Beautiful day to sit outside for happy hour! Nice server who did a great job at the beginning but whose attention wained as our time together progressed (empty water glass and waiting on the check). Food wise, my brussel sprouts were overly balsamic-bathed in!!-while my Korean bbq wings were tasty but a tad too crispy. Definitely disappointing. My friend's chicken Caesar was on point. Our drinks-pomegranate margarita and lavender lemon drop were both refreshing and on special for happy hour. We'll go back but not anytime soon. read more

First experience With Revival was awesome and that was about a year ago. Great food, decent pricing. This year, 5 total pizzas: 3 were burnt to the point of being uneatable. 1 had wrong topping allocations. I've ordered via slice about 3 times- only 1 was ready at the selected time. The rest were way early. Tonight's order- I selected 5:45 PM as a pick up time. Both pizzas were ready at 5:10. Either the cook's can't tell time or don't care. One of the pizzas was the aforementioned burnt pizzas- which another review is going to leave pictures show how BLACK the underside was. The individual literally tasted soot. After calling in to complain, the manager basically said 'prove it'. They went in and showed the manager the pizza. Needless to say, the manager was forced to redo the entire order for free, because the 'quality checker' missed this one. I'm sorry, but the quality checker is the COOK. They are either incompetent, lazy or an id10t...or all three. Don't care. Whomever was there last year, bring them back, because the current cooking staff leaves much to be desired. I would not be surprised if this place eventually ended up on one of those 'impossible' TV shows. Which is sad, because this place could be awesome. Last year- always full of people. Very loud sports bar with typical bar food plus homemade pasta and classic Italian dishes. Calamari were crispy and served with an aioli and shishito peppers. The spicy pepperoni pizza lived up to its name with pepperoni, lightly pickled jalapeños, and hot honey. The pizza was a bit wet so the crust couldn't quite hold up the toppings. The cheesesteak was made with rib eye which was nicely tender and cheesy and served on a seeded and chewy roll . Service was ok. Location is in condo development. While there I are curb cuts for wheelchairs, it appears to be all parallel parking near the entrance. read more

Solid experience again. Fried artichokes were a great app split 3 ways. South Phila Pizza was tasty. Crust same as I remember the first time. Nice beer selection- the can I got was bigger than a draft for the same price (stolen sun) . The service was good- even though the entire staff looks quite young (thigh school age?) We stopped here on the way to the airport for a quick bite and a few drinks. We went durning off peak hours so parking was not hard and the restaurant was not crowded at all. Even though it was not crowded we decided to seat at the bar so we could have quicker serve. Our server was exactly that! Although the serve was good I did not enjoy the food as much as I wanted to. The meat in the sandwich could have had more flavor and more cheese. It was a little tasteless and on the drier side. The salad, I know that some Cesar salads are more on the anchovy side because of the dressing but I could not figure out if it was the dressing or the shrimp. Either way I have had grilled shrimp on a Cesar salad and it did not taste as fishy as this one had. I would maybe go for the pizza next time! read more

Please do not make the mistake of getting food from Revival Pizza Pub! Worst place in Chester Springs! Please learn from my mistake! I love pasta with clams. Even though I had a terrible experiences with Revival before when it comes to this overpriced dish I broke down and ordered it again through DoorDash along with some other things. I picked up the bag and the bottom dropped out because it was soaked with the pasta sauce. $75 of food spilled all over my front porch. The same thing happened to me last December with the same dish except the food landed on my kitchen floor. Thankfully I got a full refund from DoorDash. Again. I have had multiple issues with quality and service at Revival Pizza Pub but I think I have finally learned my lesson. Some of their food is good and it's hard because we don't have a lot of options in this area. Revival Pizza Pub is a shit show and the people of Chester Springs deserve better. If you choose to eat there or if you order takeout, I truly hope your experiences are better but I am never going back. read more

First time here and we LOVED it. The cocktail selection is delicious- had a Peach Aperol Paloma & a blood orange margarita. Great flavor and had a kick!! We were delighted by the happy hour menu as well. Opted for the cheesesteak eggrolls and hot honey garlic sticky wings. Honestly might have been my favorite wings in a long time. Amazing flavor & super crispy. The eggrolls were great too & you can tell the bleu cheese and ranch are homemade (I mean I think so?!) for dinner we split the chicken parm sub & a pizza. I loved the sauce on the sub and the chicken was cooked perfect. Crispy but juicy and tender. The pizza was the 4 cheese we added hot honey and pepperoni. I will say the Gorgonzola maybe was a little over powering but I wouldn't let that take anything away. Overall 10 out of 10, great service and ambiance on top of iwe will be back!!!!! read more

