Came here from out of town just to try some local coffee in Austin. I love this place! Will be returning should I come back to Austin. The little store with local small business items is so cute and fitting for the aesthetic of the place. I had an iced maple latte and it was amazing! The coffee has a great flavor and maple was the cherry on top. Everyone in there was so friendly, I will be recommending to everyone in the future!
I visited Revolucion on a Wednesday morning and found it packed! There was plenty of indoor seating, mostly occupied by patrons working/studying on laptops. The space was well-lit with a fun wall mural near the back. I also loved that it was dog-friendly! For drinks, I got the Iced Revolución Latte, which was pretty tasty. It had a nice honey lavender flavor and was sufficiently strong. I also ordered the Rev Acai Bowl, which took longer to come out. I liked the base of this bowl (not too sweet) but wish I'd gotten something with more fruit variety. This one was very pineapple-heavy, but still nice! Overall, a good spot to grab coffee and a light breakfast.
Cute coffee and grab and go breakfasts. Staff was helpful and made sure to answer all our questions as well and recommend things that's are popular. I don't remember what we ordered but I enjoyed mine with oatmilk and when the husband wanted his a bit sweeter the staff did not hesitate to add a little more until he was satisfied
The $10 drip coffee with 2 breakfast tacos are a good deal! But I wish the drip coffee was less acidic. We got the egg, cheese, and bacon and also the beans, cheese, and bacon. But we basically split the egg and beans among the two tacos to make egg, cheese, bean, and bacon breakfast tacos. That was really yummy! The cheese also wasn't offensive or overly cheesy, which I prefer. The food came out quick and hot! It wasn't super busy when we came.
Revolucion was right across the street from my hotel so was very convenient on my recent Austin trip. It's in a poppin' area of Downtown with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They have a huge selection of grab & go bottles and cans of Poppi, Lollipop and Topo Chico if you don't want one of their fancy creations. The fancy creations are fun though! I had a shot of espresso as my drink didn't come with any caffeination and no qualms there. A bit more exciting, I had their Red Velvet Latte and loved it with mayan mocha, honey, cold pressed ginger and milk (which can be changed out for oat milk like I did or other substitutes). Delish drink and my friend loved his Aca Blue, another pretty drink with blue & green shades for the matcha and it said it was full of antioxidants. Great! Throw 'em all in there and let us be secretly healthy. Overall, we loved their Mexican-inspired vibes in this roastery and would absolutely pop in again next time we're in town!
This was a coffee shop we found on a whim during my study crawl. There's plenty of seating and outlets, so those who wish for a nice study spot- this place is great. Also, they have some things you could buy from small business owners? and it's great! However, we were not impressed by the coffee. Maybe will try something else next time. I'm a bit late on this review, but better late than never, right? I ordered their mushroom coffee while visiting Austin, and it was really quite delightful even though I don't like mushrooms. I also had the bacon, egg, and cheese on a spinach tortilla, which was lovely. My coworker was in Austin recently and I recommended this spot to her. She informed me she returned on multiple occasions! They have seats inside and out, but on a temperate day, definitely sit outside.
I was in town for business and so glad I stumbled on Revolucion. It was my go-to every morning after the gym -- definitely seemed like it was a routine for many locals as well. Open early, engaging/friendly staff and quality food & drink options. Inside, the eatery is bright, fun, comfortable and showcases local goods and treats.
Visited Revolucion juice and coffee shop who was hosting the 5Run2 Marathon Kickoff panel. The shop supports local artisans and suppliers and is very environmentally friendly. They offer a lot of vegan options and use fresh and responsibly sourced high quality ingredients. The space was colorful with plenty of room and seating for the event. There are colorful murals painted on the walls inside for a fun and uplifting space. We were able to order a taco and a beverage at the event. I was intrigued by the lentil and walnut taco with avocado lime sauce on a spinach flour tortilla. It was a vegan option and I loved the spinach tortilla but felt like the lentil walnut filling was a bit bland and could use some more flavoring, I tried the Oasis smoothie with Rev Homemade Almond milk, Strawberry, Banana, Dates, Avocado, Vegan Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid, Maple + Housemade Strawberry Glaze & Coconut Cream. The smoothie was very sweet and I enjoyed the taste and consistency. I was amazed at all of the fresh juice options available. I would like to try more of their juice blends in the future. The service was friendly and helpful and it was a great venue to host the run event.
My run group had an event there in the evening, with tacos and a drink before a panel discussion. We could choose coffee, smoothie, or a proprietary juice. Since this is primarily a vegan cafe and it was in the evening, I ordered the Lentils and Walnut taco with avo lime sauce on a corn tortilla. It was subtly yummy with the avocado lime sauce, with a nice crunch from the walnuts. I added some sauce to spice it up a bit. At first it was served in a flour tortilla, and they willingly remade it on corn. To not waste the food, they suggested that I keep the flour one; I gave it to my friend. The corn tortilla was ready in a manner of minutes. For the drink, I chose the Green Moringa Smoothie: green moringa, ginger, spinach, banana, pineapple, and hemp milk. It tasted so good and healthy! Not too sweet. The atmosphere is simple and modern; it even looks healthy!
Love Revolucion for a morning coffee and breakfast! The Mayan Mocha is awesome but a bit sweet. The latte art is always awesome. The tacos are also delicious, especially the potato egg and cheese. Usually parking is available not too far but it is is street parking. There is usually plenty of space to sit and great lighting! Highly recommend this spot.
Top 10 coffee shops in Austin! The food is SOO GOOD and fulfilling. The coffee is very unique and come in neat colors that adds a lot of fun and health benefits. I do work sometimes here if it is not too packed; it is very nice at times like 1-3 because it's more empty and relaxing. Sometimes I do not get seating however. Lots of outlets!

