They are located right by me but the guy that I talked to does not have the best customer service skills and was very vague on the phone when I asked him about in-office teeth whitening. at first, he didn't even know what I was talking about and then after explaining what whitening is and what it means to do it in-office, he understood. I asked a ball park range for those services and he said that he couldn't help me but that they would tell me after I had come into the office. I have worked in dental offices for about 6-7 years now and I have not known an office to keep prices like that secret. I understand if it was dental work needing to be done but not other services like these. I felt like I was talking to a person at Amazon, but at least Amazon resolves issues pretty seamlessly. I went in for a broken tooth. The first visit/exam was great. It was all the follow up visits that caused me to give a 1 star rating! Second visit was to prep my tooth for a crown, being numb I had no idea my lower lip was getting trapped on my bottom teeth and caused blisters and they stretched my mouth open so hard it split the side of my mouth open! My gums also got sliced from the articles placed in my mouth. Then the dentist wasn't sure if she had exposed the root of the tooth, so a temporary "filling" was placed and I was told to come back in a week. 3rd visit I found out the only thing done on previous visit was grinding out the filling, not actually prepping the tooth. This was done on this visit. When told I was extremely anxious because of the previous visit the solution was to use a ton of Vaseline on my lips and inside my mouth! Again they stretched my mouth open so wide the side of my mouth split open again! The tooth was prepped and the temporary crown was made, dentist didn't think it fit right and told the assistant to make another one. Assistant decided both temporary crowns fit the same so she used the 1st one. Only problem she had ground it so much she warned me it was very thin and not to eat on that side, by this time the numbness had warn off! Well it lasted only 4 days when it popped off while brushing my teeth. When I looked at it there was a whole in the center of the tooth. 4th visit was to place the other temporary crown, it lasted only 4 days when it broke in half and fell out while I was at my birthday dinner on Saturday. I called on Monday and was told they couldn't get me in until Wednesday!! Reminder my tooth was completely exposed!!! I don't know if they use inferior products or just don't know what they are doing! 5th and final visit, I was called that the permanent crown was in and they could put it in on my visit on Wednesday. The crown was placed but I felt very uneasy for several days if it would stay in place, so I didn't eat on that side. After about a week I finally went back to normal. I then sent a letter terminating my care with them because of everything listed above and the fact they quoted me what I would have to pay after my insurance which was due at the time of service not after the insurance paid. I ended up having to pay an extra $191.00 over what was quoted and no one would explain why, just said it was my portion to pay! read more

WORST. DENTAL. CARE. EVER. A few weeks ago, I had called to schedule an appointment to fill some cavities that were causing me pain. The receptionist said she'd move some things around to get me in. They saw me a few days later, but only took xrays and told me what was wrong. We both already knew what was wrong. They didn't even schedule enough time to fix any of the cavities that were hurting. I was furious and in pain, and was kept waiting for over an hour for a 10 minute chat with the dentist. I left crying, just in absolute pain and discomfort. When I got home, I called their office manager to tell her that I was displeased with being kept waiting for so long and to not even have my pain addressed. So she goes to address the office staff, and when I go in for my next scheduled appointment, they tell me I have been dismissed from the practice due to my recent behavior. They said that I had thrown my credit card at the receptionist at the end of my appointment. This is completely made up, and I'll tell you why: 1st) there is a giant plastic screen between them and the patient, as is with most places during COVID; 2nd) the card swiper is in front of said plastic screen -- I didn't hand them a thing. I am considered "elderly" and though there does not appear to be a particular "category" ON THIS SITE for the reporting of DENTAL OFFICES, DENTISTS, HOSPITALS, HEALTH CARE FACILITIES AND HEALTH CARE PERSONNEL, similar for reporting and reviewing the category of "Restaurants" etc. I feel there should be a listing of Health places to avoid for your own safety! I engaged Reunion Dental Care for services, several years ago and I have been paying the price of severe pain and suffering to this day! This type of exposure is needed especially during these times of COVID and other specific diseases, whereby, we the people, are being forced to rely on and become more and more dependent upon "those in this field or dependent upon believing and expecting [LD1] others working in this capacity to be competent, caring, and efficient. This should