She let us look, then answered any questions we had! She helped us carry our selected dresses to the fitting room and then helped my daughter try them on. We were stunned on the more than exceptional customer service! This beats going to a department store any day. They adjusted a few loose beads on her dress and steamed it for her and we went back and picked it up in a few days. They also put down the dress and school, so there are no duplicates. So very helpful!
