You could almost eat off of the bathroom floors, not that I recommend that. I'd just never seen the bathroom that clean. If you can, definitely request him. Very mellow and polite guy. Did not acknowledge or address my concerns--In fact she was gaslighting me which was wild! As soon as it got escalated, Thiago got in touch and made it right. He offered to send cleaners back which I declined because it literally was not even that serious, the cleaners did a great job and simply ran out of time to do a couple of small things. So they knew they were going to cancel beforehand and they didn't have the courtesy to let me know until the last minute. Instead they shared my contact information without my consent. Disorganized, shady, unprofessional, not reliable. I hope they do better to the next person.

First time in too long a time to have someone come in and do a thorough professional cleaning of…read moreour bathroom and kitchen and i was a little worried at first when Ingrid showed up alone from Hercules that she could manage the whole request by herself but she tackled the job with gusto! We had to extend the prearranged time because there really was so much to do but Ingrid did it all - from getting up on the counter to reach kitchen blinds and windows, to cleaning our appliances til they looked like new, and cleaning baseboards and other areas in the bathroom. In the end she was here almost 5 hours - we'd booked 3 hrs initially. We're very happy with the deep clean and plan on booking again with Hercules (and requesting Ingrid again) to schedule maintenance cleanings on the future.