be standard criteria for our dental, health and safety needs to survive and thus enabling us to have or maintain an enjoyable and safe quality of life. May I add, it has been my experience that most of these individuals are incompetent and not well trained, do not follow the training, with incompetent supervisors as well. Nor is the use of integrity a normal practice in many of these facilities. Intelligence should be mandatory especially since we must pay either out of pocket cash or insurance payments for these or their services. I trusted a referring neighbor (who worked there at the time) and made the MISTAKE of walking through the doors of REUNION DENTAL CARE, located in Unit 201 at 18240 E 104thAvenue, in Commerce City, CO; thus, engaging the services of it is now known, incompetent "Office Staff" (Mr. J. R. who is no longer there, is the exception) AND ITS HIRED CONTRACTED DENTIST, DR., JOHN JUSTUS. (BEWARE: to potential patients, when you go to a dentist office, confirm if the Dentist works for the office or has a separate contract with the dentist office and travels to various offices throughout the state with his own contract). Bottom line, it was my prayerful plea that "Reunion Dental Care" by and through Dr. John Justus, a "specialist" to HELP ME and PROVIDE RELIEF AND COMFORT with my severe dental issues caused by a diabetic diagnosis. This diagnosis forced me to have my lower teeth removed due to the poisoning of my blood system from periodontal disease and endangering my upper teeth and my life. · After removing my lower teeth, Dr. Justus installed what was to be a "temporary dental implant" which was to be in place for no more than 4 months while my permanent dental implants were being made - With the expense, exceeding $16K, (at that time) I was paying on a payment plan through "dental works." · . The incompetent office staff, 'lost my permanent teeth, through the lab and the bad record keeping and filing system. · . As a cover-up the office staff, blocked access to my payment account, denying me access for payment to which I had paid over $5K. If I could give this place zero stars, I would! They wanted to take 17 x-rays on a machine from the 1970s. Not to mention that the 1970's thing you have to bite down on kept slipping, and they had to keep retaking it. The tech really did try her best, and she was very sweet. After eight x-rays, I had had enough! All I wanted was my teeth cleaned, but because my insurance covered x-rays, they wouldn't clean my teeth without a full set! Don't tell me you have to have a full set to clean my teeth. If I didn't have insurance, I'm sure they would have gladly taken my money for just a cleaning. I told them to stop, and as I was leaving, the office manager, who by the way had hair from the 1970s, decided to take a parting shot at me and told me they would be billing my insurance for the x-rays did take. I've always hated the dentist. Always always always. When I was a kid I would cry like crazy if I had to go. That fear followed me into adulthood. That said, this place is amazing. My hygienist, Dayna, was so sweet and so efficient, and explained everything to me. The dentist, Dr. Moynier, was very succinct and helpful. None of the "Holy hell, if you don't fix this NOW, you will lose your teeth" which is what I've gotten from a lot of places - the urgency sales pitch. None of that here. The staff is fantastic as they are always are accommodating to my schedule, provide outstanding customer service, always professional when making appointments, and being seen by the wonderful staff that answers every question that I have regarding my procedure. Called ahead and made an initial appointment to meet the dentist, to have a checkup and cleaning. The receptionist provided me a couple of different days and times that there was an appointment available. I chose one and was told that I was on the schedule. Two days later I get cal. From the receptionist stating that they had misread the schedule and that my original appointment was not available and scheduled on error. They apologized and asked if I could make an alternate appointment later in the week that they said was open. I agreed and was told that my appointment was scheduled. They say of my appointment I showed up and called to announce my arrival. Upon calling the receptionist said she had called that morning to let me know that the hygienist was not able to see me and asked if I could reschedule another two weeks out. I never received the call and this is extremely poor business practice especially when all scheduling is done with online software. They are constantly screwing up insurance coverage and over charging then having to refund , which is like pulling teeth to get your money back. I have been going to this office for 8yrs or more, when I first started there it was awesome. It has since gone down hill, the hygienist do services before getting your approval so you are surprised when you get a bill. They sent me a bill for .80 cents, after the office manager said they would write it off, but the next month I got another bill for .80 cents, so Charlie the front office person took my credit cart for .80 cents. And when I asked the office manager if there was anything they could do to