Omggggg this place is the cutest. My boyfriend surprised me for a birthday lunch here. I've always wanted to come here when I'm in town because of the aesthetics. It is so cute inside and the customer service was amazing. My bf got the cheeseburger which was so delicious. I got the lobster roll and omggg it was sooo delicious. I dream about it. We also got truffle fries which were seasoned perfectly. They only have beer and wine, so we got a mimosa and Bellini which were good. They also brought out a cookie with a candle for my birthday. I will definitely be back. read more

Came here with a group of ladies for a Friday night dinner. Upon arrival, you have to have at minimum 4 people in order to be seated and the total at our table were 6. *Just be aware that they only sit complete parties (if you have a large party). As far as the customer service... it was ok. Our waiter was VERY condescending and it gave an unpleasant experience. We ordered various items from the menu to taste and I ended up with the Lobster Roll add a side of french fries. *Be mindful that sides do not come with the entree, it's ordered separately. The lobster roll is warm but I did find the filling to bread ratio was off. The filling did have a nice taste to it but the fries did not.. all I could think of is Gordon Ramsey mentioning "even fast food restaurants season their fries!" Not a drop of salt was on those fries... but of course I added my own salt and pepper to my meal. I can say that the wine, Riesling, was amazing! *They don't serve cocktails, only beer, wine, mimosas, and Bellinis. The restaurant is on the 3rd floor and you can use the elevator or stairs to get to it. Overall, I will not come back. The ambience was nice but the food is lackluster and service subpar. read more

I got a Bellini drink which was amazing but I have to say it's awkward trying to get pictures at the fountain when clearly every other guest came here just to take photos. I didn't appreciate guests that gave rude stares and staff trying to hurry us out. But this place is stunning like jaw dropping beautiful. It's too bad it's catered towards pretentious "I'm rich" customers. read more

I went to this location on my birthday in March because why not it's beautiful. So myself and my friend went for brunch on my birthday. I looked at the menu for about 15 minutes, and there was absolutely nothing that jumped out at me on their brunch menu to order. I was very disappointed with the selection, and I had such high hopes. We only ordered a drink and then ended up closing our ticket. The table next to us had a lot to say about what they ordered, especially for the cost. So unfortunately I can't tell you the taste of the food because I didn't order anything. I'm not sure if the dinner menu may be better, but this is definitely a great spot for pictures. ‍ read more

I've been to RH Restaurant in Yountville and it was great being able to go to another location! The interior was beautiful and it was great being able to explore the open rooftop during a beautiful summer day in Dallas. The food is pricy however, I feel you are paying for the experience to eat at one of RH's many restaurants. Be sure to make a reservation several weeks prior to ensure you won't have to wait. The service was great! Another cool aspect about this location is they have a full service coffee bar in the back so you can grab a coffee before you head out. read more

A group of four of us went to celebrate my husbands birthday last night. We've kind of made it an annual event. The ambiance cannot be beat and the food was excellent. Service was ok but not the exceptional level we've had before. While certainly efficie t and "good enough", not the great experience we've had before. The place was busy on a Tuesday night, so maybe they don't need to foster repeat happy customers. The other tad bit irritating thing is a $7 + $4 convenience fee and tip for valet parking after spending $300+ for dinner. read more

Restoration Hardware Rooftop Restaurant ("RH Rooftop") is a great place for a special occasion with your family or for a girls lunch/dinner. We have been to the Chicago location and had not tried the Dallas location. We loved both places and are happy to have one in Dallas so we can go more often. Most of the dining area is indoor, but they do have a beautiful outdoor space. The day we went, it was raining, but we will return to enjoy the outdoor space. When we arrived, we had a few minutes to wait for the rest of our party to arrive, so we went to the bar to have a drink. This is when I realized they only serve beer and wine. I wish they had more alcohol selections, even if it was just a minimum selection of the most popular spirits (vodka, rum, whiskey and tequila). Our reservation was in the morning, so mimosas and Bellinis were available, but it would have been a nice bonus to have the option of a Screwdriver or a Bloody Mary, just a thought. We did got a cappuccino and it was very good! When our other friends arrived, we were seated immediately. Our table was beautifully set and there was a lot of room for our large party of 7. The menu was very similar to the Chicago location which was nice due to the fact that one of the reasons we were returning was for a particular item on the menu, the RH Scramble add Black Forest bacon. We ordered it again and it was amazing!!! Our other friends ordered a Shaved Ribeye Sandwich, Truffled Grilled Cheese, Cesar Salad and Truffle Fries. All was very good. We will definitely return. My only complaint, which is something that I normally would not even notice or comment, but the service was very slow. The restaurant was not busy and I always want to give the server the benefit if the doubt. (Maybe he or she is new to the position and needs more time to learn). We had great service when we were able to get our server to come to the table, but service was unusually slow. I understand in a more upscale restaurant the service is supposed to be slow so everyone can enjoy their time and don't feel rushed, but we were waiting long periods of time between courses and for the check. Overall, I recommend RH Rooftop, this was a great experience and we will return. read more

