I had a coffee spill in just the driver side front section and not under the seat as my car has a 2 inch ridge to catch stuff like that. The shop I took it to took 15 minutes max including check in. It was extraction and then combed through for crumbs and then washed. So of course I tipped well for the $35 cost.

I hate to do this, especially considering there's an actual sign at the end of the carwash that…read moresays something along the lines of let us know if you have any issues. But I was on a short lunch break. So they have three lanes pulling up into the wash. I pulled up and realized that there was no way to pay unless you had the app or quite possibly were already a member? Which I was not as this place is fairly new. I had to reverse out and go to the far left lane where there was a cashier. I've never experienced this as every other carwash has an employee outside. The employee immediately tried selling me on the expensive wash and a 30 day free trial with no cancellation fees. I declined. I stated I wanted to test it out for my first time before I made a commitment. The prices aren't listed outside so I inquired on the price for a mid level wash. I ended up choosing the one just a step up from the basic. My car wasn't filthy dirty and I thought that was a good decision based on other washes in the area I've experienced. I paid $15 for the Super wash which also included wheel cleaning, Tommy guard and underbody flush. The tunnel is really cool. I like that it had windows all around and I liked that it was fabric pads on the washing mechanisms that go around your vehicle. But my wash just didn't do the job at all. I stop have so much dirt on my car for barely being dirty. See pics. I also didn't get a very good drying experience. My car wasn't filthy still super wet as I drive out. I had to stop outside the wash a bit to fix a mirror and realized it was still super wet. Some areas are to be expected yes. Luckily I drive home in a 45mph zone which helped dry it, lol. Car washes here are a BIG BIG thing. But compared to where I come from out of state, $15 gets you an air freshener, a dry rag and a spray down before you enter the wash. Overall a big disappointment for the price and the poor wash. I'll probably give them one more try but with soooo many car washes in town I've experienced better.