help cover the cost with THEIR MISTAKE, she was NOT accommodating and she was more than happy to cancel all upcoming appointments I had. I have finally reached my breaking point with their inept service and unneeded services. This week I had a 5:00 appointment for my son. They completed the cleaning and convinced me to purchase a $100 laser treatment. After which they told me oops, the doctor had an appointment and I would need to come back for the exam. They knew she was going to leave at 5 and still scheduled an appointment? Then a previous incident at our appointment they told us oops, our xray machine is down, we can do the cleaning but you will have to reschedule. We all know how hard it is to schedule with a dentist. They also told my mom she needed a ridiculous amount of work. She got a second opinion and this was unneeded. I went to the ortho that works out of their office who recommended an aggressive and expensive treatment. I got two other opinions and realized this was also unneeded. They have awful service and recommend unneeded and expensive services. I hope insurance companies find out and audit them. read more

Someone else said it best, if I could give them zero stars I would. Back to Sept. of 2020 I had procedure done. I was quoted $1300. I paid nearly $1800. Then IK started receiving odd bills from between $300 and $2100 around Christmas. I started calling 2 to 4 times a week. I would pretty much get same response, Billing was not available and they would have to call me back. In April I gave up. And the bills stopped coming. This year I started receiving bills for $3000. So I started calling again. I was pretty much told that what I paid was not put towards what I owed and that my insurance company wasn't billed. But they would work on it. And that I would have to track down what I paid them because when I had my work done the people keeping the books were not doing a very good job. Which unfortunately I have moved and shredded most of my receipts thinking this was cleared up and didn't want to drag that around. So yes now I am trying to get ahold of CC. On of which was Care card they signed me up for which has since been closed. So they are now having to dig through records for me. Well now my bills is $400 and they are going to take me to collections if I don't pay. Well I guess I should be glad to pay the $400 instead of $3000. Because apparently it is not their job to keep good books or explain why something quoted for $1300 turned out to be $2100. They do not need to prove what they are billing for but I need to track down all my credit card statements from over a year ago to prove what I paid. So if you decide to have work done you may want to demand up front an itemized bill, an itemized bill after, and receipts with someone signature (and maybe take a picture of who you paid) that you paid and pray for competent billing read more

I made a consult appointment for invisaline it was several weeks out and I was looking forward to meeting with the doctor. When I got there there was nobody behind the desk with two people waiting to be checked it was a good 10 minutes before anyone checked on us. When it was my turn to come up to the desk nobody put my appointment in the computer so I wasted my time. I don't even deserve a one. I have been going to reunion office almost since there office been open. They seemed good at first, but after a while I thought they were saying I needed things I didn't need and charging for things they didn't do. When covid hit I had an appointment in October of 2020. I went in there thinking they had all my information. My daughter and I went back they said my daughter needed a deep cleaning.I didn't think anything of it she has one before. When they got to me they said I need all this work on my teeth. They brought back the pricing. It was a lot. I said that is with my insurance. They said you have insurance. She said "I thought you were walk up". Right before that I was updating my insurance. They went to check on my insurance. It took them a while. Then they came back and said they couldn't figure out my insurance. They said they had to figure out my insurance, and then sayed my appointment was done. I was shocked, and I didn't even get my teeth cleaned. I was in the office for about 2 hours. Then I had a problem with them billing my insurance. Mine went through. My daught kept getting rejected after about six months I found that they had the wrong number for my insurance. It just wasn't getting taken care of. Then they got an new office manager. It finally went through. First it went through to my first insurance. It showed what they took care of, but even after that I was still get statements for the whole amount. Then about two to three month ago it finally when though my dental insurance. My dental insurance I owe nothing from the amount I they been trying to charge me. I was still getting statements from them for that same amount. I called and ask them they said I think I owe 73 dollars and some change. She said she had to research the bill. It been about a month I got the bill for 73 something. I call the office. She said I owe for some fluoride tooth paste that I took from the office. I never took any fluoride tooth paste. My appointment was done as soon as they found out I had insurance. I always pay for anything that had to be purchased in the office. She said she would take care of it, but it been almost a year. I know what my insurance covers. I have never experienced an appointment like that before it seemed like they were trying to take me for what ever they can get. read more

