And as I was exiting I heard a BAM! I looked at my tire sensors and one of my tires went from 36 PSI.... to 30 PSI.... to 16 PSI... to 8 PSI... flat tire for the lose! Boo! Never taking that exit again! Lol. (And sorry in advance... I forgot everyone's name. My bad!!) So the next day, I hit up America's Tire. They took a look at my tire and determined that it could not be patched up. They didn't have my tire in stock, but they could order it from their warehouse in Arizona and it would be at the store in a couple days. So I agreed to do that. They did tell me that they would call me when my tire arrived at the shop, but i never received a call. So around 2pm I ended up calling in and was notified that my tire had arrived. The gentleman helping me made an appointment for me and told me I can bring my car in at 4PM. That definitely saved me a lot of time. Because when I showed up, I checked in, they took my keys, and I feel like within 10 minutes my car had a brand new tire. They even put my spare tire back in the trunk and locked it up properly. Price: I'll pay the moola for a quality tire. Thank you America's Tire! I only had to drive on the donut for a couple days. Will I be back? Yup!

5 stars all the way…read more After dealing with a frustrating experience at another repair shop, I brought my 2011 Audi Q5 to Pacific Tire Service Center and I'm so glad I did. Miguel and his team were incredibly thorough, honest, and professional from the start. I originally came in for a check engine light and rough driving issues, but during their inspection, they found additional problems that had been missed -- including failed suspension work and issues related to a previous oil leak repair. Miguel took the time to explain everything clearly, provided before and after photos, and even showed me the actual parts so I could fully understand what was going on. There was also a female mechanic there (I believe she may be one of the owners), and I absolutely loved her. She was knowledgeable, direct, and helped confirm concerns I had about previous repairs. You can tell they genuinely care about doing things the right way instead of just taking your money. What I appreciated most was the honesty. They didn't try to upsell me or pressure me -- they gave me real information and helped me make the best decision for my car. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is hard, and this shop gave me peace of mind. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.

Early in the morning I found out that I had a nail in my tire. I'm kind of clueless about car stuff…read moreso I was a little nervous to bring it into a shop. I called around a a few places to ask how busy they were. Discount Tire & SC was very transparent and said that they could take my car in the morning and have it be looked at maybe not RIGHT away but definitely in the morning at least. The manager was extremely nice as well and helped me through the whole thing. Nobody tried to talk me into buying XYZ for my car etc. a very calm and pleasant experience. I was ready to wait for a few hours but they ended up taking less than an hour to look at my car and patch the tire! I was very happy and will try to get my oil changed here etc! They have cute coffee shops and a few stores and restaurants walking distance in the area so I was able to wait at a coffee shop and get some work done while my car was there. However, they do have like a main lobby where you could wait.

Reviewer: Mohammad Hussein Vehicle: Toyota Corolla 2020…read moreLocation: Torrance (Sepulveda Blvd) I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I came in to replace the brakes and rotors on my 2020 Toyota Corolla. I was quoted $600, and we agreed on the price. After the service was completed, the same noise issue remained, meaning the original problem was not resolved. Since the work was under warranty, I returned. At that point, I was told that the parts installed were not correct for my vehicle, and that new parts had to be ordered. This resulted in wasted time, multiple visits, and the issue still not being fixed. Later, I discovered that very low-quality/cheap parts were installed, which explains why the problem never went away. I still have the original parts and documentation as evidence. This experience shows either lack of professionalism or poor quality control. Taking a customer's money without properly diagnosing the issue or installing the correct parts is unacceptable. Short-term profit comes at the cost of long-term trust--and customers. I expected better service and transparency. I will be escalating this matter further and pursuing resolution through all appropriate channels. Contact: 424-558-7802

Firestone recommended a couple of tires I had already researched and didn't meet my preference for a replacement. I told America that one of my rear tires had a slow leak and had them check to see if they could repair it or I needed to buy a replacement. I made an online appointment but decided to go early just in case I could get it done earlier. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes, one of their salespeople took my information and had the mechanic begin checking the tire condition. After about 45 minutes, the car was done and they told me the tire was fixed. I was rather surprised since Firestone said the puncture was too close to the shoulder of the tire where it couldn't be patched. Hmmm. Anyway, I did ask about replacement tires since mine are about 7 years older and even if there is a lot of tread left, the rubber begins degrading starting around 6 years and becomes dangerous if you wait until they are 10 years old. When I asked about some Falkens and Yokohama's I had studied, he shared some of the differences in the compound used in manufacturing and which would be a better choice if I was driving highways to destinations like Las Vegas or San Diego. I'll probably buy a new set in about a year unless something happens before then. They didn't charge anything so I appreciate their honesty and consideration. I will be back when I decide to invest in a full set of new tires.

I had a text letting me know my tire was repaired within 40 minutes. Amazing service from America's Tire. They know how to foster loyalty from a customer service standpoint. Quality: My SUV passenger side tire is not leaking any more air and I did not have to get a new front set of tires. Massive five stars for Quality. Value: My tire was repaired and I did not get charged for the repair. If they do you this massive great favor it means two things to decent humans out there in the world: 1. Tip the person that repaired your tire heavily (I recommend $50+) and 2. Do not go to another tire place when it is time to change your tires. Support the business that just supported you. If you do those two things in a tire patch situation you just succeeded in passing the "I'm a good person" test.