This place was so awesome! Cute little healthy coffee shop right across the street from our hotel. I got the breakfast burrito which was delicious! My dad got a granola butter toast which was really tasty. The lattes and coffee were also super yummy. Really liked the vibe of this place inside too. read more

Ignore the price tag lol because this was SOOO good! Latte BUSSIN, Juice BUSSIN, Breakfast Taco BEST I EVER HAD, Breakfast Burrito Bussin!!! I like the breakfast tacos and the latte was definitely decent. I love the design as it captures the modern Mexican design I believe the designer was going for. 2/3 of the folks up front were super friendly but the third one looked at me like I planned to poison her houseplants. Maybe that's just her face. I, too, suffer from "I'm probably angry about something face." They forgot to make my sisters drink, pero, they were checking their phones so...I also get it. read more
I had a fantastic time at Revolución Coffee with my ex-boyfriend! I got their chai latte and it was great, and at the spurring of a random Brazilian girl that we sat with we also tried their açaí bowl. The açaí quite literally made the night (or afternoon, really). It was genuinely delicious, and honestly for the size not a terrible price as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quaint coffee shop (with an açaí twist!) in the downtown area. read more
I personally love this place, I had been to the other locations in San Antonio and was stoked to find out we had one here in Austin! Of course it lived up to my exact expectations! Situated right downtown Austin there is tons of space tables and outlets for a remote working location. The place is stylish and cozy at the same time. Parking is the one beast you might tackle but I promise it's worth it! Service is always swift and everyone's friendly. They offer a variety of coffee, juices, matcha, tea, and have a large food menu with healthy options like acai and avocado toast as well. I was looking for coffee shops by me and came across this one. I visited around 12 pm on a weekday and was surprised by how packed it still was! I got the nube latte with oat milk and the papas rancheras breakfast taco. I was a bit disappointed to see the $1.50 surcharge for an alternative milk. The nube latte was good but it honestly tasted like ube bubble tea to me, seemed like they use the same flavored ube powder. The breakfast taco was very good, and filling! Ambiance This coffee shop screams health and wellness and just overall self-care. You can get anything from coffees to smoothies, juices, low calorie beverages and what I love most is that there's a center shelving system with health and home goods (not sure if it's all local based but definitely small business owned). Food While in town last week I loved getting their potato, egg, and cheese taco. It was very delicious. I asked for light cheese and they happily accommodated me. I like that the taco added flavor from the seasoned potato inside. The smoothies and matcha lattes are also pretty good. I would definitely come back if I'm in town again. I was in downtown Austin for a work trip and needed to find a tea/breakfast spot. This shop is so cute, with a bunch an items in a fridge and small gifts you can pick up. The shop is also pretty spacious with lots of seating. I ordered a matcha tea and an açaí bowl. Both items were good, but nothing out of the ordinary. My açaí bowl had pineapple in it that tasted vaguely of onion (like the pineapple was cut on a cutting board after an onion was cut). Overall a great location within walking distance to many hotels and the convention center. read more

