I…read morebegan seeing their team during my second pregnancy after developing a medical condition, and from the very start, I felt that both my baby and I were in excellent hands. Each visit was reassuring--their expertise and clear care plan helped ease my anxiety throughout my pregnancy and delivery. Dr. Zaita was the first to diagnose my condition. She took the time to thoroughly explain what to expect, answered all of my questions, and made both my husband and me feel supported and confident in our care. Dr. Pickford delivered my son and acted quickly in making the best medical decisions for both of us. She communicated clearly during my C-section, which helped me feel calm and informed, and she provided exceptional care throughout the procedure and recovery. Dr. Uthaman was incredibly compassionate during my appointments and went above and beyond by checking on me and my baby while we were in the hospital, which meant so much to our family. My family and I are so grateful we made the decision to switch to Fair Ridge OBGYN. We truly couldn't be happier with the care we received!

I wanted to wait until I went through the whole process before reviewing, so talk about an almost year wait to say my peace. I found this place through my insurance, however it did not update that I believe Dr. Hodges was retired. I purposely seek him as he specialized in an issue I was concerned over. When making the appointment they did not make me aware he was retired (assuming by the time I came along he might've just retired). One of the reasons I held out was because the first ob I saw was Dr. Uthaman. He is newer to the practice but has great bedside manner. And seemed to be pro for non invasive treatment and had knowledge on his belt on issues a POC may face vs non. I was lucky enough to have seen him a few times (wish it was more) during my time and he was one of the doctors that assisted in my delivery. Besides him I felt that Dr. Jabola, Dr. Zaita, and NP Fulop were safe bets. Dr. Black was the main doctor at my delivery and she seemed fine but that was the only time I saw her so I can't speak too much on her. But she didn't make the delivery miserable so there's that. I don't want to get into too many details of my gripes but here's a little snip of some things I'd note. I specifically avoided FNP Stone per reviews floating around. If I knew someone who was going here I'd tell them to avoid Dr. Pickford she's pretty condescending and rough. The front desk staff is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get a good one, other times you regret coming in and question why you continue to go here. As far as billing that can be a mess too (luckily that percentage for me of hot mess was low) All and all I'm glad I survived (mentally and physically) here. Hopefully this will help the next person.

Dr. Khan is always overbooked so there is always a bit of a wait, which is ok considering she is popular and she is the only provider other than her assistant PA. This visit however, they overbooked so much they forgot to check two patients in (one being me) upon arrival. I signed in like I was told, had a seat, and had been waiting there for over an hour thinking they must really be behind, while other patients were skipping ahead of me because the doctor didn't know I was there since I did not get checked in. During this time, a young pregnant patient had an issue and loudly expressed her anger, caused a scene, and left. From there, the receptionist became very unprofessional and talked bad about that patient to other patients. She mentioned to them that the angry patient would probably be dismissed from the practice and that is what happens when children have babies. Now, I do the same job as what the medical receptionist does where I work, but I would NEVER talk about a patient with other patients, one because of HIPAA... hello a little privacy! And two because it is unprofessional and makes the practice look bad. Now I'm thinking, what do they say about me when I leave the office? 2. Good luck getting through via phone. The phones seem to always be down and you get an answering service stating the office is now closed.... during business hours! 3. They have a sign on the door stating only the patient is allowed in the waiting room which would be awesome considering they only have 6 chairs, but yet they have dads, kids, grandma's, aunts, uncles and whole families in there taking all the space so actual patients have to stand. They need to reinforce that ALL guests wait OUTSIDE of the office until the patient they are with is called back and limit guests to ONE per patient. Seats are for patients ONLY. These are pregnant women and people with issues who need to be able to sit and not stand because a guest is taking up space that the office does not have. I really want to give this place a shot, but so far I'm not very impressed with what I have experienced. I really hope they see these reviews and try to do better in these areas.

I am so grateful to Dr. Sharara. He was very honest and straightforward with us, and I really appreciated that. Our other clinic told us we had unexplained infertility, but Dr. Sharara actually did the investigative work to see what was going on. Through changes in lifestyle and medication, we were able to get five embryos! I cannot tell you how happy I am to have a chance at another pregnancy due to Dr. Sharara's diligence and care.

After dealing with infertility for over 7 years, I truly never thought I would be able to conceive. Dr. Fady Sharara changed my life for the better--he gave me hope when I felt like there was none, and I will forever be grateful for that. His expertise, compassion, and dedication made all the difference for me. I'm so thankful for the protocol he created that worked for my situation, and I genuinely hope he can continue to help others who are just like me find their own success and happiness. A huge thank you to his wonderful nurses, Jill and Jessica, who were always there with kindness, patience, and reassurance whenever I needed it most. They made such a difference in my experience. I also want to recognize Maggie and Trisha at the front desk. No matter what kind of day I was having, they always greeted me with warmth and a smile, making me feel welcome and cared for. This journey isn't always easy, but having a team like this behind you makes all the difference. I'm beyond grateful for everyone at VCRM for their support and dedication, and I'm so excited for this new chapter ahead.

A month has passed & I still haven't heard from them, so I sent an email for my request to be canceled and heard back the same business day. TLDR: they are too busy and overwhelmed to take on new patients, too swamped to communicate within the timeframe they set for themselves, and all too happy for new patient inquiries to see themselves out. This practice is probably great if you're already an established patient (though from the reviews, highly doubtful), but if you're seeking to become a new patient -- run for the hills and look elsewhere, your time will only be wasted.

Doctors there laughed at this practice diagnosis. Cancer antigen is high due to having fibroids and cysts. Fibroids are not a cancer and neither are cysts. The MD Anderson gyno that examined me felt the fibroid by hand and told me it is not a tumor, it is soft and movable. Still I got an MRI to confirm. Read Bowers' reviews on Google, what I went through is nothing compared to other women. Also they don't know how to bill insurance. P.S. I still have my whole reproductive system intact, had fibroids and cyst removed via laparoscopic surgery by a fabulous skilled surgeon in Houston. If I had listened to Bowers I would have been in early menopause.
