tempura-battered. Did a sushi bento box. Cucumber salad more tangy than sweet (good). Yellowtail roll and spicy tuna both substantial. The yellowtail was a solid piece, not the chopped up kind you often get. Both rolls were encased in tasty purple rice. White tuna sashimi slices (3) were large and buttery. Service was great and the interior is clean and attractive. We look forward to a return visit!
