I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the hauling company's unprofessional and unreliable service. My husband and I had planned to donate our furniture and chose this company based on their supposed expertise and positive reputation. However, our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, the company failed to show up for the donation pickup on the scheduled date, causing us inconvenience and wasted time. After postponing the pickup, they assured us that the assigned driver would arrive promptly on the rescheduled day. Regrettably, this turned out to be false hope. When we attempted to contact the assigned driver, we discovered he was sleeping and seemed completely unconcerned about his responsibilities. Despite assuring us that he would arrive as scheduled, his unprofessional behavior continued when he responded to our call shortly before the deadline. He was rude, uncooperative, and ultimately hung up on us. It was both unprofessional and disrespectful. To add insult to injury, we received a cancellation notice after the driver hung up on us, leaving us bewildered and frustrated. Not only did we waste our time and effort, but we also incurred additional costs. We had paid a reservation fee to the hauling company, reserved the condo elevator, and the leasing office had kindly accommodated our request to wait for them on weekends during the rescheduled pickup dates. The entire experience has left us feeling taken advantage of and disrespected as customers. We were willing to pay approximately $500 for their service, yet they failed to fulfill their end of the agreement, showing a complete lack of professionalism and respect for their customers' time and commitments. Based on this dreadful experience, I cannot recommend this hauling company to anyone seeking reliable and trustworthy service. Their failure to honor their commitments and their disrespectful treatment of customers is simply unacceptable. I hope this review serves as a warning to others considering their services and prompts the company to address the severe shortcomings in their operations. We will now have to seek an alternative solution for our donation and find a hauling company that values their customers and can be relied upon to fulfill their promises. read more

My local ReSupply (Everett, WA, USA) helped save the day! Short Version: ReSupply helped me get something brand new, that I couldn't use, to a place that could. Long Version: - I purchased, a large room, 'portable' air conditioning unit - to help with the summer heat as my older apartment doesn't have any form of cooling other than an open window or fans. - After getting the unit all set up, after only a couple of minutes of use, the draw or pull on the circuits within my old apartment were too much. The breakers would flip and I'd loose power to my living room. For those of you still with me - I've got a brand new, large room, 'portable', air conditioning unit that I can't use. So ... what do I do now?! It too many calls to different places to see if I could donate this new air conditioning unit, and I finally found a place. NOW I just needed a way to get this brand newair conditioning unit to them - my local ReSupply to the rescue! The local ReSupply people were awesome! - They worked with me to coordinate the pickup and donation drop-off. It took a couple of phone calls and confirmations of dates and times between the three of us (Myself, ReSupply and the Donation place), but we got it! - Next, as I live on the 2nd floor of an apartment building that does NOT have an elevator, I warned the ReSupply reps and they came prepared, bringing an appropriately sized appliance dolly and an extra person - just in case. Without my local ReSupply helping me get that unit to the donation place, it would have just been taking up space in my living room. Because of my local ReSupply, someone shopping the local donation place picked up a brand new, large room, 'portable', air conditioning unit for way less than I paid for it. I could NOT have done it without my local ReSupply. read more

I cannot put into words how much I urge you to go with any other service but ReSupply. I'm moving out of the state on short notice and needed to have 2 items picked up for donation. The website allowed me to scheduled a "Priority Pickup," and the price gouging alone should have been a big enough red flag to go with another service. Upon the day of my scheduled pickup, I was informed a driver would arrive between 12pm-5pm and I'd receive an alert when they were en route. At 3pm, I still had not heard an update and attempted to contact Customer Support. The chat function claims to connect you to a "live" representative, but nobody ever responds. The phone numbers either reach a "this is a text only line" or a long auto-attendant that ends by stating they've sent you a text message... that weirdly is never delivered. I finally managed to get an email out and a support rep replied pretty quickly. They let me know that the driver had a scheduling snafu and asked that I reschedule. I relayed the urgency of my need, that I'm leaving the state TOMORROW, and reminded the rep that I had scheduled a priority pickup. I was then informed that the best they can do is "check" if there's another driver nearby who could "possibly" add me to their schedule. Granted, the driver himself works for a different hauling company, but this has been the most stressful and infuriating experience. I should have been spending my day finalizing plans for my move and instead had to sit in waiting mode for a company that never bothered to alert my of the driver delays and failed to assist in any respectable way. read more