I make sure to go to every RH roof top in every city they have one. This one definitely fit the standards of RH! Beautiful entrance and just astonishing furniture and decor all around. Every room is an instagramable room. The roof top as always was very elite and elegant. We ordered a peach Bellini and red wine a a truffle fries which are a must at any RH because they always taste delicious! The servers were great as well. read more

RH Rooftop is pricey, but a lovely place to dine with great service and good food. I came here with a friend for a belated birthday brunch a couple weeks ago. It was our first time here and we both enjoyed our meal there. The ambiance is top notch. The beautiful chandeliers and indoor/outdoor feel is in a class all its own. We had the RH cheeseburger, the lobster roll, the bacon, the fried artichoke, and the grilled cheese. Everything was delicious! The fried artichoke and the lobster roll were the scene stealers of the meal, but everything else was very good and was all well prepared. Our waiter and all of the staff were all very attentive and friendly. Definitely make a reservation and certainly bring your wallet and your camera. Whether you come here during the day or at night, you're sure to be enchanted by the ambiance. read more

Ambiance: 10/10, RH everywhere is really a vibe. Modern furniture, clean, crisp, and enjoyable decor. (pics below) yet not worth the prices for a restaurant. Service: 10/10 our server was excellent. Helpful, attentive, and always around when we needed her. The food came out pretty fast as well. Had a 6:45 resy and was done by 8:15 for 4 people on a Monday night. I'd recommend a resy, cause it was packed. The food was pretty good but extremely overpriced for what you get. They serve wine & beer only as the alcohol options - no cocktails. Context: $32 for a burger & fries. $32 for a lobster roll (no side) $28 for a caesar salad Parking: There's valet in the back & there's also street parking (which we did - free for 2 hrs) Overall, I'm happy I got to experience the vibe, but I wouldn't come back again. read more

What a vibe! We arrived on Saturday morning for our 10am reservation and were promptly seated by a friendly host. The building is beautiful and has plenty of photo opportunities for those into that sort of thing. The restaurant was in the top floor and was beautifully decorated with black and white colors with lots of natural light and indoor plants (fake, but still beautiful trees). The food we ordered was delicious and fresh. Our server, Kubby, was terrific. She was attentive and prompt. Will definitely come back to try more food options. read more

Set in the stunning Restoration Hardware, I don't think any restaurant in Dallas has a better first impression. However, having been several times, it is quite expensive for what it is. The entrees are a la carte, and fairly expensive. The salmon was delicious, but for the price I would have a hard time recommending. The fruit and cheese board was one cheese and a couple grapes and priced in the mid $20's. Yes, it's gorgeous, but so are many restaurants around town so it's a must to have something stellar to set your restaurant apart. Service is always attentive and great. Knox is a competitive food area with some standout restaurants that I believe truly bring the bang for the same price point. RH is gorgeous, great views, but in terms of food, I would look a block or two over. read more

Food: Spectacular. We got a shrimp cocktail, lobster roll with truffle fries, and Burger. Also ordered a few drinks. Service: Wonderful. Our server was attentive, kind, our water was always full, she was very insightful about the menu. We came here for a nice date night and loved it! We thought it was worth the price! I was brought here for a late Valentine's Day dinner with friends. The atmosphere is very romantic and quiet. The parking is valet. The first floor is furniture and the second floor is the restaurant with beautiful patio style outdoor seating. It has great views of the city especially at night. It is a nice date night type of place. Con's open parking is limited. Valet isn't complimentary. The menu is very limited and a bit pricy for the small quantity of food you receive. Even the party next to us was talking about going to McDonalds afterwards. Which reminds me of the close seating that has you sharing a bench with your neighbors to the point where you don't really have privacy. Especially if your neighbor has trouble with their indoor voice. Overall the place is good for drinks and conversation along with the ambiance. If you do plan to eat here, please eat first unless you are a nibbler. Oh yes one more very important thing. They only serve wine and beer so if you are having a bad date don't look for any hardcore rescuing from Jack or Jim. read more

