I've never been to a lash and nail place (and if I have, it certainly wasn't clear that they do both). The signage is what brought me to this place and right off the freeway. I was surprised I only initially saw one person working with a client (doing lashes) in the back room. No one was getting their nails done which, for me, was a shocker. The worker called for someone and they came right away. She was nice. It was my first time to get lashes done. Everything went smoothly except I can't stand the bright lights shining through my eye lids. Ha! They're not cheap, but if you have a membership -you get a discount! I've gone to Revive Lash & Nail a handful of times since discovering them next to Jersey Mike's during the pandemic. Customer service here is absolutely superb & I am treated well every time I've come. They're really good about being on time for their appointments. Only once (because it does happen) have I had to come back for a service I booked for because they had so many walk ins. My lashes are done by someone different each time & I've never had an issues with my lashes. Nails I would say to ask for the most skilled nail tech if you have an event or you're particular about how you want your nails. Only once have I had an issue with the gel nail polish being used & the shaping of my nails. Overall, I would still highly recommend them! They did my lashes & nails for me when I got married along with my small wedding party. Convenient, quality work, & price point isn't terrible. Regarding the parking lot: super easy to get in & out of & I've never had issues with parking here. They share a parking lot with quite a bit of other businesses but it's never super hectic, which is great for my friends and who need to know the parking situation before heading somewhere new. read more

This is solely based on my experience regarding their customer service. I was in a rush to find a lash extension appointment. I was able to get a hold of them & made an appointment at 1pm today via texts, at least I thought I did. Then I get a confirmation saying that the appointment is at 8:15pm. Texted back to make sure my appointment is at 1, not 8:15. No response. Called an hour before 1 before I head out. I have had such a bad experience here that I just walked out before being seen today. I went in for lashes a week and a half ago, arrived a few minutes before my appointment time and then ended up having to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled time before anyone came and got me. The lashes looked good when finished but by the time I made it home I they were already coming off. They were on my face and shirt. By the next morning I had gaps and the lash extensions that I found did not have my natural lash still attached so it was obvious that they just weren't adhered correctly as opposed to the natural shedding that occurs. My appointment was in the evening so I did not shower, applied makeup or even touched them after so I know this was not something that I had done. I wanted to give them another chance as I read in other reviews that some people had gone back and had a better experience after having the same thing happen to them. So I booked an appointment with Leah which was one of the only technicians available online booking. I got a call last night that she was on vacation and was asked to come in at 9am rather than 9:15. I said I would try but I had an appointment beforehand. Ended up arriving at 9am, was asked to wash my lashes and after being sat in the chair I explained how I had paid full price last time and that the majority of them have just fallen off my lashes in less then 2 weeks so this time I purchased the Groupon because I was willing to give them another shot but didn't want to risk paying $100 for something that will just fall right off. The lady said I wasn't allowed to use the Groupon as a returning costumer so I pulled up the exclusions listed on it to explain that no where does it say first time customers only. The list of exclusions are pretty specific but did not include return costumers so there should be no reason for them not to accept based on the agreed terms of purchase. She then asked me to go sit back up front while she took another girl!! Shortly after I got a call from them (while sitting up front at the salon) saying a girl called in sick and to come back later. I just gave up... there are so many lash salons in the area that I decided this was not worth my frustration. read more

So I've been to this location twice my first initial experience was that they do appointments but also walkins at the same time which causes them to rush my first time getting my lashes there it seem like one of the techs was in training and after the manager reviewed my eyelashes she asked the tech to do my lashes some more which later convince me to purchase a membership thinking that they had higher standards on their lashes, When I return to weeks later which was yesterday Sunday Although I had an appointment they seem to understaffed that day. my lashes were not as great as they were the first time but I didn't say anything because I knew that they were busy and I still needed to have a manicure done my manicure did not come out anywhere near as the photo I have presented and they had to redo it twice. And today is Monday and I'm looking at my nails and they are bubbly very thick and already starting to show white under the nail , Since I have a membership I probably will just get my lashes done from here on out but not a manicure the lady who did my pedicure two weeks ago was absolutely amazing and my toes still look great pedicures are great. I would highly recommend coming here to get gel x nails and eyelash extensions. I love getting french tips and Ruby does an amazing job at making my gel nails look seamless and natural, not puffy at all. The gel x application is very clean and even, and doesn't damage my natural nails. A full set of gel extentions can last me up to 5 weeks. I was traveling and got a gel manicure / pedicure here. She was lovely and took her time doing both. I was there for two hours. It's been 5 days and my nails are already peeling and chipping. I called for a refund on the manicure and they refused. Also, she handed me a menu for pedicure and I chose the $48 option .. when I got my bill it was $103..before tip FOR A MANI PEDI! Apparently the polish is not included in their $48 pedicure option. Steer clear of this place. I do not recommend. My bank said there is no recourse bc I paid with Zelle, which was the only form of payment they accepted. She said if I had used my debit card it would be a different story. read more

Made an appointment for me and my sister and called ahead to ask of pricing, I was told it would be 75 lashes for 75 dollars. We showed them the same picture of lashes which turned out very thick. Afterwards when it was time to pay we were charged 105, not 75 like told beforehand. I seldom give a review much more a 5 star and if I can give a 10, I would with this salon. Been going to this place since they have their grand opening in this location. Lauren, the owner mostly do my nails and she does wonders. Tina does my lashes and she always do an awesome job. The last time Tina did my lashes, I guess some of them got real close to the skin and it felt really weird. I texted Lauren and she immediately got me an appointment with Tina that day and everything got fixed. Had pedicure appointment for 6 pm. Basically i waited 35 min with no tech to help me. To start, I arrived on time for my appointment. I stood waiting 15 min at their cash register booth until someone acknowledged me. I say i have a 6 pm appointment, the tech says "okay, have a seat". I sit down in a pedicure chair. While I was waiting, another woman with a 6pm appointment arrived, maybe 10 min after I did. So i was waiting another 15 min. The tech ended up starting on the other 6pm appointment, even though that appointment arrived 10 min after me, & ive been waitinf 30 min alI said "excuse me, but is someone going to help me?" The tech said "oh, are you waiting for lashes or nails?" Obviously im waiting for a pedicure if im waiting in the pedicure chair. Purchased a Groupon the options they had were 35,45,55,65 classic mink set. So I bought the 65 lash classic mink set. Went in got them done and this is the result. They are not even noticeable and they are suppose to use mink lashes but I can tell these are absolutely synthetic they feel like plastic. Would bot be returning here. I called at 5:38pm to see about getting an appointment or coming as a walk-in. I was told to walk-in at 6pm - I show up and they tell me they cannot do walk-ins. I explain my phone call and they tell me to call again, I walk outside, call again and am asked to wait and they will take care of me. I wait 15 minutes and the nail lady comes over and says they cannot do it ... "too late". I asked her why I've called twice and been told something different, she tells me to call the owner again. I have been going to see Lauren for 2 years now. The first time I ever got lashes done, a (different) lady did a terrible job...I saw Lauren's ad and decided to give lashes another try. She booked me instantly. And removed the old terrible lashes with ease and put on a beautiful new set within an hour. I was amazed. Over the last two years I've asked her about changing it up some and she always gives great advice for what works for me and my face. They did not listen and they used clear acrylic instead of pink so now you can see all the lines in my fill.
