It was our first time and my daughter was a little nervous as she didn't know what to expect. My daughter felt a little more relaxed after she found out that she can change into a comfy white robe and socks and was then taken into the chamber room. We were told that you reap the full benefits by withstanding the extreme cold for the full 3 minutes - so my teen was determined. Drea was very informative on the process, explaining what she was doing along the way and answering all my questions. The process was about an hour long and pretty much painless, although I will admit there was a little tenderness on the area which is expected because they have to really get in there with the wand to freeze/heat the fat. I ended up canceling my fitness class for the next day and didn't workout the following day either. So expect minor tenderness. Immediate results will vary with I believe some losing up to 3 inches. (*side note: the procedure will help you lose inches, not pounds) I only lost a quarter inch but results can take weeks to actually show ( with diet and exercise of course).