It's been 2 months since I've been to Rooftop but it's still fresh in my mind and I'm dying to go back. We made a reservation but apparently it didn't go through. However, the staff immediately sat us regardless. Thank you for not making that an issue. Our server was the sweetest and very fun. She gave great recommendations and really helped us as we had our two littles in this fancy, fancy place and we were worried there'd be nothing simple enough for their tastes. My littles loved their grilled cheese (truffles removed - thank you!) and fries, the chocolate chip cookies (dreamy), and most of all their lemonades served in flutes. There was something super cute about little girls drinking their fruit drinks like it was New Year's. Like it was an episode of Bluey or a Fancy Nancy book, lol. The RH Burger is top quality and outstanding flavor. Nothing exotic. It's nice and simple, and incredibly delicious. Also super huge - big enough to share. The Shaved Ribeye on Charred Garlic Bread was my favorite. Every bite my eyelids would squint in amazement of the flavors. I just couldn't have been happier. Rooftop has the most elegant and open ambiance I've ever experienced in a restaurant. A lot of thought and planning went into creating a unique dining environment and I think it effectively brought more joy to the whole experience. It's actually another reason I can't wait to return. Is it expensive? Yeah, it is, it really is. But you're definitely not cheated. If you're holding back because of the cost, I have three words for you: treat yo'self! read more

Came here on Monday with my mom and stepbrother to celebrate his entry to college! The food was absolutely delicious, the burger tasted great along with the truffle fries. If you're looking for a nice, dainty, sophisticated vibe, this is your spot in Knox! The first few levels are there to feature the beautiful RH furniture with the top floor for their restaurant. The food is great. Some plates are small then others so just be mindful of what you get. But they all taste wonderful. Aside from that, the libations are mostly wines and beers. No cocktails aside from mimosas and Paloma's. Still worth a visit for date night or get together. read more

RH Rooftop is a beautiful space to go to celebrate something, have a beautiful lunch, or go for a business meeting. I've been to the NY location many times and the Dallas one is on par with the NY one in terms of ambiance and quality. I give it one star less as it is a pricy place for what it is, but the food still meets the standard. For appetizer we ordered the burrata and truffle fries for the table. The burrata comes with bread and roasted peppers, which were amazing. Truffle fries are definitely the most expensive fries I've ordered ($20) but comes with a dipping sauce and Parmesan cheese on the top. For entrees we ordered the lobster roll which had ample lobster and not smothered in sauce or celery (my pet peeve). Also got the steak sandwich, one of the better ones I've had as it wasn't greasy and the steak wasn't chewy. They have a limited dessert menu with just gelato and cookies. Both are delicious and would recommend both - when we were there they had mango gelato. The cookie has sea salt sprinkled on the top and was warmed. Would come back again for a special celebration or if I'm looking for a beautiful ambiance to be at. read more

Went for a birthday brunch with friends. The menu was limited but good. The service was the best part of the event. I had the fancy grilled cheese, Brussels sprouts and we shared fries. My friend had the Avocado Toast which was nothing unique just your normal delight. The Thick Cut Pork Belly Bacon is a huge miss. No one at our table enjoyed it. The view makes the experience and the service puts it over the top. It was a great dining experience but I don't see myself returning. read more

This rooftop restaurant is a must visit when in Dallas. This restaurant is absolutely beautiful with a fountain as the centerpiece and an abundance of natural light. The restaurant only offers wines and champagnes so don't expect any other alcoholic beverages. I ordered the lobster roll and truffle fries which was divine! The lobster roll is on a nice buttery toast. The wait time for food wasn't long either. There is valet parking available. I can't wait to visit again when I'm in Dallas read more

Loved the look of this place. It's so beautiful. I recommend dressing for warmth. When the sun comes through the windows it gets a little warm. The food as good. I wasn't completely blown away, but it as good. I ordered the wedge salad with crab meat. As a side I got the fries. This is definitely a great spot to go and take pictures, celebrate something or maybe go on a date. But I didn't love the food enough to want to go back just to eat. I would however go back to get a drink with friends and just hangout. I'm sure it's beautiful at night with the all windows. read more

