I finally got out of the car and told him that it would have been nice if he would have directed me to the lobby. He said he was busy. I told him that I understood that but suggested that he at least do a 20 second check with me to direct me to step into the lobby. He replied that he didn't think my suggestion was helpful. I decided to not get the oil change. I have been a customer at Stinky's for about 3 years and always had outstanding customer service. I won't be back after this.

What really stands out is that they never pressure me into buying additional services. In fact, they've recommended I go elsewhere when it made more sense for me. They suggested I get a free tire rotation at Discount Tire instead of paying for one there, and they also recommended I have my mechanic replace a belt rather than having them do it--even though they offer both of those services. That honesty goes a long way. On top of the excellent service, the customer experience is outstanding. In the Arizona heat, they offered me a cold bottle of water and gave me the option to wait in their air-conditioned lobby instead of staying in my car while it was turned off. I'm always impressed by their professionalism, transparency, and customer-first approach. It's the only place my household trusts for our vehicles, and I highly recommend them!