However, I made an appointment over two weeks ago for my husband and I, and was just informed they weren't put in the system and are no longer available (and it was made out to be my fault). I make 7am appointments for a reason, because we work and that's the only time they are convenient. Now, they're saying we have to wait another two weeks for 7am appointments which is unacceptable since when I made the appointments I made it very clear we were both having pain and needed to be seen ASAP. We were okay waiting for two weeks for our initial appointments, but being told that there's nothing that can be done and we have to wait another two weeks is ridiculous. So then, I make evening appointments for next week, only to be called saying that the Dr. is not available, and I have to go back to the two week later appointment? This is the first time that I have ever written a bad review for any place of business. I and my family have gone to this Dentist office for over 6 years, my Son had his braces with them and I must say there way of doing business has definitely gone down hill. I made 3 Dentist appointments in the last year, 2 for me and 1 for my Son for teeth cleaning that were all canceled on the day of the appointment by the Office because of lack of staff issues. Finally working off my busy schedule I made one more appointment (against my better judgment but giving them another chance) and made my plans to leave work early for my appointment. I received a call/message the day of my appointment about 2 hours before from the office stating that they canceled my appointment because I did not call back and confirm I was coming. Now I will not lie I did see that I missed a call from the Dentist office the day before that I was not able to get to because as I said I am extremely busy at work and often work through my lunch hour and I forgot about it when I got home in the evening, but this did not matter to the Dentist office because they took it upon themselves to cancel my appointment. Really???? I think this is a horrible Customer policy especially for a long time Customer whom have you inconvenienced and cancelled on 3 times in the recent past, and who never knew of this policy in the past and that it changed so tell me what kind of Customer Service is this? More importantly I asked them, why is it that when I made the appointment you did not tell me of this new Policy so I can be aware of the change and the effect. NEVER go here. Greedy, UNECESSARY dental work, incorrectly charged and OVER charged on my dental statements. It was a nightmare. My dental insurance changed, so I lost my old dentist of 9 years. Went to Reunion Dental for a cleaning, as a new client. I had never had any dental work done but a cavity prior. Within 6 months of my initial cleaning at reunion dental, I had 2 root canals, 3 crowns and several cavities done at reunions dental. One of the crowns fell out twice, causing me to go back numerous times and having to get the tooth re-prepped all together. I was also billed incorrectly, where they over charged me and it caused a nightmare of numerous calls to my dental insurance for correction. I went back to my old dentist today, only to find out that I didn't have a single cavity in my mouth, as reunion dental told me I needed to get immediately fixed, but that the work reunion dental did was not necessary. I am beyond upset and have spent thousands of dollars on work that was not even correct. NEVER go here. So my son went here to had x rays done to find out that he needed to have some baby teeth removed. With the first ortho that we saw said that he needed surgery to remove his baby teeth and to have spacers put in so his teeth would come down. We were over charged for work that was not done. The second ortho said that he needed another surgery to have chains put on his adult teeth to come down so we did that paid for it and got a bill saying it was not paid and it was. So now his adult canine tooth is not down they took lots of x rays and this was not caught at all. We went to another ortho and they took x rays and said it should of been caught and so now we have to get another surgery and pay for more braces. Oh and my son could loose his adult canine tooth because it has gone on so long and wasn't taken care of at this location. I am not very happy at all we were over charged and we over paid for services that were not done. Thank god we took him to this other ortho that said it should of been caught a long time ago. I don't know what is going on here but this place is a rip off all they want is money and they will over charge you. When I asked for my son's records they didn't really want to give them to me. I am not very happy with at all. I will never go back here and I wouldn't recommend this place at all. If you do then expect to over pay, Be billed more than once and to have your teeth messed up. read more
