First off I have to say Revival Art Collective is about the most unique tattoo shop I've ever been in. The place was cool and comfortable with different art for purchase on the walls. This to me was nice to see. An artist thats not only good with tattoos but also branches out and does drawings and paintings. The work alone on the walls are amazing art. I'm even considering having one done. My tattoo was done by Siege. Siege was very professional and knows how to tattoo! He was very up front with me about everything. We broke the session into two sessions which was genius in my mind. Outline one session color the next. Siege is very popular so I did have to wait a month for my color session. That didn't bother me. Just more time to save. The price of the tattoo I believe is very fair. Siege, goes above and beyond with his work. Even with my outline I was blown away. I had people complimenting it which is something I don't get with my other tattoo. Siege doesn't have a heavy hand and is extremely detailed. That to me is what separates him from everyone else. Not only that but the way he uses color is outstanding! At the end of the day Siege is by far the best artist I've had the pleasure of meeting and working with. I was on vacation down in Arizona and approached Jessa Huebing-Reitinger, an artist at Revival Art Collective, I approached her with a project to redo a memorial tattoo for my Nana and me, she was extremely helpful and professional and took the project on even though it was on extreme short notice, she worked with me over the phone to help decide what we would do with my piece, and even just talking over the phone, I could tell I could trust her. I have been researching tattoo artists for two years before I moved here to Phoenix and always ended up back at Revival Art Collective. I began sessions with Siege at the beginning of this year and am happy to say that my researching paid off. Seige was absolutely amazing to work with! I've gotten a couple pieces done by Siege and I will never go to anyone else ever again. I even let him tattoo whatever he wanted on me and I couldn't be happier how it turned out. My first tattoo with him was my Nightmare Before Christmas tattoo, when I went in for my consultation, he listened to how I wanted the layout to be and made suggestions as well, he made me feel comfortable and at ease. I got my tattoo from Jessa. I came to her with an idea of an elephant to commemorate my Nana who had passed away. We both loved Lord of the Rings and since elephants were her favorite, I knew the Oliphant from the movies was perfect (nerd alert). Jessa took off with the idea and came up with the perfect sketch. After about 7 hours, I was blown away with how stunning and badass it looked. I had the distinct pleasure of getting new art by Jay. As a walk in client from out of town I wasn't expecting a high level of attention that I received. Jay drew up exactly what I wanted, exceeding my own expectations. My father and I have always loved Bengal tigers and wanted one as a pet. I decided to get a tattoo to celebrate my dad's life. I choice a Bengal tiger. I could be more pleased with Siege's interpretation of the Bengal tiger. He suggested I do it in black. I was a little skeptical at first but I put my trust in him. I'm so glad I did.
