Nav called me back promptly on Friday morning, and we made arrangements for me to pick up my scooter that afternoon. Because I needed it just for one day on the weekend, and I own a trailer for my business, I picked up the scooter from them on Friday afternoon, and returned it on Saturday late afternoon. They were extremely accommodating, and wonderfully kind. I had a long is chat with Anupama on Saturday, when I returned the scooter. They have just opened their business because there was nothing in the immediate vicinity, and he wanted to help out people in the community. Terrific Scooters, lovely people, and wonderful service. I sent message asking to reschedule and NO ONE responded. Concert same day/time as our ride was cancelled by the attending physician of Capitol Hill, Trump State Fair cancelled due to heat, the parade cancelled due to heat - which we understood because it was non-stop of people being taken out on stretchers from Mall. It simply was not safe to bike for 3 hours. Since I never got a response when the survey arrived I shared my experience. The Rep apologized and told me refund would need to come from Viator, Viator said I needed to message Unlimited Biking, Unlimited Biking said they would work with Viator but request needed to come from them. After both companies bouncing me for more than 2 weeks I decided to dispute with my credit card company. I heard from Viator that they were investigating but nothing from Unlimited Biking. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service and I fail to understand why they refused to allow us to reschedule when I made request 13 hours before 6:30pm ride.