The service was okay. I expected a bit more being that the place was gorgeous. My lobster roll was decent although it wasn't as full as I saw online/at other tables. The salmon was good and definitely made up for the lack of lobster in our roll. The truffle fries were also good but you can't really go wrong with those. Would I come back or recommend? I wanted to love this restaurant because the ambiance is absolutely stunning and I also love Restoration Hardware. Sadly I'm giving my experience a 3.5 because the food was so underwhelming. My table ordered the burrata appetizer which was rich and buttery and the roasted peppers were delicious. I had the Caesar salad with salmon as my entree and, as you can see from the photo, the salmon was dry and over cooked. Flavorless, indeed! I also did not love the presentation of whole romaine leaves. My table also had fries-which we're not crisp and actually no one from my table of 5 ate them. I did enjoy the broccolini side- it was nicely charred and perfect lemon and heat. I found the menu pricey, especially after adding in wine. read more

The only this this place really has going for it is the aesthetic... went for a work lunch and it was super loud, could not hear our server half of the time. It's on the 3rd floor of the RH in an open greenhouse kind of place. Seriously it's super cute but the food was not worth it. As you can see, the charcuterie board is very lack luster. I've had better and more plentiful boards at other places that were for far cheaper. All of their main dishes are al a carte which I wouldn't mind if it was filling. My coworker ordered the salmon and when it came out, the piece was no bigger than about 4 or 5 inches with a lemon. It was not worth the money for a tiny filet of fish! My lobster was filling and relatively good but again, I've had better elsewhere. It was lacking salt and butter. The sides were only okay, it was nothing memorable since as I write this review, I recall nothing noteworthy about them. The best side were the truffle fries though as many other review have stated. Sadly I hate writing bad reviews but this place was just too expensive for what you get. It's great for pictures and nothing more. Maybe if they upped the dishes a bit or lowered than prices than I would reconsider but otherwise it's a no for me. read more

Our server today was Derrek who was very helpful and patient with us as first time guests. The rooftop restaurant has a nice view and is well designed. It was very comfortable and although it was busy the noise level was not a problem for conversation at our table. The restaurant is completely enclosed with glass, even the ceiling, which would concern me on a hot Texas summer day. It was cloudy today so there was no issue. We had the Burrata appetizer which had roasted peppers with balsamic reduction and was delicious. In fact, it was the best thing of the day for me. I had the hamburger with bacon. It was juicy and well cooked but isn't something that I'd order again. It just didn't stand out as anything special. My husband had the lobster roll and he said it was very good. We also had the truffle fries which were good but better even when paired with the accompanying garlic aioli. Overall it was a nice experience and walking through the retail store after lunch was fun. read more

The only thing I liked about RH Rooftop was the atmosphere and the interior! It's definitely so beautiful but food, service and drinks were underwhelming and just super overpriced. We wanted to go for light bites and drinks but the bar has very limited selection. Note that they only serve wine & beer. Food wasn't great either. We got a salmon dish and I was shocked that it didn't come with any kind of sides and it was literally just a block of broiled salmon with one lemon wedge lol For it to cost $36 at an upscale restaurant, you would think they care about how the food and plate is presented but clearly not hahaha and it was under seasoned and so bland. I don't mind paying higher cost for food but I expected more. The food was very basic not special at all for that cost. I think it's definitely nice to check it out once for the ambience but I don't plan going back here since there are plenty of cute spots with great food in this area! read more

Yesterdays brunch is todays fantasy! This is my second time coming to RH Rooftop Dallas and I still love it. I can't tell y'all how much these truffle fries have a hold on me. I literally order them every time I come, and the grilled cheese. Boy, talk about the cheesiest. I don't think I've ever had a grilled cheese for brunch, but slap some bacon on it and serve it up with a mimosa and it's my new go to. Rh is definitely one of the most dreamy brunches I've been to in Dallas. And they truly never disappoint. (Aside from those small side tables they try to sit people in iykyk) but other than that, this place truly knows how to make any dining experience magical. Exceptional Team Member. I enjoyed a lovely lunch at the RH Knox-Henderson rooftop restaurant last Saturday 11/1/25 near the beautiful, serene fountain. I wanted to write this because I wanted to show my sincere appreciation for a remarkable act of kindness by one of their servers. After enjoying a great lunch, I inadvertently left behind a shopping bag that was placed on the opposite chair while I had my lunch. It had a personally valuable item inside. After I left but was still in the building, and before I even realized I left it behind, this young lady who was serving my table, came running after me with the bag in hand, said she was looking for me, that she was glad to have found me and handed me the bag with care. I have to say, in a world where genuine courtesy can sometimes feel rare, her action was both refreshing and touching. I wish I had asked her name so I could thank her again directly and extend to her my sincerest gratitude. Overall, it was one of my memorable, lovely experiences during my solo trip to Dallas. read more

