I appreciated the lady telling me to get that since its much bigger than the tacos. The food was high quality and the tortillas are made there which is incredible! Fresh queso that actually delivered. Avocado crema drizzled throughout. Cotija crumbled on top. Bell peppers adding color and brightness, and the chips held under the Fork Rule. This was a prototype. Eight chips. Not hot. Stale chips cost them points. The metal tin showed up uninvited as always, and it still scored an 8.5. Two things stand between Los Bocados and the highest nacho score in this series: fresh chips and the right vessel. Everything else is already there. If you want these nachos -- and you do -- walk up and ask nicely. The chef may just make them for you. I also like adding the table salsa to my tacos, although I'll probably do that less often now that extra salsa comes with an added charge.
