They changed our server about three times, and the girl serving us gave us terrible service the entire time. I did not feel welcomed at all. It honestly felt like my family and I were being ignored. I came here today, Saturday 5/9/2026, hoping to give my mom a nice Mother's Day lunch, but this place completely ruined the experience for us. There's one woman who can be very attentive, but it seems to depend on her mood. Another younger server with glasses is fine, she doesn't come across as very welcoming and often looks a bit bothered. Service is also pretty slow you'll only see someone come by about every around every 15- 30 minutes(I timed it) It's best to place your entire order upfront, otherwise it's difficult to fully take advantage of the AYCE option. But the owner's kind gesture to remind us that it was our last order was much appreciated, as we were already quite full! However, after paying the bill, we were given the freedom to chill for another hour or so, which was wonderful. Everything tasted great, and the servers were so nice. I also appreciated that the kpop playing overhead wasn't blaring loudly. Yesterday, I took my bf here for a weeknight dinner close to 8pm. Since we arrived later, parking was easy in the popular plaza lot. We were seated right away, but the order of operations wasn't comfortable. We were asked if we wanted to put any meat orders in before we had time to look over the menu. Our meat came before waters and banchan, so I asked for both. Still, our server and all foodrunners were friendly and courteous. Everything also tasted great (cucumber, radish, fish cake, broccoli, macaroni salad, house salad). The regular menu, we always stick to the classics beef brisket, beef belly, and pork belly. Paired with their salt and sesame oil! I love to get the corn and cheese, egg, and rice paper.
