Came here over the past weekend to hang out with a friend and just enjoy some games on the TV. I arrived right before the brunch menu ended and was glad to have gotten a bloody mary in. The server/bartender was amazing and took care of us signficantly. The area was chill and calm. Food, the portions are huge so please bare that in mind when you order.

We came here for an early Father's Day celebration and the food was very tasty and the portions were large. I had the BBQ Cobb salad and it had a good amount of chicken. The stroganoff was flavorful and we took some home for both items. The server was attentive and patient as my parents can be a bit more demanding during meals. I would happily come back here.

Went on a double date; our friend picked it since it was right next to the Brea Improv (which we went to a show afterwards). Never even heard of this place before but it was REALLY good, we really enjoyed it a lot. The cocktails were great as was all of the food we got. Started out with a soft baked pretzel. It was salty, buttery and tasty. I got the pulled pork sandwich which was delicious as were the shoe string fries. I got a side of ranch to dip them in and that was scrumptious (some places don't have good ranch, this place wasn't one of them). My husband got one of the specials that day; a steak that came with asparagus and risotto. He enjoyed it and said the steak was cooked perfectly. But let me make a suggestion: ask how much the special is because they don't tell you and you will have sticker shock when the bill comes because.... WHOA. It was (nearly) $70 dollars for that plate. SEVENTY DOLLARS. What?! Our friends got brisket sliders, fries and wings. They liked all of it. We also tried their wings, which were good.

We hadn't been here in a while and decided to come back and try something new on their menu. Of course we brought our own wine for the free corkage. That is one of their best perks. The staff was friendly as usual, and we got sat pretty quick as we came in for a late lunch. On this visit, I decided to try their tuna melt sandwich and my boyfriend decided to have a hamburger. His hamburger was huge and he enjoyed every bite of it. My tuna melt was delicious and also a generous portion. There are many food options in the area and this is one that is worth a stop. They have a wide variety of food options from appetizers, casual bar food, salads to full on entrées.

I've been to reunion in Anaheim hills so I am familiar with the concept and their food and just like the Anaheim hills location, Brea hit the mark with flavorful food and great ambience! I enjoyed everything except for the Thai chicken noodle salad. I was hoping for an Asian flavor but the avocado threw me off. Also, the entire salad was julienned except for the big chunks of jicama. I also think the noodles is too thin and would have liked spaghetti noodles instead. One other thing that would have given this Review a better score would have been getting our Asian ribs brought out as an appetizer as we had ordered it. It came out after our meals so we didn't get to enjoy them as much and had to pack them to go. Would come back to try other items as there's so many great choices on the menu!

We came here for Mother's Day. We watched a movie at Regal (across the street) and we walked to Reunion. We had a reservation at 730 pm and they sat us exactly at that time. Ashley served us and she was great! The food was delicious, as always. I've eaten at Reunion in Orange and Corona and now Brea. The service and food is always GREAT!

Mai tai! So delicious

Came here on a busy friday night thankfully someone in my group had made the wise decision to call ahead to make a reservation! We were seated promptly! Loved the vibe inside a nice modern interior with clean appearance. We orders drinks, the mai tai was amazing definitely a strong drink and we tried a few of the appetizers and the ribs were a favorite. I loved that they gave warm hand towels to help clean your hands. I orderedthe fish and chips which were good but the fries were kind of cold when they were served. Otherwise everything else was good!

Ok this place has great food quality Service 5/5 My dish was 4/5 today Ambiance 4.5/5 Impressed! Will come back! My service was 5/5 because u consume my waters very quickly, she was able to keep up without me asking for refills you 100% did great! My dish came out piping hot. Wow it was good! Almost little too much broth. Overall 4/5! Adding a Cesar salad for $8 is kind of steep but you know, it was GOOD, even the croutons were good, like smoked or wood toasted. Glad I tried. It was super hard to pick an item from the menu, there were too many good items! But will come back

We celebrated Mother's Day at Reunion Kitchen and had a great dining experience. Noise level was just perfect too. We had reservations and were seated almost immediately. Our server was very gracious and even helped us in our food selections. We had awesome cocktails and a house spinach dip to start. For our meals we had the smash burgers, short rib stroganoff, slow braised short ribs, and of course a couple of grilled cheese plates for the kids. For desserts we had the butter cake and the hot fudge cake. Everything we ordered was so good! The location in downtown Brea is perfect and accessible parking too.

This place is good for date night or a celebration. It's a restaurant with classy bar vibes. The theme / atmosphere is dim lit / fancy dinner. The service here was great and the waiters are attentive. They are not spread out thin like other restaurants. The food here is delicious. I would recommend the rosemary fried chicken. It is a bit on the pricier end, but that is standard for this type of restaurant/ style of dining. I would be coming here again.

We love the restaurant in Anaheim Hills and just found this one here in Brea. Brought my wife in for her birthday lunch and all the food was perfect cooked and they don't skimp. Its very quiet and relaxing inside with TVs going so we got to watch a Dodger game. The overhead music was 70's and relaxing on the ears. Service was great.

