Gary was the 4th professional to come to our house to inspect our mold situation. We suspected mold in our main bedroom after pulling up vinyl wood and discovering a foul odor. Prior to Gary coming, we were perplexed as to where the smell/mold was coming from since there was no obvious leak or wetness. Obviously enough, Gary pointed out that the make shift closet bathroom that opened from our bedroom was the likely source of the mold.
