When arrived, they showed me a badly used tires that has some defects. I said this is not the tires you advertised and discussed with me. Such a waste of time and gas. They started to put the wheel back on the car. I did not see them balance the tire. I asked did you balance the tire, the same guy that gave me the quote said yes. Horrible shop, I had a flat tire today and stop by real quick to Change the tire. The main guy there saw that it's a Luxury Car and Automatically up charged me. He taught I didn't speak Spanish at all what's so ever. But I do and understand Spanish perfectly. I heard say charge him more he has a nice car. Go next door! There's another tire shop there and they are much cheaper and treat their customers like they matter. Stay away from this place!! Went yesterday to get my tire patched and they rushed the job, the worst part about it is that when I got home, the tire was flat again! The guy NEVER put the tire in water to check for other leaks, he just saw a nail and assumed it was 1 leak! Next door they charged me $10.00 and this lazy jerk charged me $20.00 for a lazy job; I even asked him to check all the tires and he lied to me and said he did, he never checked them because I was watching him! This is why I'm so upset, I called and the guy was unconcerned and treated this like "oh well too bad" and he told me "we are not responsible, get a tow truck and you have to pay again!" Stay away from this place. The gentleman who runs this establishment is a con artist. I called in to ask prices on tires and received a quote. I went in 30 minutes later based on that quote and the gentleman increased the price by 20%, even after I told him that he quoted me a different, lower price. He would not budge. He wouldn't even explain why there was a change in price. Unfortunately I obliged and purchased the tire. To complicate matters, I now find myself putting air in the same tire, every week. This is the type of place that makes you want to write a review. I needed to replace the two front tires on my Nissan and called two days ago for a quote. He quoted me a great price for two barely used/almost new (Yes, I'm broke) tires and asked that I call at the end of the day to confirm I was going to make it there on time (they close at 6). I was not able to get off of work on time (Sorry, Rey!). When I called yesterday to apologize, he was still friendly, remembered who I was, and said he had already set the tires aside for me. He asked me to call an hour before my work day was over to confirm I was going to show up and I kept my word this time. :) I was in and out of there in less than half an hour. When it came time to pay up, he asked me to remind him what price he had quoted me. I could have been Slim Shady with him and he probably wouldn't have noticed (dude reminded me of one of my trusting, hard-working, old-school Mexican relatives.... you know, the relatives I actually like), but I'd like to enter the Pearly Gates one day with a clear conscience. This reminds me; I better stop kicking stray cats. $39 per tire, plus $10 for mounting and balancing both = $88 Drove out of there with a smile on my face because I haven't felt my pimpmobile ride this well since the day of purchase. I will definitely return there for the two back tires soon. Just a note if you're considering going to Rey's : This place can be easy to miss because it is located on one of those streets with narrow lanes (so there is no street parking) and although yours truly follows speed limits religiously (ahem), everyone else around there drove like they had a turtle head peeking out of their anus. Great place for cheap tires. But beware: they do not have the warranties or frills of larger chain tire stores. With that said, you can count on saving money. Went here for a set of new tires for my BMW. I originally got runflats, but to change all 4 tires would've been 1600 at America's Tire. I checked this place out and although I didn't get runflats (waaaaay too expensive) I got a set of 4 tires for under $900. They dent have the tires in stock, but the guy (Norman) called the tire fairy and said fairy delivered the tires in 10 minutes. Total time was 45 minutes. With a small business like this, you could haggle in pricing. And if you pay in cash, they may be able to work with you more. Would I come back?: Indeed. Great place and super cheap. I got tires for my Nissan Murano (235, 65, 18) which brand new is between $180 and $250 each. Since I have an older car and wasn't sure how long I would keep it, I got the used tires and it cost $185 for all 4. It's not new but the tires were in good shape and will definitely last me 25k miles. Also, he was very fast and cordial. Skip this place! They weren't even that busy when I went here take off two current rim to exchange for temp rims so I can powder my rims. Not sure is it was the manager or the owner, but he seemed to be the only one who spoke english, which is fine but too longer to get a price because I had to wait for him He told me it would cost $100 just to swap out two rim for others. I've powder coated my last car's rims and previous shop charged me $10-$20 each rim. So, this job shouldn't cost more that $40, and I told him that. He swap his hand in my directions and walked away. Trying to rip me off cause I had a Land Rover. Rude and sad man. Anyway went literally down the street to "Harbor Tires & Auto Service" They charged me $15, they all were friendly, and they all spoke English which was a plus for me. read more

This place was cool! Been there twice because I'm cheap and don't like to buy new tires. lol Last time I was there was maybe last Summer. Had to replace my spare tire. It's important to remember that these are USED tires. And, you really have no idea what kind of abuse these tires have been under with their previous owners. So you really need to take a good look at them before you have them installed. And, AGAIN...they ARE USED! So they STILL might pop on you right after you buy them. If you want a guarantee, stop being cheap and take your behind to a place that sells NEW TIRES and that have some kind of warrantee. Otherwise STFU about how your tire blew out a week later. Also just because one place is cheaper, it doesn't mean everybody else is ripping you off. Don't be stupid. And, if you say they quoted you one price on the phone and then changed it when you got there, YOU'RE A SUCKER for staying! Go somewhere else where you feel they're more honest. Shop around before you make your decision. I've used this place AND I've used the place next door just to see if they were cheaper. Today, the place next door was actually the same as I remember paying at Rey's. I paid about $80 for two tires installed, at both places. Another thing about the price- if you haggle a little bit, you might get a slightly better price. These guys are in business to make money. New tires are expensive. And when you buy new tires, you will likely NEVER walk out of a brand name new tire place for the same price quoted...because there will be taxes miscellaneous fees. This is my second time coming here for tires. The shop is a little mom and pop shop close to the 110 FWY. The guys here are hard working and friendly, I've come by myself both times and felt comfortable. One thing I noticed is that they're always busy and have few cars waiting for tire service. I would highly recommend this place. Yesterday was my 2nd time going to this place. I had my front 2 tires replaced 6 months ago for 1/4 of the price I was quoted from Pep Boys. If you're wondering...Yes, the 2 tires are still working great and have plenty of tread left on them. I was a walk in, but I was in and out in less that 30 min. I even went in yesteryday because I had a nail in my back right tire and they were able to patch it up for me. Again, I was in and out in less than 30 min O_o.
