They have a number of different classes and you can cross train as much as you want! I have found joy in trying new apparatuses and challenging my body in different ways! Start with the 1 class package to see if you enjoy it - but once i did 1 class i was addicted! I easily do 3/4 classes a week! BE WARNED - you will get bruises and be sore, but its one of the most rewarding experiences ever! All the teachers are wonderful! Celeste is my go to lyra hoop teacher. Jen, Jenn, Christina, Amy are my go to pole teachers now that im more advanced! Mei is my favorite beginner pole teacher and now teaches mostly at the new SJ location. Lisa, Debbie and Jen also have amazing heels choreo classes! Andy is my chair/sensual heels teacher and always brings the heat! Cindy and Rissa will get you flexible in no time! And Luna is an amazing hammocks teacher and performer! Jen fosters a welcoming community and truly cares about each student that comes through the studio. She runs the studio more like a friend group that fosters encouragment and positivty throughout the business.

Started with the 6-week beginner series with Mayari and somehow never left. Since then I've taken everything: Level 1.5, advanced beginner with Ryker, lollipop lyra, active flexibility, acro, intermediate, intermediate 2, intermediate 3, heels, sexy chair... if it exists, I've signed up for it. MPF didn't just get me moving, it got me hooked. The instructors (Lacin, Mayari, and Ryker) and front desk admins (shout out to Azucena, Yanelly, Charmaine, and Emily) are the most helpful, incredible, and kindest humans. The classes are addictive, and the community is unmatched. Came in sedentary. Stayed for the spins, the strength, and the main character energy. I mean, have YOU ever had COMPLETE STRANGERS cheer you on?!

I had always wanted to try pole dancing and it's so much harder than it looks!!! It was a great way to gauge my strength. I was sore for days after. Our instructor was super knowledgeable and encouraging. Made this newcomer feel super welcome. Would I do it again?? Absolutely. But I do feel I need a bit more strength training in other areas in order to succeed. I still had a lot of fun.

I've been coming to Inspiration Studios for many years now, and it's one of my favorite places to…read moretrain and unwind. They offer both Pole and Aerial classes, each with their own vibe and energy. Pole classes are held in Suite N and tend to have a bolder, more expressive atmosphere. Aerial classes are in Suite O and are usually calmer and more focused on flow and form. Make sure you head to the correct suite depending on your class. When you arrive, just check in with the instructor, or follow the lead of others in the room. Some instructors like to check everyone in personally, while others are more casual about it. It's a no-shoes kind of space. For Aerial, you're usually barefoot or in socks. For Pole, you're either barefoot or in heels depending on the class. I've taken a variety of classes over the years, but these days I'm more focused on Aerial. I especially want to shout out KC, who is my favorite instructor. She's clear, encouraging, and just a great teacher overall. Her classes are the perfect mix of supportive and challenging, and I always leave feeling stronger and more confident. I've been a student since the studio was called Poletential, back when it was under different ownership. It's been great to see the space evolve while still staying a welcoming and empowering place to train.

Such a lovely studio!!…read more I came for a level one pole and dance class taught by the owner Rodney. The studio itself is decorated with love and is very clean. Rodney is an amazing teacher. He is a passionate, veteran instructor who will also keep you safe. I enjoyed his cues such as smiling, or reminders to slow down and really feel engagement of my body to do certain tricks. I hope to go again! Maybe even check out the aerial yoga class. :) I have been recommending his studio specifically to my friends who are into burlesque, but I also know he'd make any novice feel both comfortable and rewarded with just the right amount of challenge. :)

Nicole is great, along with Jensen. They were attentive and offered options as naturally in a big group there are people with different levels. I purchased a package 4 class pack for $135 ($33.75/class). I used one on Oct 12 for Aerial Silks with Joanie. I had a positive experience as I felt she was a natural at silks and leading a positive class. I wanted to attend Nicole's Partner Acro on Oct 17 but I had issues paying for a drop-in class online. Their booking system defaulted to using a class from my class pack ($25 vs $33.75). I did not book it. I called a left a message with the business number the website for someone to help. I described exactly what the issue was. I received a text confirming that I was booked. I was confused and thought maybe the studio saved a spot for me but I just needed to pay later. Then I figured out that one of the classes were used from my package. After class I asked Nicole who I can talk to about billing. And to my surprise Ly was there. It was my first time meeting her! I explained my issue and she kept pointing out that it was the fault of their booking system or something that I did. (Keep in mind that I did not book it. Meaning someone authorized manually booked it on the business side.) I was going to let the price difference go. I asked how I can book next time without experiencing the same issue. Ly told me to reach out to her or Nicole to book it manually. But did not offer me her phone number. I asked her how to reach her, after she gave it to me I realized it was the same number on the website. I told her that was the number I left a voicemail on that day regarding the booking. Ly said something along the lines of not listening to it yet. I was thrown off because she did not offer me a refund or price adjustment. I had to initiate how to move forward for next time I pay for Partner Acro (indicating that I have interest in returning). I also had to ask for her phone number as it was my first time meeting her, surely she did not expect me know her phone number! Now I know her cellphone is the same one listed on their website. She did not have any common curtesy to acknowledge my experience. In places like this studio people come to with the intention to learn and create positive experiences. Often times these places become like a second home as community gets built. Also people come here to spend their discretionary income which needs to be acknowledged because of how much it cost to live in this area. Its not the few extra dollars that I spent that left me with a bad taste in my mouth but it was the indifferent response.
