This business is run by the owners (Husband and Wife) which both are Dominican and extremely nice people. Since the moment you walk in you feel at peace, which makes it a great place to work for a while. Their menu is very unique compare to the rest of the coffee shops in Austin since it is a Dominican inspired place but everything tastes great an authentic.

Cheese danish and hot Papatolo latte. So good!

Loved my hot Papatolo latte and cheese danish! Latte was beautiful and delicious! All the flavors gave it a really nice depth. I read about the danish from another yelp review, and it did not disappoint. Perfect compliment to the papatolo. The owner was friendly and welcoming. I loved the atmosphere - great music, peaceful, cool stone walls, and comfy padded seats and stools. If I lived closer, I would be a regular.

Stopped in Saturday morning and was the only one there. Talk about an exclusive experience! The gentlemen working were fairly quite and didn't provide much insight or assistance to the new venue. Menu is compact and has several coffee and juice options. Food seems to be times in the pastry case near the register. Ordering was easy and tap to pay. The vibe was chill and the music filled the space. The decor was very nice and the chairs comfy. I got the latte, hot and it was hot! Cups didn't have sleeves so a few napkins helped to temper that as I got the latte to go. I'd go back to try another coffee and see how the vibe is with more peeps in the space.

So delicious and made with care! Quiet and tasteful interior. I spent a week in downtown Austin and was disappointed I only discovered this spot on the last day.

    Maple iced latte!

Cute and cozy space! Note, only a few tables. Everyone was very sweet and friendly. Quick service and amazing latte! Recommend getting the maple syrup with your latte. Parking may be difficult since it's street parking. Sad I didn't get to try the pastries since they were sold out, but will be back to try more! Highly recommend visiting.

There were very limited fresh selections available, and many items were still being baked during opening hours. In my opinion, a bakery should open with the shelves fully stocked and ready for customers, especially those of us stopping in early. The prices are reasonable, ranging from about $2.50-$4.00 for both sweet and savory pastries, but price doesn't make up for the lack of availability. I expected to have more options to choose from instead of empty or partially filled displays. For consistency in early morning breakfast items, I could have easily gone to Krispy Kreme, where you know exactly what you're getting when the doors open. That said, 85°C is convenient and their mango smoothies are great. Overall, it's a decent spot, but I wouldn't recommend going first thing in the morning if you're expecting a full pastry selection.

My sister & I bought milk toast, a berry tart, hokkaido custard bun, matcha red bean bun, jalapeño cream cheese, milk tea, & a chocolate bun before going over to the Tesco mart to have some shopping fun. Everything was good & if I did have one near me I'd be 100lbs bigger from binging my favorite Japanese style pastries all the time. The selection here is unmatched.