Great ambience and decorations. The restaurant is located on the third floor. Ordered caesar salad, arugula salad, mushrooms and fries. Food was okay, basic flavors. Customer service was alright, nothing spectacular. Valet parking is $7. You can also park in the street or Trader Joes. read more

The RH rooftop is such an elegant experience! I went with some family as a party of 4. We went right at sunset and it was beautiful. The whole building is full of gorgeous interior design showrooms leading up to the rooftop. The menu is a bit limited but still has options for different tastes and diets. Our waiter was Jeremy and he was very professional. I got the cheeseburger with avocado and the basic fries. Everything was delicious. The burger was one of the best restaurant burgers I've had. And the fries were cooked perfectly crispy. It is a pricier venue so just be prepared for that. But it's so worth it to just experience dinner in such an aesthetically pleasing setting. We came to RH Rooftop Restaurant in Dallas on a Tuesday night to celebrate our engagement, and the entire experience was nothing short of magical. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. Our server was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable--he recommended a fantastic bottle of wine that we both loved, and we were able to cork it and take it home, which was such a nice touch. I had the filet, and my fiancé had the salmon--both were cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. We were even surprised with a visit from the chef, who was so kind and clearly passionate about his craft. You can truly taste the pride he puts into every dish. Just when we thought the night couldn't get any better, the sweetest hostess came over with warm cookies and a to-go cup of milk as a treat for our engagement. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made an already wonderful evening unforgettable. However, our experience was soured by the unprofessional behavior of one of the male hosts looking like an Asian. After finishing our meal, we took some pictures to capture the beautiful setting. We were politely told not to use flash, and we immediately complied. However, despite following their request, the host continued to stare at us in an awkward and uncomfortable manner. To make matters worse, he approached us and questioned whether we had finished dining, even though the restaurant was closing and we had already completed our meal. We found this behavior highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Great food and ambiance should be matched by excellent customer service, and unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression. At those prices, the quality and execution should be much better. We were also celebrating a birthday, and Delilah does absolutely nothing to acknowledge birthdays--not even a complimentary dessert. They also have numerous restrictions regarding celebrations and do not allow you to bring in any décor. What really took the cake--literally--was the cupcake situation. One of my friends had called ahead to ask if she could bring individual cupcakes as a gift and was told that she could. Since the restaurant wasn't doing anything for the birthday, we decided we would simply eat the cupcakes she had brought. We asked our waitress for a candle, and she said okay and went to get one. She then came back and informed us that if we ate the cupcakes, we would be charged an additional $5 PER PERSON. Seriously?! If there was going to be a per-person fee, that should have been clearly communicated when my friend specifically called ahead for permission to bring them. The dress code is understandable for an upscale restaurant, but the overall environment felt unnecessarily rigid. There seemed to be rule after rule, yet very little warmth or hospitality to balance it out. Even the valet experience was disappointing. The valet was pushy about receiving a tip, while it took quite a while for my car to be brought around. That was an unfortunate final impression after an already underwhelming evening. For a restaurant that markets itself as a luxury dining experience, I expected polished service, excellent food, and genuine hospitality. Instead, we experienced mediocre food quality, unfriendly service, excessive restrictions, unexpected fees, and an overall feeling that guests are expected to follow a long list of rules without receiving the level of service that should accompany these prices. The numerous rules and poor attitudes from the staff have ensured that I will not return. There are far too many upscale restaurants in Dallas that provide excellent food and make their guests feel welcomed and appreciated.

Throughout the trip, we came every morning for breakfast to the point that the bartender's knew us by name. Zee was our server and was absolutely amazing. Her bright smile and pleasant demeanor greeted us every morning. One of those mornings we were actually headed out to the Dallas Cowboys game so needed to eat something more substantial. I ordered the croissant croquette Madame which came with seasoned potatoes. It was more American than French, but I thoroughly enjoyed it with its flavors.
