    Cebiche de Pescado con Jalea.

For me, customer service is extremely important. Customer service keeps me coming back. I've had multiple incidents where employees have lacked professionalism and mannerism. Some employees are plain rude and careless. Anyways, I will give credit where credit is due. The food is tasty. Here are some of my recommendations: - Cebiche de Pescado - Cebiche con Jalea - Desayunó Peruano - Anticucho de Corazon My personal favorite is the cebiche con jalea which is fish cooked in lime juice with fried seafood, yum! I also liked their desayuno peruano. It is a traditional Peruvian breakfast. I would have liked to have given them a higher rating but as I stated, I really think this place needs to work on customer service. Their food is great but it doesn't cost anything to be kind. Hopefully, next time is better.

This was my first time ordering Peruvian food and I felt confused.. is it more like fusion food or something else?? Anyway, I apparently ordered the wrong noodle dish and instead of getting pesto I got more of an asian noodle inspired dish. Food options seemed to be a mix of Italian, asian, american, ceviche or.. guinea pig. Weird to order their "spaghetti" and get like a flat rice noodle, IDK I'm so lost here and don't think I'll be back personally. Whatever I ordered was decent for having dry chunks of chicken in it, just not worth almost $17 and the long wait when it wasn't even busy inside.

Good Peruvian restaurant with traditional food. We ordered Anticucho and "Ronda Marina" which is a sampler dish of Ceviche, Tiradito, Jalea, Arroz con Mariscos and Tuna Causa. Portion size was good to share for two people. All the seafood was great. I like the tiradito and ceviche with their thick lime sauce. I plan to come back to try other dishes. To improve the Anticuchos were a little bit on the dry side and the service was slow.

    Tiradito....fresh and delicious!

First off.. I'm Peruvian and I'm constantly looking for restaurants that serve authentic Peruvian dishes that will remind me of home. Revash is definitely a GEM in NOVA. Every dish I've tried has surpassed my expectations and I will continue to try more each time. Ceviche con Jalea is a MUST! Tallarines a la huancaina Arroz con Mariscos And stop by on the weekends for authentic Peruvian breakfast, you won't be disappointed.

I had recently came back from splashdown Waterpark and noticed a Peruvian restaurant nearby. My…read morefamily decided to eat there and it was one of the best decisions of our lives! The food was spot on and its portion sizes are very filling. The waiter who attends its was also very welcoming as he complemented many things and asked how we enjoyed/known Peruvian cuisine. Another thing was how fast the food came out, we were taking our 3rd sip of Inca kola and noticed the food had arrived. Best experience even and definitely recommend for people who really want to try new things!

Nearly $30 for Tallarines Verdes con Bisteq? No Thanks…read more I ordered the Tallarines Verdes con Bisteq at Peru 703 for $25.99, which came to $28.59 after tax. At nearly $30 for one plate of pasta, I expected something exceptional. Instead, I got a dish with a low-quality cut of beef that was simply not worth the price. And here is where the comparison becomes ridiculous: Super Chicken in Reston sells Tallarines Verdes con Carne Asada for only $19.79 with tax. Not only is it nearly $9 cheaper, but the quality of the carne asada at Super Chicken is FAR superior to the "bisteq" being served at Peru 703. So let's be clear: Peru 703 is charging $25.99 BEFORE tax for Tallarines Verdes with bisteq, while Super Chicken is charging $19.79 AFTER tax for Tallarines Verdes with actual carne asada. That is an absolutely terrible value. The food wasn't the only problem. Thankfully, I ordered takeout because the restaurant itself was hardly appealing. The AC was clearly not working, there were multiple fans running, and the doors were open. The entire place gave the impression that the restaurant is struggling. When you're charging nearly $30 for an entree, customers should not feel like they're walking into a place trying to survive the summer without functioning AC. The service was also disappointing, making the entire experience even worse. I also noticed that Peru 703 has apparently changed its name to "Peru Fiesta." Given the number of negative reviews associated with the Peru 703 name, the timing of a complete name change certainly makes you wonder if the goal is to distance the business from its previous reputation. But changing the name doesn't change the food, the service, or the value. If you want Tallarines Verdes with REAL carne asada, go to Super Chicken in Reston. You'll pay less and get a significantly better meal. $28.59 for Tallarines Verdes con Bisteq at Peru 703? Absolutely not. For that price, I expect quality -- not an overpriced plate of pasta with an inferior cut of beef. I would not return, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

I don't even have a huge appetite, and the amount of food I received was still surprisingly small. The service was also disappointing from the moment I arrived. The restaurant was completely empty, yet no one greeted me or acknowledged me when I walked in. I eventually had to walk over to the bar area myself to ask about my pickup order. The woman working there looked confused that I was even asking and mumbled a response I could barely understand. I figured maybe she was busy, so I waited, but the entire experience became increasingly uncomfortable. I stood there awkwardly for about 10 minutes while the employees talked amongst themselves and kept looking over at me, yet no one updated me on my order or even spoke to me. The worst part was the food itself. The potatoes in the Papa a la Huancaína were cold and partially raw. I literally had to finish cooking them in the microwave at work. The empanada was decent, and the alfajor would have gotten better marks if it weren't for the small hair I found on it, but overall the experience was not worth the price. Unfortunately, I wouldn't ever come back. Revash has better portions, better prices, and overall much better food.

I decided to give Super Chicken a try when in need of a quick lunch close to home. I opted for the half chicken combo with a side of black beans and plantains. My food was ready well under the quoted 25-30 minute pickup time. I found the food here so-so. The white meat ran a little dry. The chicken itself had a nicely seasoned skin, but the meat underneath tasted muted without any spice notes. Charcoal cooked birds usually have a hint of flavor from the coals, but the rendition here lacked any discernible smoke. The sides tasted as expected. The black beans were bland, but at least were creamy and well cooked. I have no issues with the well fried and perfectly sweet plantains. The sauces here are on par with area competitors, though the staff here are unusually stingy with extra container requests. Overall, while my meal was fine there was nothing "super" about Super Chicken compelling enough to merit a return visit besides proximity. Superior charcoal chicken is easily available elsewhere nearby.