I've been to the one in Corona and this one. I prefer the location of the other one but this one definitely hits the spot. Great food. Excellent cocktails. Fantastic service. Everything I've tried has been amazing. And do yourself a favor and pack up half your meal and leave room for dessert. It's worth it. 10/10 experience

OMG!!!! This place is soo good! I had the pleasure of trying this this past Thursday and it was amazing. My mom and sister had told me how good this place was and how is a nice fight and they were totally correct. Everything is five stars all around for me. The food is outstanding. I ordered the barbecue Cobb salad and it was wonderful and I had the pleasure of trying a piece of my mom's Short rib and mashed potatoes and our server Let me try the potato leek soup, which was so fresh, hot and delicious. For my drink I had the pomegranate martini and it wasn't not sweet at all! It was very tasty ! The vibe was wonderful !!! It's a little dark but nice atmosphere!! The customer service was exceptional !!! 5/5 our server was so cool and easy going and very attentive!! -Marshay D.

Came for a girls lunch date earlier to this weekend and this spot did not disappoint!…read more THE SERVICE: 5/5 - Quick, friendly, accommodating, and our waiter made a real effort to engage in conversation with us. The FOOD: 4.5/5 | Drinks: 5/5 Off the appetizers, we had the pork belly bites and dirty fries! First dish came with a long hot pepper, several mini tortillas, and 2 dipping sauces. The pork was crunchy on the outside and soft+succulent on the inside. I can see myself doubling up on this appetizer the next time I come. Dirty fries were great; it came with a generous amount of pickled onions - providing a really nice contrast to the savoriness of our meal. Our waiter graciously accommodated our request to have the egg on the side. Off the entrée/taco menu, my friend ordered the Korean tacos and I got the Ensenada (fish) tacos. But you can also order the Ensenada tacos with shrimp. These were delicious, I would have loved a little more lime crema to go with the fish - but not a big deal. I got a Watermelon Margarita. I wasn't expecting it to be HUGE, but it was the perfect amount considering how much food we as a pair ordered. My friend ordered the La Toxica table side cocktail and one additional mango cocktail. Table side cocktail was a whole show and my friend really enjoyed it. We had a great lunch at Tempo Cantina. For some reason the refinery spend their 40 minutes cooking the hell out of my burger, and they could even put the tooth pick in the middle of my burger, like is it that hard to stab my burger in the middle. I honestly don't know how The Refinery inside the Hilton in Brea manages to stay open. This was easily one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. First off, the place looks nice when you walk in, but that's where the positives end. The service was painfully slow -- not the "busy restaurant" kind of slow, but the "did anyone remember we're here?" kind. We waited forever just to get water, and it somehow took even longer for the food. Then the food actually showed up... and wow. Bland, overpriced, and somehow still cold. It tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since last week. For a restaurant attached to a Hilton, I expected at least basic quality, but this felt like cafeteria food with steakhouse prices. To make things worse, the staff acted like helping customers was a huge inconvenience. No check-ins, no refills, no effort. Just vibes of "please eat and leave." Between the slow service, disappointing food, and ridiculous prices, this place feels like a tourist trap hiding in a hotel lobby. Save your money and eat literally anywhere else in Brea. Even a gas station snack run would be a better experience.

Horrible experience and extremely poor customer service…read more On Father's Day, my husband wanted to try this restaurant for the first time. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst dining experiences we've had. We were seated on the patio and waited for 15 minutes without a single employee approaching our table. Not one server, host, or staff member stopped by to acknowledge us, offer water, or even let us know someone would be with us shortly. We actually timed it from the moment we sat down until the moment we left. What made the situation even more frustrating was that we were seated in the middle of the patio in plain sight. We watched multiple servers and staff members standing around the service station, chatting, sipping drinks, and looking around. Meanwhile, guests who were seated after us had their orders taken, received water, and were even served appetizers before anyone acknowledged our existence. For a restaurant charging premium prices, this level of service is completely unacceptable. On Father's Day of all days, when families are trying to enjoy a special meal together, the lack of attention and basic hospitality was astonishing. After 15 minutes, with my husband and son both hungry and frustrated, I walked up to what appeared to be the manager or owner and informed her that we were leaving because no one had come to our table. Her response was that she "wasn't aware." Frankly, that's not an acceptable answer. If you're managing or owning a restaurant, knowing whether your guests are being taken care of is part of the job. I have traveled extensively throughout the United States and internationally, dining at everything from small local establishments to high-end restaurants around the world. Out of the countless places I have visited, this experience easily ranks among my top 20 worst restaurant experiences. Not because the food was bad--we never even had the opportunity to order--but because the complete lack of service and awareness was that shocking. To make matters worse, after leaving, we went to North Italia. Within a few minutes of being seated, a server greeted us, acknowledged the Father's Day rush, offered us bread, and genuinely seemed concerned when we explained what had just happened. That simple act of hospitality immediately changed the tone of our afternoon. That is how a restaurant should be operated. That is what good management, training, and customer service look like. You make guests feel welcome, valued, and taken care of--even on one of the busiest dining days of the year. This restaurant, unfortunately, did the exact opposite. We left disappointed, hungry, and genuinely stunned by how poorly the situation was handled. Will we return? Absolutely not. There are far too many restaurants that appreciate their customers and understand the basics of hospitality for us to ever give this place another chance.
