The gentleman on the phone was very helpful in assisting me in choosing new tires, especially when discussing my price point. Unfortunately the tires I was quoted for over the phone were the wrong size for my vehicle once I got there, but Sullivan was able to offer me a comparable tire of the same brand for just a little more. They were very upfront about pricing, and I really like that they perform a 29-point vehicle inspection (you'd be surprised at how many places don't do this). They performed the services on my car in a timely manner, about an hour and a half, which was fine because they have a clean and comfortable waiting area. Lastly, my TPMS went off just as I was pulling out -- one of the guys came out, checked my car, and showed me how to manually turn of the TPMS light after he made sure all was well and good. He was a Volkswagen guy, which was a comfort to me! All in all it was a great experience and I will definitely return in the future.

The manager lied to my face. Third time they rotated them. They offer a shuttle service and I work a few miles away on the same street. I booked the shuttle and my early AM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Brought my car there and the shuttle van wasn't there. No big deal I was there 15+ minutes early. After about a 1/2 hour the van still wasn't there. my appointment was 1/2 hour into the appointment and they still hadn't started the car. Normally I would leave it for the day. After nearly an hour (the car should have been done at this point!) I asked for the keys and left. After the manager lying about rotating the tires (twice) this was the last straw. I haven't been back since.

They've always treated me well, and Dana's always been very communicative about all Aspects of my Car's Health without being condescending or short, which is awesome. The last time I called on'm, Dana himself met me with my Car for a Tow back to his Shop, picking me up after my Car'd died as I left the SuperMarket...And when I was faced with the logistical nightmare of transporting the Groceries to my Apartment, he actually drove me over there, and handed the Groceries down to me in front of my front door!! I would highly recommend NOT using this company they are overcharging for services and are very…read morerude. We had to use their towing services and when the guy showed up on site to tow the vehicle he wanted us to pay him $160 upfront. We said we would pay him once the service was rendered. The distance the car needed to be towed was 1.5 miles, and when he delivered the vehicle I asked for a breakdown of the cost on paper that showed their fees, and the guy couldn't provide me with a breakdown of cost-instead he told me they charge $130 to show up on site, and $4 per mile. Therefore, if that's true, we should have only been charged $138. They guy proceeded to argue with me and said he would lower his price to $140. This company seems to be price gouging especially since you can find towing estimates from other towing companies and the cost of a tow that's less than 5 miles is an average of $75. This company also seems to be making up prices as they go, which is no way to run a business. I then tried to call the company on the phone number they provide on site to see if I could speak to someone else to get a blank estimate on a towing service. When I gave the info to get an estimate the guy raised his voice and said he was the person that just did this tow, and proceeded to curse at me and tell me to shut up multiple times.
