My experience here was mixed. First off they hit you right away with the ol bait n switch. The…read moreprice I saw online was not the actual price, apparently it was already discounted. When I asked about that he said that it was standard practice and he'd never heard of a dealership NOT doing that. So after an hour of negotiating, and my poor salesman having to make 10 trips into his bosses office to get counter offers, we reach an agreement on price. Then when it comes time, they run my credit and tell me what my interest rate will be. When I told them I think I could do better at my local credit union, thats when the finance manager/sales manager or whoever he was came out to meet me. He stared me in the eyes and asked me "what exactly are you trying to get here?" When I told him I thought I could do 1% better at my credit union, he said "I just got off the phone with your lender, they want to give you that extra percent off" Obviously I was skeptical, but it's what I wanted, so I took it. Then he sneers at me and says sarcastically, "Is there anything else you want? A hoodie, a couple t-shirts, some air fresheners?" That guy was furious and didn't hide it well. Again, My actual salesperson was super nice and helpful, but the manager not so much. Overall, it's a nice place with a huge inventory and I probably would buy here again.

My husband had a very disappointing experience at this dealership last night. He drove several…read morehours to purchase a Ford Expedition Max and ultimately came home empty-handed due to what we felt was unprofessional and misleading sales practices. After both parties had agreed on a trade-in value for our vehicle and a purchase price for the new one, the salesperson repeatedly changed the numbers instead of honoring the agreed-upon deal. He would reduce the trade-in value by approximately $1,000, increase the purchase price, and then present the adjusted figures as though the trade-in credit offset the difference. The numbers consistently shifted, making the deal difficult to follow. What was even more disappointing was the salesperson's comment to my husband: "Have fun calling your wife and telling her you're coming home empty-handed." We found this remark to be unnecessary and unprofessional. I'm sharing our experience simply to encourage others to carefully review every number on the paperwork before signing anything. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect the level of honesty or professionalism we expected, and we hope others will take the time to verify that the final documents match the terms they originally agreed to.

I called last week and was given a price on a service for my Colorado diesel. Showed up had the…read moreservice done and price was way more than the quoted amount. Naturally i was not happy BUT after being clear what i was told and what actually happened they made it right with hardy no input from my end. What i expected to be a bad experience turned out to be a good one. I worked with Conan T and he was very professional and pleasant to work with as a service advisor he gets 5 stars from me no doubt Abby S was the one that listened to my issues and frustration and took the time to find the solution to do what she could to resolve the situation professionally. She also deserves 5 stars. The reason i am only giving 4 stars was because the person who took my call and gave me the wrong prices even after I clarified the vehicle 3 times and they repeated back to me all the correct vehicle info and still have wrong pricing setting unrealistic expectations. Even though their phone etiquette and professional service was great an issue like this tends to over shadow the positive. I still do recommend this dealer and will most likely make this my preferred dealer for the future seeing how the next few interactions go.

I brought this to the attention of the dealership and was told i was a liar bc since it was at my husbands shop that I must have had other work done and tried to get this paid for. so I took the parts. they again called me a liar saying those parts were "probably laying around". the owner would not even speak to me so i looked him up on Facebook and expressed my frustration. at that time he told me had i taken the car to his shop he MIGHT have done the work. well you were not open and the wheels were so loose on the car it wasn't safe to drive. this company is run by a terrible businessman. Please Please Please reconsider if you are thinking of purchasing a car here. Check the Better Business Bureau. there are multiple complaints out there against this company just like mine. they obviously pay someone to "pass safety" so they are not responsible for the repairs.
