My brake light had come on so I brought my car to Dana's . I was told my car needed 850 $ front…read morebrake repair and charged 70 for the estimate after telling the manager I had my brakes done less than 2 months prior and couldn't possibly need front brake pads rotors and calipers as I had replaced all them recently. At that point the manager snapped at me and told me that I was free to take my car elsewhere. I went to Autozone and they tested my car with a scanner and said it was a faulty sensor. I made another appointment with a local car repair shop and was charged 110 $ install of the sensor and was told that my front and rear brakes were fine. So beware of this scammer.

We get there after I drove an hour to get her and then over an hour to the Tow Place only to be told it was over $350 dollars and it had to be cash, I was asking the Gentleman that was waiting on us why nobody said anything to her when she called or why it wasn't on there site when another Gentleman who was the phone and ignoring a customer that was standing in front of him decided to butt in saying All Police Tows are Cash Only, Ok Well neither of us had ever had a police tow in either of our lives so how where we the Public suppose to know that, He told me that if I would Shut Up then He would explain, I explained We were Not Talking to Him so MYOB - Well This is My Business I'm the Owner- Well You sir are also an ahole and have no customer service skills. Hampton Beach a rip off and a tourist Trap and Dana's is a very Bad Company ( Oh I had no problem paying what it cost but I only had $200 cash on me - the rate is what it is the Niece screwed up) Oh and they told the niece that they would put the spare on for her ( flat tire thats why the cops stopped) and never did

I had been researching paintless dent removal services in the Boston area for a while and even…read morefollowed a few on facebook since I am particular about who touches my vehicles. Seacoast Dent Repair was one of the business I followed. I am glad I did because there are some really impressive before and after shots on the page. Not only do they fix dents, they do touch up paint, cosmetic wheel repair, and other various body work services on high end exotics, classics, all the way down to your typical commuter car. It looked like my hood was closed on a tool at some point and a dent was pushed up from the bottom of the hood and the paint had cracked. I wanted to try paintless dent removal rather than refinish the entire hood. Matching metallic paint never seems to go well. I figured I would give Seacoast Dent Repair a shot with my classic convertible. I received the same excellent service from Scott as the others below. Scott traveled to the Boston area to work on my car. He explained the potential outcomes and we decided to move forward. He pulled out a multitude of tools and got to work right away. Sure enough, he was able to get the metal perfectly flat again and was able to repair the cracked paint at a price that was much lower than I anticipated. I am very happy with the outcome. This says a lot. I am very picky and notice the tiniest of details on my weekend cruiser. Overall, the process was painless and efficient. I will be calling Seacoast Dent Repair again to handle door ding repair on my SUV.

Scott at Seacoast dent repair not only got all of the dents out but found and fixed some others that didn't come from the oak tree and came and picked up my car so I had something to drive. These guys go above and beyond. Highly recommend Scott and Team; top notch!

I would highly recommend NOT using this company they are overcharging for services and are very…read morerude. We had to use their towing services and when the guy showed up on site to tow the vehicle he wanted us to pay him $160 upfront. We said we would pay him once the service was rendered. The distance the car needed to be towed was 1.5 miles, and when he delivered the vehicle I asked for a breakdown of the cost on paper that showed their fees, and the guy couldn't provide me with a breakdown of cost-instead he told me they charge $130 to show up on site, and $4 per mile. Therefore, if that's true, we should have only been charged $138. They guy proceeded to argue with me and said he would lower his price to $140. This company seems to be price gouging especially since you can find towing estimates from other towing companies and the cost of a tow that's less than 5 miles is an average of $75. This company also seems to be making up prices as they go, which is no way to run a business. I then tried to call the company on the phone number they provide on site to see if I could speak to someone else to get a blank estimate on a towing service. When I gave the info to get an estimate the guy raised his voice and said he was the person that just did this tow, and proceeded to curse at me and tell me to shut up multiple times. Very unprofessional, PLEASE be aware of price scamming if you use this company. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
