    Great products and exceptional customer service!! I was rearended yesterday and the force broke my hitch lock. Submitted a 5 minute claim and within 10 minutes I already had shipping info on a new lock! We have the ratchet straps which we love and the tire gauge/inflator. I think it's time to go ahead and buy the adjustable hitch, especially with a US based company and the exceptional customer service!

    I had a 7 year old air gauge that wasn't accurate anymore. Rhino sent an immediate warranty replacement without any hassle.

I was hesitant at first, but I clearly communicated my must-haves and my budget to Jacob. He found us the perfect unit that checked all the boxes and was priced right. The entire process was smooth and efficient. I was literally in and out in about an hour. No gimmicks, no pressure, no nonsense just straightforward, honest service. After my experiences with the other dealerships, I truly appreciated Jacob's professionalism and the level of service he provided.     If zero stars was an option, they would get a -5 stars I've been coming to this establishment…read moresince I was a kid my father and my dad's best friend did a lot of business with these guys when they were on Redlands Boulevard I grew up going there in recent events. I took my son's TTR 50 to get his cylinder jug bored from a 36 mm stock size to a 37 mm one size up. It is $100 per cylinder for a boring service. I paid my hundred dollars. I waited the two weeks called that following Friday and I was told by the receptionist to whom it was very rude and came off underlining racist that it was gonna be an additional $400 for each time the mill had to go up and down through the cylinder. She was trying to inform me that I was going up four sizes unknown to their knowledge that I called every single shop in this county and neighboring counties to only come across one shop that told me they specifically sold them the boring machine so they should be able to do it so with that knowledge, I was able to confront them on why they were up charging me an additional $400 on top of the hundred dollars, and I already had paid in cash to get the service done. They were blatantly lying to my face assuming that I was unaware of the process, I am personally rebuilding my son's bike and I know exactly what's going on. I told them I know why they're charging me an extra $400 because they know that they're the only ones in that area with that machine so they tried to get over on me !!! if I were you I would stay completely away from this establishment and I look forward to seeing them go out of business. Do not go here unless you wanna get ripped off. I currently am getting the cylinder Job re-bored for $100 per advertise rebuilt motorsports out of Ohio so if you're looking for any mechanical work or anything in general or related to motorcycles or off-road vehicles, DO NOT GO HERE !!!

    My husband and I decided we wanted to get a new personal watercraft. We previously had some, but…read moresold them to buy a boat right before the pandemic hit and everything shut down. We've been watching the market since and realized the price for a new boat was ridiculous and felt getting a new ski was the best option for now, as we missed being able to go to the river. So began the search for the right ski for us. We visited numerous dealers from LA, Orange, and Riverside county looking for the exact model we wanted, often being told they had it, only to find out they didn't, being shown a different brand or higher model, missing the features we wanted, or being completely ignored by the salesperson we had been communicating with when arriving at the dealership. After much frustration, I considered just waiting until next season to find the ski we really wanted. After driving by Corona Motorsports numerous times on our way to other dealerships, I decided to look online to see their inventory and lo and behold, they had the ski we had been looking for. I gave them a call and was fortunate to speak with Scott. He answered all my questions and personally made sure the ski we were looking for, was still in their inventory. We discussed pricing and knew what we would be paying out the door before driving out there. A manufacturer promotion on the ski was either a rebate or 0% interest. Many of the dealers we talked to previously weren't even willing to discuss the 0% interest and were only willing to give us the "rebate". My husband and I have excellent credit and feel that 0% interest is something we've earned and weren't willing to forego that. I let Scott know that we wanted the 0% interest as a condition of buying the ski. He said "not a problem." With everything in place, I set up a time for us to meet with him and sign the paperwork. From the moment we arrived to when we left, the process was great! Scott showed us around, answered more of our questions, and took us to the service area to show us our ski that had just been taken out of the crate and was being put together by Ian. The process was seamless and easy. They even offered us pizza, that was delivered for their lunch, while we finished all the paperwork. Once we were done, Scott walked us to parts to pick up a few items we needed for our new ski, and then went to see Ian in service to show us all the features on the ski and how to use them. Ian was great in going over the ski and explaining everything as well as giving some tips to keep the ski looking it's best. When loading the ski on the trailer for us, Ian noticed that the bunks could be better adjusted to best fit our ski (which we didn't buy from Corona), put the ski back on the dolly, and adjusted them a couple times until he was satisfied. His adjusting the bunks shows his care for the customer's experience as well as service. He made sure when we drove off, our ski was properly secured and safe for our drive home. From initial phone conversation, sales, financing, to delivery, we had a great experience and highly recommend the team at Corona Motorsports. They will be the first place we visit if we look to buy any other toys and recommend to family and friends in their search.

( they don't charge you a storage fee if you're a couple days late on pick up also) and their rates are way lower than those other guys, and they clearly know what they're doing.....Robbie is the Man ! Robbie went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect on my boat. He even got some extra stuff exchanged by the warranty without even me asking ....things is brand new now . The sales people were not pushy and allowed us to browse the motorcycles. Unfortunately, we did not see the bike that was listed on their website and went straight to the parts shop. The guy helping us at the helmet section (I forget his name but it could be Xavier?) was easy going and let me browse the selection without breathing down my neck and was able to answer my questions when asked. So, where did it go wrong? When his coworker (some young, white kid) decided to jump in to help and then talked back to my partner regarding a display item vs open box item, which was uncalled for and completely rude as hell. We still ended up purchasing a helmet since I really needed one for some plans later in the day. I made sure I spoke to Xavier (I'm sorry if I got your name wrong but I'm pretty sure that's the name that came up when I was paying at the front) about the item I wanted in case he gets some sort of credit for helping out. And kid, there IS a difference between a display item and an open box item. I'm not sure how my partner's question triggered him to answer with such attitude lol. Like it isn't stressful enough to decide which helmet to purchase??