Revolucion is a popular hangout after work and during conferences. I'll usually head over in the afternoon for coffee and to work a little. The seating isn't the most comfortable, but the ambiance is feels good, it's often a little more energetic than most coffee shops. Unfortunately the coffee isn't great. I ordered a drip coffee last time around and it was pretty sour. Maybe it's my bad ordering drip near the end of the day, but had I been behind the counter I probably wouldn't have served it & would have offered an Americano instead. The food actually is pretty good though, which brings my rating up. My girlfriend ordered a couple breakfast tacos. There is street metered parking available. The interior is big open modern vibe. The prices are high for juices at $12 each. There is a variety of items for sale. There were 6 syrup options available. I tried the iced maple latte with almond milk, it didn't have alot of flavor though the coffee is smooth. I tried the to go Oatmilk cold brew and it was okay. The service is quick from taking the order to calling out your drink. I didn't order any food so I can't speak to that. read more

Revolucion Coffee has been a game changer for me in Austin. I love this place so much I can sit around studying and will order multiple drinks in one day. I fancy myself a bit of a coffee addict and being a PhD I need tons of coffee. This place is my go to and I feel like the coffee has a clean side to it (so I don't feel as bad drinking multiple in one day). The first time I asked about their syrups, I was told they were made in house. Come to find out so is their almond milk. Their in-house care for their products motivates me to continue coming back. Fair to say, you can taste the wonderful quality. Not to mention, the workers are incredibly friendly and helpful everytime. I ask for recommendations here and there. The workers never miss and if I explain what I am looking to have (example lots of caffeine) they will spark drink ideas. Aca Blue: Take a moment to appreciate the Aca blue. It is beautiful and tastes as good as it looks. The matcha grade is a hit and I love that this drink is not sweet nor bitter. Vanilla Latte: I ordered the Latte with the their vanilla in house. Every coffee house I visit, I use a vanilla latte as a measure of quality. It's simple and an original. I have to say, revolucion hit the mark on this one. Aesthetically looks super hip and trendy in the inside. Lots of open seating for people to socialize or get work done. As their coffee, I got the Revolucin Latte with almond milk. Not sure if I was unlucky but it was hella bland and just tasted like milk lmfao. Probably would get something different if I'm ever in Austin again. read more

Cute corner coffee and juice spot that will leave you feeling recharged and ready to tackle the day! I love how they have a fresh pressed juice fridge for a quick grab-n-go moment. They have a few bites for you to enjoy from their menu if you're wanting something beyond a beverage. I opted for their cold brew and added a splash of lavender syrup. This shop originated from San Antonio, so it was nice to see a familiar face in Austin from my days living in Austin. Plenty of open space and lighting, and the abundance of outlets was great! They're situated downtown but there is plenty of street parking nearby so no need to fret. read more
Loved everything about Revolucion!!! It's very cute and trendy. There are so many vegan options-it was so hard to make a decision! I decided on the walnut-lentil taco and it was very filling and delicious. I also had an oat milk matcha which was not very sweet and great. Well-designed place to treat like a cafe, where you can catch up with friends or camp out and get work done. Things you should know: I. SERVICE Quick and kind. I love that this business is woman-owned. II. QUALITY We only got drinks so I can't give a review on the food. The Office Breakfast smoothie has cold brew in it that is very subtle ~ the banana really seems to be an all consuming flavor. III. Oooh the pb&j açaí bowl was soooo good- I'm normally a little iffy on açaí bowls because I don't like them so tart and cold, but the peanut butter and almond milk mixed in was SO good. And the blue aca was so flavorful and the matcha was delicious! I happened to notice this spot when I was at the Austin Convention Center. The location is very convenient and they have a variety of juices, smoothies, and açaí bowls (in addition to coffee and tea) to choose from. I appreciate their core principles to responsibly source ingredients, use fresh/local ingredients, and reduce environmental waste. The staff is also very friendly. The shop is clean and well-lit. I decided to order the rev açaí bowl. It was nicely presented. I was impressed that they used a ceramic bowl and actual silverware, instead of serving it to me in a disposable container. However, I think a little more fruit was needed as a topping to make it proportional to the amount of base used. read more
The Austin heat is no joke. Luckily there's juice bars like this one to help rejuvenate you! We stopped in to hydrate and get some of their ginger and immunity shots as well as try a tamale. The space is huge and modern and the service was quick and very friendly. Bathrooms were clean. read more
Shop is cute, lots to see wide open area. Grabbed the Mother Earth berry bar and it was super delicious, good chew, good flavors.