I had an awful experience donating through Goodwill Greater NJ & NY and Resupply. It's disheartening to encounter such poor practices when I'm the one trying to donate. Resupply charges $49.99 for pick-up, which is already high for just a few items, but I agreed and completed the intake form weeks in advance, listing all the items, including a full-size mattress. On the day of pick-up, during the 8 AM-12 PM window, the driver, Gustavo Salvador from G&O Expediting Crew LLC (license plate ZVS1981), called midway through to say he was on his way. However, he then demanded an additional $85 fee for the mattress pick-up--something I had already noted on the intake form. It's apparently up to the driver to charge additional fees and accept tickets, but why would he accept my ticket knowing the item was already listed? It seems like a blatant attempt to upcharge and price gouge. When I refused to pay the additional fee, the driver was extremely unprofessional and rude. He hung up on me and threatened to cancel the entire pick-up, despite me having other items like bags of clothing to donate. Ultimately, the entire situation was an infuriating waste of time. I will never use Goodwill, Resupply, or G&O Expediting Crew LLC again and cannot recommend their services to anyone. Their poor business practices and lack of professionalism make it clear they do not value donors or the process of giving back. read more

100% highly recommend. I needed to arrange a pick-up from Cincinnati for my mother in Cleveland. All furniture had to go from a 2BR apt on 2nd floor. Yes, as mentioned in other comments, I was quoted one price based on my provided list, and was upcharged based on items they could not take. I was given the opportunity to leave the items in place for free, emphasizing my quoted price would not change, OR, they would take them out for me as recyclables for an additional charge--it was my choice. I encourage everyone considering ANY moving/haul-away company to do their due diligence about what they can take--I learned they cannot take anything covered in fabric (couch, chairs, etc.) or mattress/box springs. So no--they will not take a couch no matter how good the condition. They took everything else at the quoted price, arrived within the window, called me when they were on their way, and were courteous, professional, and fast--they cleared out the entire 2BR apt in under 2 hours, and that was fighting for elevator space with other people moving in and out that day. I am 100% pleased and I am happy to give the money to this organization. They are no more expensive than any other haul-away service, and 100x more professional and reliable in my opinion. This is a terrific service! I had to move my Mom to a personal care facility from her apartment in senior living. We couldn't bring much of her furniture since the new place was smaller. I happened to see a banner ad for Resupply online and thought, "I need this!" Using their website was simple, and I selected a preferred date and time for pickup. They responded within 24 hours with the name of the driver and the license plate #. The driver and helper were right on time and did a walkthrough so they could plan how to load the truck. They were so polite, considerate and efficient. They told me where they would be bringing all the items, and it happened to be a charity that my folks had donated to for years. They provided a receipt for my Mom's taxes, and it was actually a bit less than the website estimated, as the driver noted exactly what was being loaded ( they charge by amount and size of the load.) I passed along their contact info to the building manager, because she mentioned that so many of the direct charity pickups are no shows. She was impressed with the Resupply service as well, after calling for help moving her MIL. Can't recommend highly enough! read more

The fee was reasonable and pickup was on-time, friendly and quick. We freed up space in the garage and felt good knowing our donations were going to a good cause. The people doing the job are great. The fact that I got charged 300 and some dollars is ridiculous. What happened to the thrift stores just come in and pick up your shit. I must've given him $1500 worth of stuff to sell still I pay for them to pick it up. I think it's a scam, just another middleman between the 90% and what they need but apparently that's what is important. More middleman. This is everywhere the 90% are being outright scammed and killed. This is just another example of normal. I've had to move five times in six years because of irresponsible landlords. This is the new normal. I want to run at a place for nine years apparently that will never happen again. read more

I used ReSupply to get rid of furniture that I couldn't get a free pickup for with other donation centers because it was around the holidays. I was charged what was in the quote. I didn't find it a scam. Of course I would've preferred if it were free but I didn't plan enough in advance. They subcontracted out to a very nice team. They were professional and I had no issues. This was in West Palm Beach, FL so maybe it depends on what services are available where you are. They were veteran based and I liked supporting them. I would use ReSupply again. Two very courteous young men arrived on time and efficiently moved all of my furniture out that was requested. I had been provided a quote prior to pickup, so I knew exactly how much I would be charged. Payment was quick and easy. Efficient Pickup, Confusing Donation Rules: Booking a pickup online is amazingly fast and easy. The haulers confirmed and showed up within the window as scheduled. The only issue is that the entertainment center was accepted as a donation item but then during pickup we were told that it was not. It makes for an awkward exchange to be told this at the last minute. Then we were told that this item could be recycled for a fee. This brought our bill from $245 to $436. I had two couches and a range that I had been trying to get rid of. Unfortunately, every charity I contacted gave me every reason on the planet why they could not accept any of my contributions. I could not even sell this stuff on Craigslist for free. Then I heard about Resupply and they were able to come by my house and pick up my stuff and give it to Goodwill. From start to finish the process was simple: once I made arrangements with the storage facility to allow ReSupply access to my unit, I communicated the details with the driver. We had several very large items --- couch; 2 armoires; glass dining room table and chairs, to name a few (didn't take pictures) and were concerned as to how the movers would get those out of our house and on to the truck.
