I went today for my first time and I will say that I wasn't impressed. They had a massive selection on clothes, yes, but I didn't see great value when it comes to pricing. I feel there's better deals at most Marshalls and TJ Maxx stores. Even Nordstrom Rack has better deals. There wasn't any air conditioning, so it was stuffy as well. The staff was very friendly though. I was there for about an hour and walked out empty handed which is a rare occurrence on my end. I was told by the man that manage the door that it is best to go on Thursdays when they get their new inventory. Apparently, they completely refresh their clothes and shoes every week. I don't think I will return though.

Crazy busy, but lots of cool stuff! I've been to this huge warehouse retail store a few times and it's also pretty crowded and messy! Bins and bins, and racks and racks and shelves and shelves of clothes, bags, and shoes! If you comes here, pack your patience because there's a lot to sift through! They carry name brands like Anthro, Free People, Maurice's, Madewell, etc. in the back there are home goods, housewares, and furniture. I bought several kimonos and tops, and my friend got a great deal on an Anthro mural wall hanging. The discounts are quite significant so the prices are a benefit for your purse! There are many folks here who load up huge rolling carts to the brim and re-sell the items online on eBay and Poshmark.

American eagle brand items purchased for around $90: 3 pairs skinny jeans, 2 shirts and 2 pairs of sandals.

They have Anthropologie and Free People which are big in the cool set I believe.

It was amazing to see so much of the community welcome the stores opening with such excitement because it was packed in there! First things first, their bright blue signage on the exterior is bold and well lit, driving plenty of attention from the road. Upon entering, the staff members were extremely welcoming, helpful, and kind. Even under what I'm sure was plenty of stress with a busy opening day, and full store of customers, they remained very cheerful and friendly, which doesn't go unnoticed. On to the store itself: it was very clean inside, bright lighting, well organized with cohesive branding and signs throughout the store marking the different sections. The selection was similar to other Ross' I've been to with a range of brands, nothing surprised me there. Some high-demand brands I observed include: Kate Spade, MAC, Nike, Converse, Sanrio/Hello Kitty, NARS, Philosophy, Squishmallows, Puma, Vans, and more. You can expect a variety of categories from clothing and shoes for children, women, men; home goods and decor for bedroom, kitchen, bath, outdoor; fashion accessories like handbags; beauty and skin care essentials from lotion to perfumes and makeup; jewelry and watches; pantry items, and snacks; and even stationary essentials like pens, markers, gift bags, and more. I wasn't expecting to see the car accessories that were offered, tons of steering wheel covers seat, cushions, car lights, as well as home-improvement items like paintbrushes, hooks, and more - but great to know they're there. I was glad to see 7 checkout stations, however only a few were staffed at the time we went. The long line moved swiftly with fun impulse buys located throughout the way. Although I left empty-handed, my family members did not! I was glad to get a look at the new space and understand the offerings available and look forward to seeing how they continue to maximize the foot traffic at this core retail location. See you again soon!

In June I went back to consign more items. When I presented my number the woman told me there had been a mixup with my number/paperwork. She re-assigned my number, had me complete the information again, and then asked me what I had dropped off. A month and a half earlier. Now Yelpers, I am a single Mom with a professional job and an hour commute. I don't remember what I had for lunch yesterday, never mind a month-and-a-half ago. Then she asked me to go through the store and find the items I had consigned! Ain't nobody got time for that! So I left. Today I called to see if the situation had been fixed at all, and I was told that there were a few items sold under the previous number... but the lady who was manning the store wasn't PERMITTED TO HAND OUT MONEY. So, let me get this straight... you have someone watching your store, but you don't trust them with cash? I smell something fishy here. If they can rectify this situation, I'll remove this review.

This place packs a lot in given how small it looks from the outside - the outside also makes it seems like the clothes could be outdated, but that wasn't so. Most of the stuff was pretty current. I found a ton of summer dresses and some pants to try on...sadly, most of it didn't fit right, but that's par for the course! I did buy a couple things, though. I was surprised that in a small shop there was a ton of women's clothes, including plus sizes (although I'm petite), and also a little bit of men's, children's and housewares. There were also a lot of great shoes, but nearly nothing in my size 7. If you're an 8 or larger, there's lots of great heels for you! Also a bunch of cool bags and purses. I wouldn't go out of my way if you're looking for jewelry...slim pickings. But I'll definitely be back for clothes shopping!!