I have driven by the place several times and was able to stop in to pick up a meal for home. I ordered their salad with a side of chicken. I was expecting more of a pizza shop before I walked in and it was more like a restaurant with a bar. It had nice outdoor seating and I am sure the residents nearby love having a bar/restaurant to walk to. I was not able to sit down and enjoy their service. It took some time for someone to come out of the back to take my order. I waited about 20 minutes for my salad to be prepared. Their salad was good, but not worth $20. I will to come back and sit down and get a full experience and try their other foods before I make a final decision on this place. read more

3.75 stars. Made the impromptu decision to get over there in time for happy hour this past week. Made a reservation thru open table for 5:45 and arrived just a bit earlier and was greeted and seated right away. The spot itself is in an interesting location, as there are townhomes just behind and many open retails spaces nearby, so just when you feel you are in the wrong spot, you see all the people and the restaurant itself. Quite spacious with an outside seating area out front and some space out back too. Not sure they are seating parties out back. Will investigate on my next visit. Our server was sweet but couldn't quite answer our questions regarding the "boardroom spirits" off of the HH menu, so she talked to the GM and came back to let us know it was simple drinks using Rum, Gin or Vodka. I would have loved an inexpensive whisky on the menu, but settled on a rum and coke and my wife had a rum and ginger beer. It was nice she could get the ginger beer too and not a ginger ale. Since there were things to order for food off the happy hour menu too, I put in an order for onion rings and the angry mussels. Onions rings showed up after a few minutes and it was a stacker of 6-7 rings. Thick cut onions and super flaky batter which would fall off at the slightest touch, but delish. They were served with a marinara and a spicy pesto sauce that was fantastic. Soon after, the mussels arrived and a good sized portion and 3pcs of bread to soak up the broth. Fresh mussels and great flavor. We were not full, so I was ready to order up a pizza, but the place filled up fast and our server was simply overwhelmed. It was 15 minutes before we had her back to our table and we didn't have the time to wait much longer and that food settled in our bellies, so we didn't leave hungry one bit. This is a great spot to grab a quick and delicious bite to eat (and maybe some drinks too). The menu has a wide selection, with much of the menu being bar menu style items (pizza, wings, fries, etc.). However, this food blows typical bar food out of the water! It is elevated and the flavor combinations are awesome. We got the spicy pepperoni pizza, which had a kick but was also sweet because it had honey drizzled on it. We also got the watermelon habanero wings, and same thing: had a kick to them but were also sweet, tangy flavor. I would recommend both. The drink menu also had a nice selection. My fiancé got the strawberry Bangin' Lemonade. It was pretty sweet to the point where you couldn't really taste the liquor, but it was delicious nevertheless! The service was great and our food came out super fast too! There is also a bar area that you can sit/hang out at. Tried their pasta a couple of times over a span of months and it has consistently been disappointing. First time i had what looked like a soup of water in a bowl I had to have it returned, but only to be returned with the water drained. And the second time i had mushy over cooked pasta with a bowl that's 75% sauce that tested like burnt metallic flavor and utterly without flavor. Thats it!! I will not try pasta here again. This is a really nice pizza pub in the new complex in Ludwig's. There's a nice bar, a few video game machines and a nice variety menu to choose from. You can order pizza as an individual size or large. There's also sandwiches salads and pasta options. The space is open and looks like there is some outdoor seating available as well. We went for lunch and had 2 individual pizzas and a salad. Everything was well prepared. Service was very friendly and informative. Definitely will be back if in the area. read more

