Chinese coffee with tonic and orange
    Dylan T.

TL;DR: One of my favorite coffee shops that I have been to! I will definitely be back. Coffee: I am not sure if this is a seasonal drink, but I ordered the Chinese coffee with tonic and orange (under the New Year, New Sips section). The orange and cinnamon flavor are quite strong, which I really enjoyed. I got to watch them torch a cinnamon stick and then put it into my drink which was so cool. Service: The baristas here seem so friendly! I was given a very thorough explanation of the drink that I was ordering, and I felt good about the decision I made. Everyone in the coffee shop seemed very cheery :) Ambiance: + I absolutely love the vibe here. Warm light streams in through the windows. The dark green walls with accents of red from the curtains feels cozy. It is a very laid back spot to sip on a coffee, chat with some friends, or lock in to work. + This is also a very clean restroom and probably one of the largest ones I have ever seen in a restaurant or coffee shop before? There is just a single room, but it is very spacious and comfortable if you need to use the can. + There is also free WiFi and plenty of other nice spots (coffee, food, shops) along this street!

The nitro chai is absolutely delicious. It's easily one of the best drinks I've ever had, and it's dairy free which is a huge plus. Klerje also has some of the friendliest staff. I love coming in, and look forward to my next visit soon.

Another great experience. So excited to see the additional seating area opened. Got the Pumpkin Spice Latte, hot which was wonderful. Pumpkin was there but not over bearing, Service was fine, with two baristas and one register it can take a few if there is a line.

    Orange matcha dreamsicle

I was grabbing lunch nearby, and I decided to stop in for mid-workday pick-me-up. I ordered the orange matcha dreamsicle at the recommendation of the barista. This is a seasonal drink for the month of February. This matcha drink was creamy and refreshing. It was definitely very orange forward rather than matcha forward. I would have preferred a slightly stronger matcha flavor. However, the combination of the sparking water, cream, and orange flavoring was really creative, and I enjoyed how unique the drink was. The inside was decorated really nicely, and it seems like a good place to hang out.

Absolutely loved it in here. I enjoyed a lavender honey latte and owner's mom's banana bread. A lovely cozy shop, reminded me of my college days.

I loved this spot and all the unique drink options they had! When I come back I definitely want to branch out. The vibe was definitely more WFH and quiet even on the weekends, which I enjoyed because it was quiet enough to read a book. My only suggestion is that they have more food options - they had a pretty limited selection of pastries

I love this place. It's so cute and aesthetic inside, definitely worthy of Instagram photos. There's a good amount of seating although I wouldn't exactly call it spacious or cowork in the space for too long. I've gotten the strawberry matcha (hot, although they said it's usually best served cold) and a chai latte. Both were good, not amazing, but tasty and nothing wrong with them. I'm happy that they opened and hope they stay in the neighborhood for a long time.

Delicious coffee with innovative flavors ordered at the counter and delivered to your table and great ambiance. The baristas are nice and friendly. Free Street parking is around just need to look for it.

Great little coffee shop. The vibe inside is so cute! The baristas very nice and made my drink fast. The prices are reasonable and drinks are good. Street parking available.

Popped in for an espresso and was really impressed with their offerings. Tried an El Salvador natural process from Figure 8 Coffee Roasters that was really delightful. They give you the whole proper set up if you get it for here & Bethany who was behind the bar even checked in to ensure the coffee was holding up well since it was a few hours since it was dialed in-- the true sign of a coffee shop & barista that really knows what they're doing. Also loved the quirky and very on-point sac-religious theme of it all as well (and definitely did my best to not summon any demons while using the bathroom).

The space is gorgeous. Full stop. I want to move in. It's cozy and inviting. Plenty of seating. I love the bar seating. The menus nod to the "clergy" name is entertaining. First visit I got the cortado, classic and a good indicator of a good coffee shop is a well done cortado. Justin was welcoming, happy to chat and I knew he knew what he was doing when he served my cortado and said sorry it might be closer to 5oz than 4oz. That exactness is appreciated and, ounces aside, the cortado was perfection. I can wait to be able to stay and drink another one in a proper cup and try all the other delights on the menu. Thanks for a beautiful, inviting, neighborhood coffee shop that delivers on the coffee!

Chaider, Nitro Thai tea, Passion fruit matcha

Nitro Thai Tea was really good. If you get light ice on drinks, they will not mention that the drink has room instead of being top offed with more milk... Feels scammy.

    Plenty of Seating

Amazing atmosphere that's transports you into a different world. The high quality ingredients and well crafted drinks are worth every penny. I would like to mention that every customer should consider having extra patience before entering. Every drink is carefully crafted with love and sometimes by a single barista who is taking orders and making drinks at the same time. The drinks are well worth the wait on a busy Saturday morning so don't expect some fast food, low quality experience like Starbucks. This is a specialty cafe that that takes their time and should be appreciated for the quality instead of rushed for your own convenience. For the best experience, I would recommend coming in with a book or journal and trying a few different drinks in one sitting. Everything was made to perfection, I wish I could be there forever.

We chose half sweetness so it didn't feel drenched in maple syrup, which made it way more enjoyable for me. The cinnamon notes and subtle spice undertone came through nicely. Not exactly my go-to since I gravitate toward floral or fruit-forward drinks, but definitely fun to try at least once. Honey Lavender - LOVED this one. Everyone agreed it was very lavender, which only made me love it more. I chose whole milk and was surprised by how smooth and creamy it tasted. My only tiny complaint is that I didn't get much coffee flavor coming through, but if you're here for the lavender, this absolutely delivers. Coconut Macadamia Latte - this hit the spot. Perfectly coconut-y with just enough macadamia peeking through. I'll admit I have a sharp tongue for coconut flavors (hello, Thai curry), so this one immediately stood out to me. The sweetness level felt just right, and honestly, I'd pick this over Starbucks any day. Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin - one of the best things I ate in Austin. The texture deserves praise because it somehow managed to be firm without being dry, which I usually think goes hand in hand. Not here. It was moist, flavorful, and absolutely delicious while somehow also not being overly sweet. The cream cheese and pumpkin flavors came through beautifully without feeling sugary or heavy. If you stop by, this is a must-order. But honestly, the best part of this whole place? The service, the people, the atmosphere (especially the atmosphere!), and the flavors. There's something about the space that just makes you want to stay awhile. Also... did you know you can touch the bear's butt?!? Highly recommend. It weirdly felt like a mandatory part of the experience.

Tons of outdoor and patio seating, a few tables indoors in the AC. I ordered the Flapjack, hot, with double espresso in a larger cup, with half sweetness (effectively a large with less services). Delicious saltiness and cinnamon! I really enjoyed this. I tried the honey lavender latte which they said was the least sweet of their fort favorites. The lavender flavor was very forward and there was a hint of sweetness on the back of the tongue, so very accurate. I didn't get as much coffee flavor here so maybe double espresso if that's important to you. Friends also tried the seasonal coconut macadamia latte (they said it was nice, like a sweet nutty flavor). Really solid coffee spot with great vibes, I'd come back.

There was a pretty measurable line outside the food truck, and I was worried the coffee might be overhyped based on how long the line was. I will always talk about the importance of balancing the espresso, syrups, and milk in a latte, and Noble Joe does it better than most brick and mortar coffee shops I have been to in Austin. It is significantly flavorful while still being espresso forward. I was genuinely impressed, which is hard to do after being the wreck I was post run. If you are on the trail, it is worth the detour.