It attempts to be a brick oven style, but there are significantly better options available closer to Exton if you don't mind the drive. I've also tried other dishes here and they're alright, nothing I'd brag about. I'd say most dishes are about $5-$7 overpriced, which seems to indicate their location and rent rather than their quality. Thought maybe it was just me because some people keep giving it higher ratings, but then you talk to others in the nearby community and the reaction is typically "meh". I came in three days ago with a party of 6 around 6:30pm. Julio was our server and he was very polite. I ordered a Mad Elf because Tis' the season! I decided on the Seared Tuna Tacos as they sounded delicious. The presentation was very colorful and they were plates nicely. Between the sliced Jalapeños and the Sriracha Aioli they were a tad bit spicy in my opinion. The fries were most definitely over seasoned. Anyone who ordered fries with their meal at my table thought the same. They were so salty that I couldn't finish them. Which surprises me because who can't finish fries?! I enjoy salt too, so this was definitely overkill for sure! Nice atmosphere, very open, I currently live in California and was home visiting for the Holidays so I most likely won't be back anytime soon but I would try a Pizza next time, as it looks like that is what you guys are known for! I will give it a pass because it's so new, hoping the beer buyer will learn what customers want is not always what the beer sellers want to sell. Counted four unmotivated teenage servers standing around talking while we waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged, another 10 - 15 minutes after we placed our drink order which we never received (BTW, This was during happy hour). The Bartender seemed to have other priorities other than pouring or making drinks for the customers. This is the second time this happened, first time we overlooked. We walked out after about 30 minutes. So, here goes the old saying, "Fool me me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. We walked out after a half hour of non-service. I normally only post when I have something positive to say about an establishment, especially if it is a local business, but this place was so bad that I have to speak up. If you feel like throwing $25 in the trash, then come to this place. I have driven by it on my way to the library that I thought I would stop in and try the pizza, since "pizza" is in the name of their place. I was hoping for either a single slice or a personal pan. Only thing on the menu was a full-sized pizza, cheapest one $20. When I asked about a slice they said they had a personal pan for $15, and 8-inch, way too expensive but there was literally nothing else on the menu that looked good and everything was pricey. I ordered the Marguerite. I've had better frozen pizza. Sauce tasted jarred, mozzarella was definitely not fresh. To make things worse, I ordered a Diet Coke- the glass and soda smelled and tasted super soapy. I thought it was just me and ordered a second soda, same thing. My server looked and acted very young and inexperienced, I felt bad for him and still left a decent tip, not his fault the food and drink were horrible. Stopped in for a second trip in a week . Again service was on point and friendly. But have too say they changed the Caesar salad I raved about last week from what I would say was a loaded Caesar to a regular Caesar. The egg, charred broccoli , bacon, and Avocado were now gone. It was still a good Caesar and a small with a sled of calamari made a great meal. Truly hope the loaded Caesar returns to the menu( server told us a lot of people were asking about it). My daughter was in for her first trip and had the small salad topped with grilled shrimp and was very impressed as she said shrimp were perfect. Wife got salad with a side of meatballs and had one and took other 2 home and was ecstatic as she said meatballs were closest she had had in a restraint to her Italian born aunts homemade . A side note that should be mentioned..,for anyone with tree nut/ peanut allergies.. was well documented by server and manger came out to assure us nothing on menu to worry about but dessert and that that is kept in totally different prep and storage area . So no chance of cross contamination and that she personally had staff change gloves and wash hands as extra precaution ... needless to say from someone who has been to the ER a couple of times with my child due to nut cross contamination that made the meal a lot more enjoyable and comfortable as in our family it is truly a life and death issue . We stopped in for dinner on Saturday night and loved our experience. The restaurant has high-ceilings and the tables are spaced out so it never feels too crowded. We ordered the Hemingway and Italian Melon Spritz - both were delicious and creative drinks. The homemade ricotta appetizer was AMAZING! Served with delicious homemade bread. The fries were perfectly crunchy and had Old Bay seasoning. One member of our party had a nut allergy and the kitchen was very accommodating. Our pizza was plentiful and very yummy. I called in a pizza takeout order, and had to listen to a very long spiel of their hours and how to order online, and their catering, etc etc etc. A full 2 minutes later, they finally told me to "press 1" to place an order. Seems like they don't want call-in orders. I ordered 2 of their specialty pizzas, Margherita and South Philly. Both were very tasty, and not too salty. But, the pizza size is SMALL. I ordered "large", but I think their pizzas are one-size, and they are definitely NOT large. I would call this a medium pizza, and they were not enough for the amount of people I was feeding.
